Powers

Amphibious: The Skull Devil first appeared bursting out of a lake upon being awakened and possesses a finned tail. Aquatic kaiju do not get Extreme cover bonus against the Skull Devil.

Bite: The teeth of a skullcrawler are painful even if not especially damaging.

Tail: Skull Devil's tail can constrict foes and even toss foes 1.5 times its weight

Tongue: The Skull Devil has a prehensile tentacle-like tongue that assists it in grappling.

Claws: The Skull Devil  has two powerful limbs with claws attached to them.

Leaping: The Skull Devil has ability to quickly gain higher ground and clamber on top of prey

Tunnel dweller: Burrowing kaiju DO NOT get an additional Category of Cover against attacks rolls by Skull Devil.

Pain Resistance or Tolerance: Skullcrawlers are able to keep their wits about them, continuing to hunt in a tactical manner even while receiving injuries  

Intelligence: Skull Devil is canny enough to sometimes intuit traps and attempts at deception. 

Weaknesses

Its Tongue is connected to internal organs. Can be cleanly pulled out with enough strength, killing Skull Devil.

Can be stunned by blunt trauma to the head.

Personal Primal Number: [17] Constriction  Skull Devil has wrapped itself around their prey, making their foe unable to make any defense rolls for the rest of the match, while at the same time the Skull Devil gives up all cover bonuses for the rest of the match.

Special Rule-Always Starving-After 9 rounds, the Skull Devil's eternal hunger, unless previously having fed by Special Rules or Battlefield rule, will start making them more reckless.

If it has not eaten, -10 to DPN the Skull Devil tries to end the fight more quickly.

After the 9 turns, Roll a D10 each time before the  attacking. If rolls 1, the Skull Devil managed to to find something edible or a placebo inedible meal and it feels full for the remainder of the fight and the -10 DPN penalty is removed, but forfeits its next attack roll.
