I think that Finch could’ve been such a cool character if she wasn’t just used to give Josie a girlfriend and drive a wedge between the twins, but instead she was just used to try and push the “Lizzie is evil and horrible” narrative when Lizzie was just… being precautious and trying to keep Josie safe…? Like Finch is a wolf who triggered her curse, so OBVIOUSLY you want to do a background check before you give your sister the go ahead to date a potential murderer. Finch was just so angry at Lizzie and flinging insults at her and immediately calling her the “evil twin” without knowing anything about Lizzie or even what Josie had done to her. It just rubbed me the wrong way.

Hope and Lizzie’s relationship and how it developed over the seasons was one of the very minuscule things Legacies did right. I mean I have a few issues with how they handle Lizzie’s mental health, but she’s a good character in general and her development was great. I prefer her out of the twins for multiple reasons and I would list them out, but i’m saving those grievances for another rant lol.
