Song Tag Game

I was tagged by @randomfinny. thank you. 💗

rules: put your “on repeat” playlist on shuffle and post the first ten songs that come up.

my guess is that most of these are going to be from story soundtracks or eventual story soundtracks.

1. Third Uncle by Brian Eno - a song that sounds like violent thought.

2. What They Call Us by Fever Ray - because I got a notification for a new Fever Ray song and listened to it a hundred times.

3. Love Me More by Mitski - for the sad dancing girl inside of me.

4. Feeling Myself - Lullaby version by Wolf Alice - a drowsy sort of sexiness.

5. Be My Husband by Nina Simone - one from the red squirrel. that story is about the songs in it. this one in particular. I hope it winds up as intense as I picture it.

6. Moonage Daydream by David Bowie - this is the version played in the recent film that's more of a tone poem than a documentary. recommended.

7. Photograph by Perfume Genius - I daydream stories before I write them down. daydreaming that goes beyond idle ideas right into drafting. this is the one that put on when I'm thinking hard about Rest Easy and the next story in their series.

8. Strangers by Portishead - raising your hand and pointing in time at 1:12.

9. Price of Blue by Flock of Dimes - I've never looked at the lyrics for this song. I prefer to get swept up in its ebb and flow, blissfully ignorant.

10. Blue Morning by Daisy Rickman - I have never heard this song in my life, I don't know how it wound up here--Spotify payola?--but I'm kinda feeling it. [adds to Untitled No. 6 playlist]

Relationship Status: i’ve been in the same relationship for over 5 years now, wow. but we live on different continents atm so i’m living vicariously through fluff fanfic because there is none in my sad lonely life :(

Lipstick or Chapstick: i like lipstick on people but i’m so lazy and a very messy eater so i only wear it like once a week and even then i take it off the minute i get home. i use chapstick but my lips are still always chapped, don’t come for Even bc he probably just can’t help it :(

Top 3 Shows: i think i already answered this in a previous thing, but atm skam, please like me & peaky blinders.

Top 3 Characters: as in in all the books and films and tv shows ever???? just trying to narrow it down to 3 is bringing on a panic attack no thanks. i’ll change the question and give you 3 characters that i identified with the most as a child! emily from emily of the new moon, kristy from the baby sitters club, and the main character from a finnish children’s novel called kun pikkukorva sai siivet about a timid boy who enters the world of hiisi, these creatures in finnish folklore. and as i was googling the name of the boy i found out that the author died last year, wow 2016 truly did suck. :(

Top 3 Ships: well i only read skam fanfiction right now so isak/even and vilde/eva. my favourite fanfic ever is a 3 million (not kidding) word harry/draco epoch though.
