im pretty sure i mentioned all these things before but its too late to start drawing anything and each time i see someone talk about totk i just get sad and frustrated again

literally by FAR the biggest problem about totk is that it REFUSES to connect to botw in any way beyond reusing the same map and character models, and even taking the things botw had established and ruin them entirely

ancient hero? BAM weird sonau dog thing that remains completely unexplained and out of nowhere eight heroine myster- BAM just some guy long gone sonau peopl- BAM here they are and they have zero connection to the ones of botw mystical dragons gracing the skies with their presence- BAM probably some dude who ate a magic pebble once strange mystical nature god you could rarely encounter in one specific spot and the area was made to feel utteraly unsettling but also divine- BAM now hes everywhere and only serves you as a shorthand for man pointing at cave the strange energy all shiekah tech was powered with with certain locations being ones where alot of it was concentrated including beneath hyrule castle clearly stating that somethings up with that- welp theres evil guy donw there but he has zero connection to all that lol

the whole shiekah tech thing, i just- WHY???? LIKE THAT??? there was so much stuff in botw that seemed deliberately placed that there IS more to it and now it all vanished and nothing of that mattered??? i saw a video of someone comparing certain places directly and on some where towers literally broke away tons of debris where just like .. sanded back down like nothing ever happened???; the fuking mechanism of how the towers and shrines and the pillars around the castle worked AND WHAT THE BOTW BOSS ARENA WAS ACTUALLY FOR?? its all gone and replaced with dirt; tHE ANCIENT FUCKING FURNANCES UTTERLY GONE AND REPLACED WITH ROCKS HUH???? so nothing of all that talk about their mystery and mechanism mattered???? the luminous stoens and its connection to spirits and how concentrated spiritual energy might have been what powered the tech- like you could connect things, and they made SENSE, so much sense that that seemed like it was intentionally setting up- only for it all to be just GONE?? to literally say lol it all vanished and that we shouldnt worry about it- like what the FUCK (and it also AGAIN doesnt make sense in itself bc WE SEE GUARDIAN PARTS in the towers, and some parts of them too are made of clearly shiekah tech stuff so it cant all have vanished- all their mystery doesnt matter bc idk it just works i guess lol and its not even called shiekah tech at any point either its just there and also not lol-)

(and even the smaller things like .. where the fuck does link live if everyone treats him like a goddamn stranger in the town you had to buy a house in botw for it to not be demolished and now that house is there but its not yours and noone knows you??? sth i personalyl found strange too that dumsda, the guy you help build an entire town, taburasa, had a very specific talking quirk i loved, and its all just gone in totk too, he talks like any other person all of the sudden

also at the end of botw finally being reunited with zelda and giving you the taste of being in the game WITH her at the same time in the intro to totk- WOOP away she goes! shes your pretty prize at the end and nothing more, what a way to disrespect her and her character..)

imagine if majoras mask didnt have the opening like it has and it otherwise stayed the same and they tried to tell you that its a direct sequel happening exactly where ocarina of time happened in the same world, zelda who?? ganondorf who??? things seem weird and off? lol dont worry about that :)) that would be weird and not make any sense at all now would it??

... sorry going on another rant again, ill just never be able to accept everything from botw didnt actually matter, and despite what some people might say, its pretty hard to ignore totk bc i LOVE botw, and as much as i hate it, they are connected in canon, even if it makes no sense

Academic rivals - Coriolanus Snow x fem!reader (PT,1)

needed to put the story in 2 parts cause I wrote too much, and i cannot change first or anything, idk my tumblr is acting weird

TW: Mentions of death

Coriolanus Snow and Y/n Y/l, the top students of the academy,for years now. They didn't really hate each other,they just like a challenge, and with the hunger games coming up and both of them going to be mentors soon enough, the adrenaline just grew

Everybody is seated in the class room, the teacher calls the names out for the student then tells them their score and their grade "Coriolanus snow,99%, A as usual" The teacher says as she looks at Coriolanus with a small smile putting the paper in front of him, as she walks back she reads out"Y/n Y/l-"The teacher stops, as if she is double checking her reading"29%, F"Says the teacher, the small shock and disappointment in her voice could be heard as the students eyes light up and immediately look at y/n in silence, she puts the paper down in front of herShe looks down at it and the teacher goes on to say the other grades.

She starres at the F, with her head down the entire class until the bell rang, and Coriolanus came over to her desk as the last student left too"Didn't expect that" Coriolanus says, as he looks over her shoulder, his eyes observing her paper

They were academic rivals of course, but after all they've known each other since babies, they hid in the dark days together, and when the tests disappear they can real be friends

"So didnt i"she says, her eyes not moving from the paper, blinking a few times as her eyes feelt like it was burning a hole through the score and the grade next to it

"Is there a reason?why this was so bad?"Coriolanus asks, he knows there is no such a thing that y/n wouldn't study or didn't remember the test, he knows that something is on her mind

"The games"she says, her mind running off. She speaked her truth, no matter if Coriolanus would take adventage of her weakness, making her think about the game more so she would be humiliated at the next test again

The games, it was the 10th game of the Capitol putting kids in an arena, then watch them fight to stay alive for their own enjoyment, or 'to remember what has the districts done' at the rebellion, it was stupid

"Stressed?"he asks,Coriolanus himself didn't know what to think of the games, he thought it was smart that they used it to show power, that they are still stronger than the districts no matter what

"Scared"She replied,the only thing scary wasn't just to watch kids fight to death but that she might get attached to her tribute and what if they can't win after all its 1 vs 23 , expect if they make allies, but either a disease, thirst, hunger, poison or a tribute is gonna kill them no matter what, it was cruel

"You're too smart to be scared about that,it haven't even begun"Coriolanus point out, that makes Y/ns head turn"yeah I don't even know which kid do I have to see die" She barks at him, frustrated a bit

"And..-and what if your tribute won?"Coriolanus tries to make this more positive"still gives them trauma"She replies as her eyes stares into his, as she observes him a bit more

Was he gorgeous, she thought, he was always fine, his blonde curls, his blue eyes,kissable red lips, he could steal anyone's heart in a heartbeat, oh but was he clueless, she thought again, he was always like every capitol born, agreeing with everything the Capitol does, even when not saying it out loud she knows. But he isn't like the Capitol themselves, yet.

Coriolanus sighs giving up to fight for his own opinion and to make it a bit happier, he straightens up a bit, fixing his red uniform"I'll see you later"says Coriolanus, not even waiting for her answer, he walks out of the room, leaving her alone in the cold classroom

I WATCHED THE BALAD OF SONGBIRDS AND SNAKES AND I HAVE THINGS TO SAY

i loved the adaptation btw, of course its the hunger games franchise that we're talking about here

anyway, spoilers ahead

we dont see him making the infamous cabbage soup, but we do see the snows apartment falling apart

tigris is still everything to me, they pulled her lines straight from the books — unfortunately we don't see much of her, but hunter schafer slayed every time she was on screen

i was very confused abou the plinth prize being a thing since the beggining, but i think it made sense... idk a lot happened in the movie after coryo rescued sejanus from the arena so i dont know if they had the time

i was also very confused that the thing about the academy students mentoring the tributes was unknown until that moment in the movie, again, i think they did this to expose the most things at once

lucy gray singing after her reaping was everything to me

oh, and the snake on mayfair's back too, very girlboss of her

the scene in the zoo, when he's parading her around is a copy of the book, i liked it very much

unfortunately coryo and lucy gray barely interacted, not like they did in the book, but the scenes they had before she went into the arena were very good

i though they were going to skip arachne's death, but they didn't — they skipped her funeral, though, but thats fine

they did the scene with clemensia and the snakes but she dissappeared right after, we never got to see her skin changing to scales which i think was a miss

the explosion didn't kill as many of the mentors as it did in the book, not that they showed anyway, the only name mentioned was felix ravinstill

i loved that we got to see more of the arena than in the books

the scene where coryo rescues sejanus is the exact same and i wasn't expecting less

lucy gray doesnt kill wovey :D

i kind of hate the fact that coryo gave her the compact with the poison inside already, it just... idk it didnt had the same impact

i missed that they cut lucky interviewing the mentors as their tributes got killed, i would've liked to se lysistrata talking about jessup and humanizing him for the capitol

the snakes scene is awesome, a lot more people die in this — including reaper, which i think was a better ending for him than the one he got in the book, he embraced his death and it was quite beautiful

lucy gray singing to the snakes was AMAZING, everything that i ever wanted

i kinda loved how coryo gave the handkerchief with her scent to the snakes, it was a very deliberate choice and not like the book that he "did without thinking straight"

viola davis as dr. gaul was PERFECT, everytime she stole everyone's moment, she's just as unhinged as she is in the book, we dont see as much, but its implied

i wished they showed her expetiments with the avoxes to get the point across on how she is, but thats fine

casca highbottom was also a little shit, love it

coryo and sejanus meeting on the train to go to twelve caught me off guard, but i like it

rachel sang a lot in the movie and i was there for it, it was perfect everytime

their reunion was sweet, i'll admit it

i wished they've show it where the covey lived in the seam, but we cut straight to where he meets her in the meadow

i loved their scene in the lake and lucy gray singing "lucy gray" (lol) but i wished she'd sing the valley song to maude ivory instead

i also loved that they made movie coryo be the only one — technically, she most likely sang it to the covey, but anyway — who heard her sing the hanging three since you know, in 65 years he'll be shitting his pants with katniss

the hanging of sejanus was so heartbreaking, him crying out for his Ma... i cried, i knew i was going to cry and i did it anyway

seeing lucy gray realize coryo also killed sejanus was pure gold, i loved seeing her visibly tensed up and starting to see him with an entire different lenses

the whole ending in the woods was just like the books, i think it made a little less ambiguous about lucy gray's end, but i liked it

(and also i always believed she lived anyway)

maybe im reading waaaay too much into tigris, but her calling snow by "coriolanus" instead of "coryo" made me think she's starting to see the man he'd become — and this man is nothing like the little cousin she loved

"snow lands on top" is the last line of the movie, perfection, if you asked me

the only thing that i didn't like was that i dont know if they made coryo as unhinged as he is in the books, because we're not in his head and reading his line of thought, in the movie he does seem very genuine and it does seem like he really likes and cares about sejanus and lucy gray — we don't see him comparing her to an object or the excuses he gives himself to like her because she's not "really district" therefore not a second class citizen — until the very end when she finds out about the whole sejanus-being-hanged-because-of-him thing

idk his breakdown kinda feels rushed in the end since we dont have the context of what was going on in his mind beforehand and i think people who dont read the book would think it came out of nowhere

aside from this, i loved the movie and im totally going to see it again as soon as i can lol

EDIT: i just fucking remembered that they dont say anywhere that the 10th Games were erased ????? why ????? is the whole point !!!! oh i would've love to hear him say "goodbye lucy gray, we hardly knew you" i would've gone insane

and also, she doesn't say "the show is not over until the mockingjay sings", and it makes me a little annoyed — like, idk where they couldve put this line, but i whish they did

thoughts after tbosas movie (severe waffling!! with spoilers)

FIRST OF ALL!!!! ik like being british vs american (panem was north america) has some pronounciation differences but ive been saying their names so differently!!!! like ive been using soft As for the Anus brothers but its actually Anus so thats crazy.

next its very different to how i imagined, obviously they cut out so much (which is making me Need to read the og hunger games) but without coryos constant dialogue, i think more people are gonna fall into sympathising with him.

everything was also just so much more larger, like in my head the snake tank was as big as a fish tank not like all the snakes she was gonna drop into the games. the arena was sorta smaller than i imagined. the beam that i pictured lamina on was metal not concrete/stone. marcus :((( obvs the watches changed to screens. the origin of rat poison is different.

THE PRONOUNCIAtion OF TIGRIS!!!! and grandmaam was so much kinder than how i imagined.

i sort of wish we saw coryos inner dialogue because i feel like its a bit confusing to new people without it.

also like why r they dealing with jabber jays (dr gaul does make a brief mention but that was such a small detail thats so easy to miss).

for me seeing it as a movie solidified how evil he is because how could he do nothing seeing sejanus up there like😭. VISUALLY seeing him have a STRAIGHT face during that was heartwrenching.

from the book, i thought casca was actually so weird for having such a grudge against him but i see why now. not exactly justified but given the way he is bringing more 'life' to the games when casca's actively trying to kill them is understandable. THE WAY SNOW KILLED HIM??? crazyyy. Snow Lands On Top

hunter schafer ATE!!!!! like the "you look just like your father" omgg after she told him that she always saw hate in his eyes. shes so good. also from what i remember in the book he didnt even like his father why does he want to be like him in the movie😭😭 wish we saw his love for his mother a bit more

the way lucy's footsteps disappear LIKE BOOK CRUMBS! or like i guess it may have been mentioned in the lyrics of the folk song when she was singing but still so cool.

THE HOBB IS MASSIVE.

aLSO i think the movie goes down the route of snow being veryyy paranoid at the end. because her voice is echoing like it does at the hobb, i doubt her actual voice and singing would sound like that from the jabber jays? so was that actually her or his paranoia making things up?? yes shes actually gone (run off) but never truly gone from his life. the way he thought he shot her😭😭😭

i personally think they did love each other but snow strayed way past that line of good. dr gauls ideologies corrupted him (well like that lie about humans at their core being evil). he had his prejudices from the beginning but there were times he was good. idk he believed he was good when he was helping lucy gray but then he also had his ulterior motives for that so it made it all muddy. he says its for her but also for the money and in the end he chooses money.

anyways coriolanus snow is a bitch!!! a handsome one but still a bitch. bro went "IM SO SORRY IM SO SORRY" like what the hell u quite literally had him killed. bitchass man 🖕🖕🖕🖕

Ruby working really hard to earn Yang’s approval, not realizing she never needed to do anything for Yang to love her.

“You know you coddle Ruby too much,” Weiss said in more of a statement rather than a question. “All she’s ever going to do is seek your approval.”

“She knows she doesnt need my approval for anything and I dont coddle her.” Yang paused. “Much. I dont coddle her much.”

Weiss rolled her eyes and shook her head. “Right, and I’m the queen of Atlas. When was the last time she didnt come to you when she passed a test just to hear you tell her how proud you were of her? Or initiation when she was trying to prove to you that she could handle Beacon.”

“Initiation was to prove herself to you, not me. And for the record, she didnt come to me the last time she passed a test. But… you might have a point.”

“Might?”

“Okay, okay, you do have one.” Yang leaned back in her chair and started to rock a bit on the legs. “But you have to look at it from her perspective. She didnt grow up having a mom around and dad… well… he sorta threw himself into his work to keep himself sane. She had me and uncle Qrow, and while Qrow was around sometimes, I was there for her when dad couldnt be. So I did what any big sister would do in that situation and tried to make sure she’d know she could always have help around in case things got rough.”

“And so she took that as needing your approval on everything. You really should let her do things on her own.”

“I’ve tried, but its not that easy.”

Weiss scoffed. “How could it not be?”

“If she’s not getting approval from me, then who is she getting it from?” Yang dropped her chair back onto all fours and looked over at Weiss. “She’s certainly not getting it from you. All you’ve done is complain about her. Qrow gives her a little bit when he can, but he’s not around enough, and even I never got much out of dad on his good days.”

“I dont complain about her all the time!” Weiss took a breath and placed her scroll down into her lap and sat up on her bed. “She’s just childish.”

“Then maybe you both need to work at being better with her.” Blake stood up and started making her way out of the dorm. “Weiss, quit complaining about her and try to be more positive with what she’s doing. Everything she does to earn praise from Yang are the same things she does to earn praise from you. And Yang, maybe you should let her handle things a bit more on her own. You know that no matter what, she’ll have your approval and you need to let her see that on her own.”

Yang paused as she watched Blake. “I… guess I can do that. But where are you going?”

“To meet with Ruby for some training. She mentioned something about wanting to go into the forest to find some grimm to practice against. I guess the training arena just isnt helping anymore.”

Weiss sighed as Blake left and laid down on her bed. “I… guess she has a point. I could go a bit easier on Ruby…”

“Then we’ll make a deal.” Yang sat up and tossed her scroll over to Weiss. “I’ll stop coddling her and you give her more praise for what she’s done.”

“Fine, but if you start coddling her before I quit giving her praise, then you’ve got to do something for me.”

“What did you have in mind?”

Weiss smirked. “You have to come with me to Atlas the next time father puts on a gala.”

Yang winced and sighed. “Fine, but when you fail to give her praise before I start coddling her, then you join me and Sun at the club.”

“Fine. But you’ll be the one to lose.”

SLAP ! it was incredible, my aunt got us some cool ass seats....and i got a lanyard, pins and a keychain outside of the arena...there is a lot of sellers outside of the venue and its tradition for me and my mom to get stuff there...

in terms of the actual event, it was really cool...the crowd was kinda??? meh....just because back in my hometown they were messy as fuck ksdjfhkjsdf but i was also excited to explain to some family memebers going with me everything that was going on, and how stuff worked, i didn't know that the pagano vs cibernetico match was gonna be no DQ so my soul left my body as pagano literally got gangbanged live in front of a studio audience....kinda pissed that cibernetico is bald now? im excited that the lee brothers are first in line to challenge for the triple A titles that FTR have rn i hope i get to see that somehow??? my throat was severely fucked...I DID SEND TAYA A KISS IN YOUR NAME.........TAYA WAS ALSO AMAZING??? SHE CAME OUT DRESSED LIKE LA PARKA BUT IN PINK AND I WAS YELLING THE ENTIRE TIME....

also psycho clown was there and he is the blorbo from the circus...he came out with a ghost rider outfit....ONE THING TO NOTE IS JUST how everyone was like extremely well adorned, like it was the gala, everything had sequins and sparkles, and they were all serving cunt...the bad thing is that i got brian cage jumpscared im pretty sure i was one of the few people there who knew him and i was just yelling at him the entire time. also my ass left my body because the bucks showed up on the video package for the hijo del vikingo match and kenny got mentioned and i was like drunk and sad but it got all better when penta had his match. the unmasking moment was really intense, this dude was the last of the villanos who had his mask still so it was really heavy and emotional, and all the new villanos came to help him undo his mask. also penta looking all like that was making me feel insane. there was a moment where villano tapped and the ref didnt see it and then a moment where penta tapped and the ref didnt see it, safe to say my soul left my body both times. but it was great and im thankful that i managed to save the trip and i got to go. it was also really cool to see it come full circle for my mom who was there for the first one? it was just a lot....going on but it was great and it was fun even though my body wants to implode on itself atm.

Trigger warning: there will be mentions of a corpse and a state of slight decomposition.

Upon hearing Taka scream, the others rushed toward him. They didnt see what it was that caused the reaction, but they can smell something. Whatever it was, seemed to be more prominent since Taka had moved the branches aside. It wasn’t overpowering, but strong enough to be there. After getting a sniff of whatever it was, they saw what had caused Taka to freak out. The poor guy was so shaken that the ground under him was frozen. He didn’t say anything, just pointed a trembling finger at what was there. And laying there, face down, was a body. It appeared to be female. Her body was in such a state. It looked like it was almost crushed completely. Her skin was in a patchy state, almost looking like parts of it had melted away. She was also covered in something slimy. It made her silver hair look almost metallic and the sequins on her outfit look like they were freshly cleaned.

“Oh shit…” Mondo groaned, looking like he was caught between throwing up or not. Kaito was in a similar position, his stomach quenching so much that he felt like the bile was slowly starting to make itself known. Taka seemed like he was worse than them. He was extremely pale, almost turning blue. He was trembling madly and the air felt chilly all around him. Only Maki seemed unfazed. Kaito wondered how she could do that, but then remembered that she used to be an assassin. She’s probably seen a lot worse than this.

“It’s Tanken. I recognise the clothing.” She stated, kneeling down to have a closer look at the body.

“What…what…” Taka started gasping, but he couldn’t get the question out. Maki ignored him as she gently turned the body over. She grimaced as she touched the substance, but put it aside. The others watched her, both intrigued and still in shock at the same time as she continued her own autopsy.

“Every bone in her body has been broken.” She observed and looked at the face of the deceased. It was frozen in fear, mouth and eyes wide open. Or at least what was left of the eyes. Both sockets were almost completely empty. Tanken’s face looked quite thin, almost all of the skin cells tightening around the face. The others felt a little more sick at the sight of it. “It looks like she was partially digested too.”

“I apologise, but I think I’m going to be sick.” Taka moaned, unable to stop gaging.

“Alright. Come on, bro.” Mondo said before pulling Taka as gently and as quickly as he could away from the scene. They made it for about a few ft before there was a loud retching sound. Kaito winced a little as he heard Taka bringing up whatever was in his stomach. Maki spared the shaken Limitless a look of pity before she stood up. She wiped her hands of the substance as much as she could. She had never seen a human body like this, but she had an awful feeling as to what had caused this.

“Kaito…it’s obvious that this wasn’t a mere accident.” Maki stated, leading Kaito away from the sight. There was a rustle behind them as she used her powers to conceal the body. As much as she hated the woman that chased them, she couldn’t help but pity her in a way. She wanted to be respectful and give her a proper burial, but there might not be that much time.

“Yeah. So what could’ve done this?” Kaito asked, glad that he didn’t have to look at the body again. He had a feeling that if he looked at it again, he might end up like how Taka currently is right now. Shaking like a leaf and puking his guts out.

“You’ve seen it before. In the arena.” Maki answered, trying to keep her form steady as her senses went on high alert.

“That snake?” Kaito shuddered, whatever blood was left in his face was now drained completely. He hadn’t thought about that creature up until now. Dekuhebi was it called? Since leaving the Underground, he didn’t think that it would be possible to see the enormous snake again. Given how the members of the Council kept showing up out of nowhere, he should’ve known better. In all honesty he still didn’t think that Orochi would send his pet to chase after the group, let alone attack and kill Tanken. Her body wasn’t accidentally left there. It was clearly a warning. If not, there it’s one hell of a coincidence that it just happened to be there. Nonetheless, that snake could be anywhere. It was no doubt probably watching them, waiting patiently to strike.

“We need to leave this area. It’s too dangerous right now.” Maki ordered, thinking the same thing as Kaito. She hurriedly gathered up her and Kaito’s things and approached Mondo and Taka, who had stopped throwing up at that point.

“You doing okay, Taka?” Mondo asked, rubbing his new friend’s back.

“Barely.” Taka moaned, stumbling away from his spewed out stomach contents. Mondo helped to keep him steady as he took a few shaky steps. Maki didn’t miss a beat, they can’t linger here any longer.

“We need to find some form of shelter. It’s too dangerous to be out in the open.” She spoke with as much authoritative as she could muster. Not a second later, there was a rustling of leaves from above and behind her. She whipped around and Kaito wasn’t there. Given how there wasn’t any sound of distress from him, it was clear about what had happened. Kaito recklessly started flying upwards and headed to be above the canopy. “Kaito!” Maki didn’t care that they were in the middle of nowhere, if Kaito wasn’t careful, he’ll still be spotted. If not by some unfortunate biker that was going about their day, then definitely by Dekuhebi.

“I’m gonna throttle him when he comes down.” Mondo growled, looking passed that Kaito was taking a risk. He remembered the first time he me the kids clearly. He remembered spotting Kaito, not just in the air, but also in a wide open area where he was more than likely to be spotted. Hopefully the idiot will use some of the canopy as cover to keep from being spotted.

“Get in line.” Maki muttered, crossing her arms. Taka was going to say something but he couldn’t quite bring himself to do so. His throat felt incredibly dry after throwing up and his nerves were still rattled. He just needs to calm down. After a couple of minutes, Kaito came back down, taking a few leaves with him.

“There’s some kind of building. That way. If we hurry, we can make it before nightfall.” He said, pointing at the direction that he saw the building before shaking the greenery from his hair. He looked to see the looks of his friends. All three of them still looked somewhat disappointed in him, with Mondo looking like he was going to go into a shouting match and Maki getting ready to rip him a new one. “What now?”

“You are such a fucking idiot.” Maki muttered. As much as she would love to bite Kaito’s head off, figuratively speaking of course, this probably wasn’t the best place to scold him for being reckless.

“What?! OW!” Kaito exclaimed, yelping when Maki suddenly punched him in the shoulder as she started to walk by him. Mondo just piled it on by bashing into Kaito’s shoulder into his shoulder harshly. Taka didn’t say anything, he just followed the two, albeit still a little wobbly. Kaito, still not seeing how reckless he was, quickly followed after his friends. “Hey! What’d I do this time?!”

yet when he opened his mouth and she saw his smile, those horns capped and her tongue rolled up like a damn window blind snapped back too fast like in the cartoons. it was infuriating to say the least that she; claire helena dredge wanted to be nice to this man. “ i guess i could stay for a while, if thats not putting you out. “

so this book starts with this guy, his name is plutarch, peeta and katniss met him on tour, he basically made the arena for the latest game.

basically he and haymitch are calming katniss down, cinna is there too, if I'm remembering right. cuz shes still losing her shit.

so. before the game when plutarch and katniss met at the capital he kept talking about his watch (which is like a clock(it was a hint to the arena and how to escape and what to do))

so this guy is a part wait. wait a sec .

I totally forgot to say that there used to be a district 13!! yeah it was basically the home base of the first revolt until the capital blew it to smithereens. sorry I totally forgot to say that.

but yeah apparently theres like a new uprising happening and has been for a long time and they live underground like under the big big hole in district 13. yeah.

and why did they take katniss?

because shes gonna be the new like face of the revolt!!! cause shes been giving the capital so many "fuck yous"

and haymitch has been working with them this whole time. and he didnt tell her. so she fucking is so mad st him now too.

also during the game district 11 has been getting shittier too. they bombed the black market. and lots of other places. it's real messed up shit man.

so basically the capital has peeta and also the capital has been bombing district 11 a lot so the revolution evacuates them and now katniss has gale and prim and her mom and also I forgot to mention buttercup who is prims big stupid bitch cat (I love him)

so a lot of district 11 is with the district 13 people and district 11 is another hole now!!! wowie!!!

btw I forgot the district 13 leader but katniss does not like her. also apparent gale has been working w them for a bit? I think. I think that's what happened. he does like weapons n stuff.

so katniss is now the head of the revolt but now all she wants is to get peeta back

uh so basically they go on tons and tons of missions but katniss is held back a lot by the leader person which upsets her so she takes her team and goes on like their own mission to the capital to save peeta but like a ton of shit goes down and the capital is like hunting them down using all their horrible abomination animals and also district 13 gets peeta back.

but hes completely different

the capital basically brainwashed him and now he thinks katniss ruined his whole life and it's all very. very fucked up! super messed up.

katniss is very depressed over this and they go on another mission and also I think they take peeta as like a hostage or smth???? or they just take him with them??? I remember this book the least I think.

also katniss learns that district 13 wants to bomb the capital smth smth but also like all of panem is kinda on like a lockdown with like all this war?

at the capital building they have lots of districts kids kept in the yard that prim (who is like a doctor now btw. like her mom) and tons of other district 13 people are trying to help them but then they all get bombed by what katniss THINKS is the capital.

but it wasnt.

so prim is now dead and it's all very messed up and katniss finds president snow and he says that it was actually district 13 and shes like nuh uh

but she talks to gale about it. and it was hhis idea. so now she hates him too!!!

also they decide that katniss will be the one to kill president snow when the district 13 leader is like talking to him

but instead of doing that she shoots the reveloutioun leader (and also maybe president snow? I don't remember) and the whole thing ends with like her and peeta, who had not been cured of his brainwashing and doesnt have his memories I think but hes grown back into who he used to be and fell in love with katniss again, going and having like 2 kids and living like happily together n stuff. it's very sweet.

oh this is all sorts of fucked as hell???? what??????????

THE RIVALRY BETWEEN NARUTO AND SAKURA:

I know it was stated somewhere BY KISHIMOTO (maybe databook or one of the interviews) that with that kiss in ep 3 he wanted to start a love triangle and he mentioned Naruto and Sakura somehow being rivals 👀

I won’t usually believe his interviews, Anon... Especially when he talks about ships and that too after the Manga had ended in 2014. Because he contradicted his own words many times.... And I don’t know when did he gave that interview about this Love Triangle thingy but it seems he was definitely telling the truth.

I am just going to attach all the similarities I found so far...

‘Liking’ Sasuke:

This is the misunderstood panel in Naruto and yet the whole panel was all about Naruto discovering himself in Sakura....

Naruto said... "I finally understand why I like her".... It's an implication that Just like Sakura likes to kiss Sasuke, Naruto also liked the Kiss he had with Sasuke just before this scene (but acted like he hated it). It’s like Naruto saying to himself, “Sakura likes Sasuke.... Just like me.... Sakura wants Sasuke’s acknowledgement.... Just like me.... Sakura likes to kiss Sasuke... (Just like me)”...

He could understand why he likes Sakura.. Because of the sense of similar feelings.

Crying for Sasuke’s Death:

Sakura crying over Sasuke’s supposed death.... By hugging his Body....

Naruto also seemingly hugging Sasuke’s body and probably laying his face on Sasuke’s face??? It’s very unclear but definitely ambiguous....

Why is it very similar to Sakura’s panel, by the way????

Bothering Sasuke:

Sasuke himself points out that both Naruto and Sakura were bothering him.... by saying, “You’re the same as Naruto”.... Funny thing is , towards Naruto, Sasuke said “You need to become stronger than me”... Something encouraging. Towards Sakura, “Frankly your ability is below Naruto”... Something discouraging.

Sasuke’s Arrival:

Both of their shocking reactions are very similar after Sasuke arrived into the Chuunin Exams Arena!!!!

Body Moved on it’s own:

And that’s why Naruto could able to find Sakura’s lie blatantly and rejected her outright by saying, “I hate people who lie to themselves” because he was also lying to himself about wanting to Date Sakura.

Clearly, Sakura asked for Naruto’s Date and was worrying about Sasuke’s Cursed Seal.... And in the right panel, Naruto was alone with his “so-called” Love of his Life and ended up talking about Saving Sasuke....

But why are they worrying about Sasuke’s well-being, instead of Talking about ‘their own relationship’??

Are you going to isolate yourself?:

It hurts me when your are suffering:

This is that moment I got annoyed with Sasuke when I watched it from Sakura’s POV... Regrettably!!!!

How can people ship NS even after knowing all these panels???? I seriously don’t get it. Unlike other SNS posts, I didn’t write paragraphs and paragraphs of Explanation in this post so far... I merely attached the Panels... There is no need for interpretation... It’s all just TEXT and DRAWINGS...

It’s blatantly clear that Sakura loves Sasuke emotionally and ‘in other ways’. She never showed any signs of moving on from him. How can NS peeps ship her with Naruto when she is clearly in love with Sasuke???

I also don’t understand how could NS boldly claim that Sakura was Naruto’s “Love of his Life”???? They pull this nonsense like “Naruto did everything because of that promise he made with Sakura”... Let’s consider that’s the case, for Joke’s Sake..... But How could Naruto react very similar to Sakura when it comes to Sasuke??? He can share a Promise... How can he mirror every reactions with her unless they are not twins???

Clearly, Naruto was keeping Sasuke in his mind and want to date Sakura... Don’t they realize that Sakura was merely used as Naruto’s distraction???

Also, SS peeps keep on claiming that N and S are brothers and they plan to die on that Twilight hill for eternity... Well, nothing makes sense from that shitty Last Movie, Anon... So, it’s safe to forget about it altogether since it’s not canon compliant anyway and also neither Kishimoto nor Ikemoto reference anything from this movie in any of their materials...

WHAT’s THE RESULT OF THIS RIVALRY THOUGH???

This post is just my attempt to show how Naruto and Sakura were very similar when it comes to Loving Sasuke.... When you take all the above scenes seperately and look at her character, she may look likeable... But what makes her despicable is where she differs from Naruto completely... Which I’ll cover in my another ask..

To simply put, Naruto and Sakura are two sides of the same coin....

I’ve attached 19 + 1 similarities between Naruto and Sakura when it comes to their Love for Sasuke excluding the scenes from Boruto and Gaiden... Not 1 or 2.... It’s 19!!!

It’s very clear that Sakura was merely used as a Third Wheel and a Gay Shield to hide Naruto’s feelings and as well as to contrast her Selfish love for Sasuke from Naruto’s Selfless love for Sasuke.

And This Love Triangle was concluded in Chapter 698 when Sasuke accepted the Bond of Naruto by saying, “I Lost” and officially by accepting his “Hitai-Ate with a mark from Naruto” and

He Rejected Sakura by saying, “My Sins have nothing to do with you..” and by Poking her Forehead and well.... everything in Gaiden.

One of the Best Red-Herring Bond I’ve ever seen in any media.

Now that someone mentioned DDReader being a total lost cause in IKEA, imagine a concert (imagine her liking BTS and everyone didnt know about it until she mentioned she somehow got a ticket) and no one can even chaperone her anymore since BTS tickets sell out like wildfire (except GOJO, hes got bank).

Like imagine this:

"What do you MEAN THEY'RE SOLD OUT??!"

Megumi shook his head, in a somewhat lost thought as the girl joyfully held up her BTS ticket.

"BTS tickets are hard to get nowadays, especially when they only tour in one city for the whole country. It's as if you need to sell your soul for one" Megumi explained, somehow gesturing to Gojo's own ticket.

"How rude Megumi! Are you jealous that only me and dear y/n can manage to shove our ways to the top percent?" The smug face creeping in.

Megumi looked away, obviously done with the argument. However, the fuming female approached the girl in the front demanding an explanation.

"HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO NOT GET WORRIED WHEN BTS CONCERTS ARE EVEN WORST THAN YOUR IKEA TRIPS??!" Maki ranted, swiftly shaking the poor girl like a ragdoll.

That didn't stop the daydreaming girl to joyfully express her enthusiasm alongside Gojo who took his phone out to capture the scene. Yuuta stood behind Maki, contemplating whether he should let Maki worm her worried thoughts onto your brain to somehow make the girl be more careful or to stop Maki from letting the girl's brain loose.

"I think it's even worst that Gojo-sensei is the one chaperoning her instead. Well, at least Itadori won't be there to save the trouble" Nobara exclaimed. She too wanted a chance to experience the magic of BTS' concerts but she later found out they sold their tickets at midnight. And knowing the pure girl's liking towards the band, she would also sacrifice a few of her precious hours to somehow get a chance in getting one ticket. And Gojo-sensei, well, it's Gojo-sensei.

While Maki kept fuming her words onto the poor girl, it didn't stop her from daydreaming her future experience in a relatively huge arena, listening to the songs that plagued her mind ever since Gojo introduced it to her.

'This is totally worth it!'

I feel like Y/N would be like Honda Thoru - she is there physically but mentally she is not. I don't know if you guys have watched Fruits Basket, but I think she's in that scene in ep 15 when Sohma Ayame appeared in the cabin and he sort of just had his hand on Tohru's head and was moving it about? And Tohru was just there smiling and not moving away from his assault? I feel like that is here in this instance

She is completely out of it - not even caring to realise just what was is it that got Maki super nervous and worried. And Yuta, who probably realised she was already in lalaland, didn't necessarily stop Maki. Cause he was sure if she didn't take her anger out on something, she was going to turn it into sparring energy. So for now he just lets her shake poor Y/N, who just doesn't notice her at all lol.

Gojo was definitely the one who bought them the tickets, and he bought the VIP tickets so they can get all the merch in the golden line. Not gonna lie, I am not that big of a BTS stan - BUT Y/N FOR SOME REASON SCREAMS 'JUNGKOOK STAN'. I don't know who he will stan honestly - I don't know the members that well to make a real judgement lol. Someone enlighten me pls.

Highkey feel like Yuji will be tasked to pick the two up from the concert, cause he's the most likely one to be awake and be able to push past the hoards of people to look for Y/N and Gojo. Also because he has the patience to deal with them, and wouldn't mind them blasting BTS in the car as they drove back to the college.

Yes - Maki freaking out about the concert even though the worse thing that can happen is that Y/N get lost in the crowd and needs to be found by an employee lol.
