Continuation of the idol au. 🐝 anon… get ready babe

(Posted under this since it’s long ☺️) part 1 of 2

⚪️Gen 1⚪️ 90s- early 2000s

⚪️ICEE was an OG idol group made up of the Tsaritsa and 6 others who are now pretty much nameless. She outshined her fellow group mates to the point where she left her group and company to be a soloist in another company (the same that owns HARBING3R). She is more business oriented now and doesn’t really sing much anymore but does plenty of public appearances. She’s fantastic at marketing bro damn!! An amazing asset to have on your side. She worked her way up enough that she had/has a LOT of control over marketing for HARBING3R and FAiRLADiES. She is stil engaged in marketing (and even recruiting!) for new groups under her company’s name

⚪️M4GIC was a group of four. The group gained pretty much no traction but that’s where Alice debuted! She later did a lot of solo work and had 3 hit singles in her 5 years of being an active idol. She’s more family oriented now and spends most of her time with her daughter Klee. She sponsors her step son, Albedo, who is currently an idol. She is often pictured taking Klee to his group’s concerts! She also posts on her twitter about him whoever she sees him on TV or on posters

🔴Gen 2🔴 2000s

🔴HellBringerz was one of the first big groups in Teyvat. Made up of Pantalone(vis, dance), Capitano(lead, rap) and Dottore(vocal/dance). At the time, they were fresh out of college and scouted by a brand new company that literally needed anyone. The trio wrote and produced a big hit seemingly out of nowhere. Once their popularity surged, their manager, Pulcinella, quickly changed their name to a more appropriate ‘Harbingerz’ (which was again later changed to ‘HARBING3R’ after the trio claimed to fucking hate the Z at the end). Think of HARBING3R as a SHINee/Super Junior sound-alike, their signature sound is that classic early 2000s bass and extreme auto tune. HARBING3R has gone on many hiatuses but have pumped out 17 albums in their 16 years of activity. Pulcinella wanted the group to try to appeal to a wider audience so, he threw 2 new trainees in there without announcing it to the public, thats where Kuni and Ajax got their start. They only remained in the group for 6 months before leaving the company to join other, newer groups. Outside of HARBING3R comebacks, Dottore owns a private practice, Capitano is casted in action movies and Pantalone does his own solo music that has a… more mature theme…(he also does audio porn under an alias shhh) They’re all older now but are dug up when The company needs money or there’s music award shows to attend. Even though we got bitches in their late 30s, you know their company is about to make them sing for a check babe lmao. They’ll squeeze dottores arthritic knees into leather pants and shove him out onto the stage they don’t care

🔴FAiRLADiES is a group put together by the Tsaritsa herself. Since she is so influential, she is pretty much a trainer. Arlecchino, Signora, Sandrone and Columbina were scouted and trained under Tsaritsa. They debuted a year after HARBING3R as their female counterpart. They share a company so, with Tsaritsa’s encouragement, they often but the two groups together for collaborative albums. While thinking about FAiRLADiES, I listened to AOA’s ‘Miniskirt’, which inspired the ‘mature woman’ visuals in the group. They almost exclusively wear black or silver along with high heels. They carry a serious air about them but fans get to see their goofier side when their company films their dance practices. Those dance practices are what really attracted fans. While their music is fantastic, getting to see these usually serious girls giggle and dance around made fans like them even more. The group has not officially disbanded but much like HARBING3R, they don’t do much together anymore. Signora and Columbina have moved onto a lot of solo jobs, Arlecchino has made her debut in a few romance movies and Sandrone has worked diligently on a fashion line, all pieces created by her alone. But of course, when they’re called back to perform together they do so happily, they’ve publicly stated over and over that they’re a very tight knit group

🔴☆YATO was a soloist with a sexy, mature theme. Bold leather outfits, smoky eye makeup, crazy hairdos (Taemin’s Lucifer hairstyle oh my god), platform shoes… he embodied the whole gen 2 aesthetic. Kamisato Ayato is a nepotism baby by definition, his parents were/are crazy rich with connections throughout the business and entertainment industry. When Ayato showed interest in being an idol, he was picked up by a company within a week with a contract, a big budget and lots of creative freedom. He didn’t write his own songs, in fact he later admitted to being unable to read music at all but he could sing, he could dance, he had the energy and he had his good looks lmao. His parents, the ones who encouraged him to pursue being and idol quickly came to regret it as Ayato sang about seducing women and thrusted his hips on stage in front of thousands of people. They believed he was tarnishing their family name by acting this way. They gave him an ultimatum: he either got to continue being an idol with no shot at taking over the family business OR he could retire and have a guaranteed 25% of the company when he turned 22. He performed for the last time on his 3rd anniversary of debuting, apologizing to his fans and crying on stage in front of them. After his parents unfortunate passing, he took over the company when he turned 28 and now manages his sister, ☆YAKA(we’ll discuss her shortly). A second gen idol and a fourth gen idol in the same house? Oh god….

🔴Dr. BAi, Baizhu, debuted shortly after Ayato. He catered to a similar audience since his long hair, pretty face and strong vocals drew people in. He even collaborated with Ayato more than once. Baizhu was well known for his ‘Love Doctor’ album which was raunchy, dark and seductive. (Think ‘Sorry, sorry’ and ‘Bonamana’ from Super Junior cause those songs have a fuckin beat dude) He got some backlash for it, saying he was overly sexualizing doctors but he didn’t care cause he was going to be a doctor before he debuted, he was in medical school!! Dr. BAi had a sizable, dedicated fanbase. They were very invested in his personal life which got to be a bit overwhelming for him. He has an issue with his lungs which gets in the way of dancing for long periods of time. After facing criticism for being a ‘lazy dancer’ and having people trying to visit him at the hospital during his treatments, he sadly left the idol spotlight. He took some time off but later returned to appear on talent shows as a judge. People praise him for his kind and constructive criticism instead of bashing contestants on the show. Baizhu adopted Qiqi and provides a comfortable, loving life for her and his beloved pet snake Changsheng (Changsheng has her own instagram she’s kinda a celebrity herself)

🔴elec2ro is a still active duo comprised of Ei and Yae. They’ve steadily released music since they’ve debuted and while their release schedule makes it so the wait is LONG between albums/singles, their music is worth the wait. Think of how IU’s ‘Lilac’ makes you feel like that song is fresh and feminine, it’s just nice to listen to. That’s what elec2ro is. Their music is just nice to listen to and lacks the insane usage of auto tune like the other groups from this era. Ei and Yae were college roommates and they wrote music together just for fun. They submitted auditions to a few companies just for the hell of it, they were bored and had nothing else to do. Little did they know, they’d have 3 companies trying to grab them up at once! Crazy how things like that work. They refuse to do any jobs without each other, no solo work and no ‘one of you sing with this group’. They’re a package deal!! Always have been and always will be. They’re very active with their fans, they’re always retweeting fan art and setting up meet and greets with their own money cause they just love to travel and meet fans. Yae is the more social one between the two and Ei is a bit more reserved. Fans always try to get Ei to laugh and when they succeed, the whole place will erupt with cheers as they see her smile and laugh!!! so sweet. They’re not making new albums currently but they still release a solo song now an then, make plenty of appearances and interact frequently with fans online and in person

Garam patted her shoulder. "They're probably the politest idols we have under HYBE. I don't think they'll be harsh and think badly of us. Imagine we had BTS sunbaenim evaluating us instead—"

Her words died out as she stopped walking, causing you to bump into her. You looked up to see why she stopped, only to notice what she was staring at. Or more precisely, who she was staring at. A quiet gasp escaped your lips as you stared at BTS, who were talking amongst each other and had yet to notice the seven of you standing in front of them. While all of you were standing in front of them with your mouths opening and closing like fish out of water, they all shared a laugh over a joke Jungkook made.

"What the hell are they doing here?" You whispered.

"I have no idea but Hyeongeun-nim better have a good reason as to why he didn't inform us that BTS sunbaenim are the ones evaluating us today." Chaewon gritted through her teeth.

"Sorry for not letting you girls know earlier." Hyeongeun approached you guys from behind, startling Kazhua. "I was informed earlier this morning that Seventeen won't be able to make it to your evaluations this week but Namjoon-ssi graciously offered to fill in instead. They only have time this week so you guys will see TXT on Wednesday instead."

What more could the seven of you do besides nod your heads and prepare to perform? The situation was unideal but completely out of everybody's control so none of you could be mad at Hyeongeun for not telling you beforehand. You wondered what could've possibly conflicted with Seventeen's schedule for them to pull out at the last minute, considering that the evaluations had been scheduled since the end of last year. You were surprised that BTS even had a free day where they could cram in an evaluation considering how much they had scheduled in a regular work week.

"We'll start off with Chaewon introducing the group and then we'll go straight into Fearless, alright? Good luck, girls.”

took a gap year before getting dragged back to go to school so he could learn to be a normal human being

had no social life in high school because kid was NEVER there

he was a bored only child, while his neglectful parents were filthy rich and figured their kid could do whatever he wanted to entertain himself

so what he wanted, they got it—including vacations

with him being gone so much, his classmates always wondered who this choi yeonjun guy was and how he could miss so much school while still passing

though the intrigue kind of stopped when he pulled up to school with the ugliest shoes to walk south korea

him and his obnoxious shoes gave a lot of people the ick :(

but never fear, yeonjun and his footwear are just ahead of their time!

(you can't say they are in quite yet, but they probably will come around some day!!)

yeonjun typically spent his days doing sports, travelling, and running away from talent scouts lmao

no idol life for him in THIS lifetime

but as life would have it, the man is too scrumptious to be out of the spotlight for too long

bc he became a model not too long after college started due to a school project photoshoot went viral on twitter!!

his twitter is a minefield while he reserves his insta for the wholesome content :)

glue of the group despite insisting how much he HATES y’all

broadcast and entertainment major so he can get into the entertainment industry and get the bts of moviemaking!!

(really just wants to meet all of his favorite voice actors tbh)

known for being the Ultimate Boyfriend™ despite never actually being in a relationship lololol

in middle school he got into anime, which was COMPLETELY normal! he actually made a ton of friends that way!!

at least until one of his friends came over and saw his body pillow collection

unfortunately didn’t take long at all for the whole school to find out, and then they never let it go

all the way up until he graduated high school :(((

it’s okay tho!

he had tons of online friends from going to conventions and stuff!!

but making irl friends was definitely hard for him when he got to college

absolute MENACE to your little society

he’s the guy who gets whoever is in his company to unironically admit “last night was a movie”

music major studying composition while playing guitar in a band

the girlies are FAWNING

ppl are so in love with him because he’s so pretty

but then the kid opens his mouth :/

he was the most extroverted kid

which worked perfectly bc with his good looks and personality, everyone wanted to be his friend!! :D

but with high school, friends, and all his 100 extracurriculars

kid burned out by senior year :(

his last year of school, he totally ghosted his friends and stayed inside all day playing video games

(he actually got diamond 1 on LoL, boy is nothing if not determined)

eventually rumors went around that he got dropped and turned into a social outcast

but he didn’t really care since he was fine with rotting away the rest of the school year

by the time he got to college, he wanted nothing to do with things that would suck his already nonexistent energy

02’ liner//freshman

the one that always has the braincell

and really wishes he didn’t so he could escape yall

stem major for engineering, which is just another one of his controversial choices (being second only to befriending yall)

everyone on campus knows him as that one guy you go to when you need the answers to your homework or your final

yeah, he’s selling the test answers on the black market :P

what? he’s in DEBT

he never gets suspected tho bc he alrdy knows all the answers, so why would he be involved with that??

but the rest of the town?

well, the town knows him as terry

mans is always seen at the gym and the club pulling without even trying

this is TOTALLY contrasting to his high school life, where he literally only gave his time of day to his studies

mans did not have TIME to hang out with anybody

bc of this, he became a bit of an easy target to the one-dimensional jocks that tried to use him to get them better grades :(

he was a small kid, so he got picked on and tossed around a lot :(((

it’s okay, since he’s buffer than them now!! >:)

‘02 liner//freshman

maknae that’s more mature than ALL OF YOU

he acts like he isn’t, but kid grew up a MIDDLE CHILD between TWO SISTERS

they’d managed to craft the most perfect and thoughtful angel to grace south korea

except for his demonic laugh :/

but YOU GUYS LOVE IT!!

he’s coasting through college, wishing he could tell you what major he was

but boy is constantly changing it LMAO

he just loves learning about different subjects!!

not to mention he’s good at most things he tries

so he makes tons of friends!!

but he didn’t always :(

from middle to high school, he was THE band kid

he could play the guitar, percussion, trombone, and piccolo!!

so when little kai walked home in his minecraft hoodie carrying his giant instrument case

8/10 times kid would get pelted by eggs or something on the way home

good thing he had his trombone case to shield him!! :D

kai would also be insanely awkward and didn’t have good icebreakers besides his plushie collection

too bad that didn’t become socially acceptable for another few years

you were LOSER #1 girlie ://

you were just a little slow to pick up on a lot of social cues and what was "cool" or not, making you prone to awkward situations and bullying

for example: pinky promises and saying “on god” was quirky and acceptable, but spit shakes were not

neither were bowl cuts

or pretending to drown at the school pool and see how everyone would react

like i said, you were behind on a lot

but what took you the longest to learn—the people you thought were your friends were no longer laughing with you and your unfortunately timed puns, but at you (and your unfortunately timed puns) :(((

but you digress, because your overactive imagination worked to your advantage of getting clout and a full ride scholarship!!

you’re an art major with a minor in photography, winning a national photography contest that got the attention of your college

your genius piece of "different kinds of falls in public", where you purposefully tripped people walking by you and taking photos of them, had won the heart of the public and the school board over to the point of them begging to have you!

your parents and teachers just wished you had the same genius outside of cameras--as you slacked off in every other academic aspect

CERTAINLY

Basically the side characters are each products of the main three's routes in some way and I'm hoping to include them as part of those stories as more detailed elements of their overarching arcs.

Kazu first showed up in canon in a Yakuza themed AU short story I wrote for Patreon to be Mori's right hand man and bodyguard. He's 6'5" and built like a brick shithouse (charm point: huge tiddies and a tiny waist, very Dorito coded). Kazu's a fun combination of Stoic and Confident- he's an expert martial artist so he's kinda got that meathead/jock swagger- but also a delightful degree of socially inept and has a constant intense resting bitchface. He would beat someone into a paste for threatening you without blinking but if you cried in front of him he would have zero idea what to do. His personality is very Guard Dog? He always reminds me of a very mean doberman, alert and ready to react Severely and also absoLUTELY unswervingly loyal to people he's decided to trust. With Mori, the dynamic is especially funny as it took Kazu a while to respect him enough to take orders from but now that Mori's proven himself, Kazu would do basically anything he said, though they do share the Warrior's Bond and have to brawl a lot to work out the tension or solve disagreements.

Kazu used to be in a biker gang and spent time in prison (he also used to be super skinny and didn't bulk up until his mid twenties). He runs a mechanic shop during the day where he customizes cars and bikes and also built his custom bike, Kanōbo, from the ground up. He also loves J-Idols + has an anime figure cabinet and worked in an izakaya/pub for a number of years so he can actually cook. Vital funfacts: He enjoys beating people up, loves steak, is a junior high dropout, and nearly qualified for olympic level judo.

As of now Kazu doesn't have a demon deal but no promises for the future :)

Raath is almost comically complex for his role as a side character and is actually a redux of an OC I had in another fandom many years ago. Canon took a direction i didn't like and for a long time Raath sort of simmered but I love his Assholish Behavior and found a great role for him in TCM as Amir's parent's go-to hitman.

Raath is, above all else, brutal and carnal to the core. He was raised in a really fucked up way that cut him off from any semblance of a normal human childhood as part of an dark-entity-worshipping, off the grid assassin cabal. He was raised essentially as a child soldier and pushed because of his prodigy and proclivity towards assassin skills. He's socially inept but in a weaponized way, unafraid to flagrantly disregard social norms to say or do whatever he wants.

Raath is about 6'3"ish and lean/lithe. He's muscular but built for dexterity over strength- though don't let that fool you, he's immensely strong. While he doesn't know his origins, he was born in Greece to Cypriot parents. When he was a young teen, his cabal master had the revelation that Raath was the link back to their supernatural patron and decided to ritually mutilate him (in accordance to the old ways) as a sacrifice. The ordeal was utterly brutal (think legends of the old norse Blood Eagle) and by all accounts, there's no way he should have been able to survive. But miraculously, somehow, he did and the cabal considered that a sign to continue his training.

Raath doesn't have a demon deal. However, in the world of TCM, there are different orders of "demons" (not all supernatural entities use that word to describe themselves, its more of a human POV type label). Mori, Amir, and Akello are all humans-turned-demons via contracts made with other demons. Tor, from Akello's chapter, is a full demon and had never been anything else. Raath is something different altogether. Essentially, Raath is a human vessel for the phonos of bloodlust, Aimvoros. In Greek mythology, phonoi are deities that are the literal personification of a human emotion/experience and they're the children of Eris, the goddess of discord. Aimvoros is a play on the Greek words for Blood Hunger. So ESSENTIALLY, Raath has a demon of a Particularly potent caliber in his head somewhere, who's slowly and quietly trying to take him over and regain a physical form. Raath, however, is wild and unpredictable AND a lot more cunning than he seems. So the baseline for Raath is that he's playing a mental game of cat and mouse with a minor god inside his own head and winning. Its a long and arduous process but it sets the stage for Raath becoming the new blood god while retaining his human consciousness.

For his day job, Raath is an assassin/hitman who specializes in out of range sniping and making a huge mess of his targets. He's the guy you send in when you want to send a message, not have a kill go under the radar. As such, he's been very useful to Amir's parents for their dirty business and political maneuvering, though he's only as loyal as the assignments are engaging. Amir and Raath dislike each other a lot but they both acknowledge that the other is Useful in their own right.

Marcel is, by comparison, the freshest TCM character on the roster and so I'm still kind of feeling him out a little bit. He's gregarious and loud, generally friendly and well liked by classmates, coworkers, and teachers. He's very much that Star Football Player Who's Best Friend is in Band- he could absolutely be an asshole with the social position he's had as a high performing athlete going into college on a sports scholarship but his swagger and cockiness is more charming than offensive and he doesn't let the college sports environment get TOO much into his head.

He is, however, very confident and sure of himself. Growing up he got in trouble for backtalking to teachers almost constantly, and always had a comment for any given situation. He has an incredibly loud, unique laugh that you could pick out in a crowd and even now on the college campus him and his friends are usually the most animated group in the quad at any given time.

Marcel works hard and takes his studies pretty seriously or rather.... as seriously as he has to. He keeps his grades up to maintain financial aid but is always ready to party and now that he's on his own and establishing his adult life, he's ready to experiment and try new things.

Marcel found out about the demon infestation in the city on his own and was willing to make a deal with one for information on the accident that "killed" Akello but has so far managed to avoid actually taking out a contract. Akello and Marcel were very VERY close before the accident, however, and now they're sort of trying to figure out how to go back to that. Akello's big Parental Fear is that Marcel will have a Party Whore College Boy (like HE DID) phase and lose track of his academic pursuits.

For now, I'm lacking in Marcel concept art but Atlas' headshot is fucking dreamy so here it is again.

I THINK?? THATS EVERYTHING??? ALL THE BASIC DETAILS? I love my side characters very very much and I'm hoping the KS unlocks that sprite package so I can get them some official tcm sprites! (I blatantly made it the first stretch goal cause i want it SO BAD).

The Red String of Faith - The Mall Episode: One-Shot

Polyamory, group of 10, two OC's -feel free to replace one OC with yourself if you'd like- , listen this is an idea me and my best friend had and is something for fun read at own risk, not edited as always, also we are starting to explore themes such as bxb and gxg if thats not for you, this story may not be for you.

A/N: Hi all, this one shot goes with our story but is just a fun filler and little something something on the side. You can read this outside of the story or not read it at all. Both are okay! Enjoy :)

Masterlist

Going to the mall was a common thing for Lia and Lyra, just not this mall. After their flight back from spending time with their soulmates Ateez at their last US concerts, the two girls had decided to spend one extra day in Charlotte before heading back to Columbia.

Being tired and honestly, a little sad at having to go separate ways with the boys, the girls decided that the only thing that could make them feel better was to go find some stores to waste their money in. What did this really mean, Lia vlogging a trip to the mall and buying Kpop stuff even though they just were with their idol soulmate/boyfriends less than 14 hours ago.

“Hi Bunnies!” Lia was holding her small vlogging camera and waving while they were sitting in her car outside the mall. “We are outside the mall, and as boring as that sounds it's fun to us because our local mall has nothing.”

“That’s not true, it has the creepy Aeropostale and once upon a time it had a macaron stand that was amazing,” Lyra chimed in from her spot in the passenger seat. Lia quickly got her in the shot as she spoke.

“So, like I said, nothing,” Both girls laughed at the dig at their local mall, home was home but no one really bragged about living in or around Columbia, SC. “Our goal today, find the Noeasy, or Christmas EveL albums because I want them. And Levanter for Lyra. I also may get a couple Seventeen albums if I can find some I really want.”

The pair was walking into the mall now, and one thing Lyra would never get used to is the looks of other people when they see someone vlogging in public. She couldn’t really blame them, she would also be confused and maybe weirded out if she had seen someone vlogging before Lia started doing social media and streaming as a career.

“Okay, guys, after our first few random stores and a popcorn break, we have made it to the FYE. And here is the selection,” Lia was filming the standard K-pop section the store had, after getting the okay from the manager on duty.

They had a decent amount, some of the more popular albums and with a healthy selection, The largest amount was BTS albums to no one's surprise, the group was huge and it was one of the easiest to find.

The girls were a bit disappointed right off the bat, they found the Noeasy album but none of the others in this section of the store. “Okay, they had this one from Stray Kids, but that was it. Oh, look Ateez! I’d get this one, but we both already have it, so not this trip.” Lia showed a Zero: Fever Part. 1 album, at the beginning of the area.

“Oh, I think Lyra found some more over here,” her assumption was right as she made her way to where Lyra was at a smaller Kpop display, where there were some more Stray Kids albums and the first Seventeen albums they had seen in the store.

“They have Seventeen, I didn’t see any others over yander. Oh! And they have some lightsticks behind the register,” Lyra pointed out both the album and the lightstick from afar.

Honestly, they considered the first one a bit of a bust only coming out with one of the albums they were looking for and a seventeen album that Lia had picked up after all. They even joked a bit about getting the random light stick that was in the store, but neither were fans of Super Junior.

“Okay,” Lyra had taken over the filming for Lia as they had sat back in the car to do an unboxing of the albums Lia purchased. “I’m hoping to get a Han photocard, as always, but I am also looking for Felix to have one of each member. And I know, I know, I could just order everything offline but listen I like the instant gratification that comes with picking them up from the store and our tradition is to open the albums in the car.”

Lia was slowly opening her album and slapped her hand aggressively down over the photo card not to spoil anything for herself or any viewers. With some caution, Lia slowly pulled all of the cards up, still keeping them hidden from view.

“Okay, first one….” She paused for dramatic effect before turning the first card over to reveal a picture of Bang Chan.

“What a cutie, very much love him, but I have like twelve of him,” this was an over-exaggeration, Lia only had three of him but it seemed like she pulled him in every album she got, so every time she got a photo card of him she shouted out some exaggerated number in a fake complaint.

“And we have, A HAN!” Lia was actually jumping in her seat with excitement over the card. “Look, look, look, my little dude. Hahaha, I could just squish him to bits,” she was yelling but in a way that made Lyra cackle from behind the camera.

The girls finished the vlog by going to a much smaller Kpop shop in Charlotte and finding a much better selection. They ended up getting everything they had been searching for and matching SKZ keychains.

Two days later, the LA Vlog was posted and a week after that, the Mall vlog went up. It was considerably shorter than the LA content and honestly, that was fine as Lia was able to do her weekly streams at the moment and was working on the long-form series for when they joined the boys again.

What neither of them expected was Wooyoung calling Lia at 9 AM the following morning.

“Hello?” Lia answered the phone, she had only woken up about 10 minutes before so her voice was still rough from her sleep.

“YAH!” Wooyoung’s shout got even Lyra's attention, who made her way from the kitchen in their apartment to the living room where Lia was.

“What is the matter in here?” Lia just shrugged in response to Lyra's questions, about to ask when Wooyoung started speaking again.

“STRAY KIDS ALBUMS? You traitors, this is the biggest betrayal of my life. You looked at OUR ALBUM, OURS! But you got THREE of theirs, I swear i’m fighting them all the next time I see any of them. I thought you were ATINY. DOES THAT MEAN NOTHING TO YOU?” Wooyoung was still yelling and rapidly switching from English to Korean.

The girls were dying, they were laughing so hard at the man’s over-dramatic ass. To the point where he could hear their laughter over the phone and Lyra thought she was going to pass out because she couldn’t stop laughing at his reactions.

“Don’t laugh, I'm serious. Don’t make me get Hongjoongie-hyung to scold you both,” Wooyoung’s threat didn’t scare either of them in the slightest, it was a bluff. It had to be, there was no way that he would actually scold them for buying another group's album and merch.

“Oh no,” Lyra said, showing her phone to Lia at the text Hongjoong had just sent in the group chat. He was indeed pissed. They all were a little bit, but he was demanding that Lyra call him so that he can also speak to them.

Wooyoung, now smug as hell, hung up his call with Lia saying he would let Hongjoong handle them. He was a little too giddy about the fact that his leader was about to scold them, something the rest of their soulmates had experienced at one time or another.

Was this slight possessiveness hot, absolutely. Were they a little scared of Hongjoong at the moment, very much so.

Lyra, not wanting to make him any more upset, face-timed Hongjoong. It took one ring before the screen began connecting over to him.

Once the connection was stable, his face appeared on the screen and the look he had was nowhere near amused.

“I was under the impression, the two of you were Atiny? I must have been mistaken,” Hongjoong was very calm, it had both girls' full attention on Lyra’s iPhone.

“We are Atiny b-'' Lyra tried to explain but Hongjoong just held up a finger when she began to talk.

“I understand that Stray Kids Make very nice music, Seventeen as well. I have to admit that we are very attached to our Atiny,” Hongjoong paused and pulled back a little, the girls could see several of the other boys sitting near him on the coach he was on. All of them had a similar look on their faces, very serious and stern.

Both girls had several thoughts going through their heads, but the one they had in common was the thought of just how hot they were being jealous.

“We are even more possessive of each other, I think people have picked up on that here and there, but we do not share well at all. Are we not your favorite idols?” Hongjoong asked them in the same calm manner as before.

“We understand that you are protective and you are our favorite boys in this whole world,” Lyra began, answering her soulmate, “We are Ainty, but we also are Stays and Carats and Army. We got so incredibly lucky finding all of you, but it may not have happened if we hadn’t also been fans of those other groups.”

Lyra knew the culture was slightly different for K-stans, but she and everyone she knew who were fans of Kpop loved multiple groups.

“If I hadn't had some very good friends introduce me to a group called GOT7, I never would have spared a second glance to Korean pop. If Lia hadn’t stumbled upon a video of Lee Felix being cute, I never could have convinced her to listen to Ateez. We will always pick you, as our favorite boys, as our choice, believe in you and route for you above all else. I promise that.” Lyra became serious in her last couple of words, they both knew it.

The boys also picked up on the sincerity of what both of the girls were saying by this. Lia, while not speaking, knew that they understood that it went for both of them.

“You’re our soulmates, and you work very hard. We will always support your music and cheer you on.” Lia added with a small smile before continuing, “We will stream and vote for you, that is unless you’re up against Stray Kids, then I might have to pull for the other team.”

All the boys groaned and let out complaints in a mixture of English and Korean, while the girls giggled.

“I’d vote for you over Stray Kids, but if it were GOT7…” Lyra stopped there with a small grin on her face.

“Hey, now we can show you our cute tattoos!” Lia said as she shifted some of the bracelets she always wore on her left wrist to show the small symbol on her wrist, it was like the inside of a Nachimbong with the iconic S at the very bottom of the symbol.

Their faces morphed from understanding to confusion and then Hongjoong made a face, poking his tongue into his cheek.

Lyra from beside her pulled up her pant leg to show her ankle to show a small green bird there.

Then without warning, San pulled the phone from Hongjoong’s grasp and began speaking, “When are you going to get Ateez tattoos? Cover those with us.” He wasn’t joking in the slightest but the girls couldn’t stop laughing at the suggestion. Maybe, just maybe they would think about getting an Ateez tattoo.

They both were shaking their heads in response, they wouldn’t cover up their happy little reminders of their introductions to K-pop. Even as the boys began to make a fuss again, their renewed frustrations, the girls couldn’t take the situation seriously anymore.

Eventually, Hongjoong just hung up the phone and the boys spent the rest of their night pouting.

okay SO i’ve been working on this list for a couple days since i’m finally revisiting my high school au thing. I have four different friend groups (GHOST, Drifters, E.G.O, SHADOW/A.L.T.E.R) and I’m gonna do different posts because I’m still touching up on mainly the last two. General Group Headcanons

Tina joined choir freshman year but was very self-conscious about it, so she forced Meowscles (his human name is Maxwell because it starts with M and i’m uncreative) to join with her. Turns out he’s a really good bass and he LOVES being on the stage, so he forces her into all these duets to get her to loosen up.

Skye and Tina practically live at each other’s houses. They’re always at one or the other after school and have sleepovers every weekend, where they watch movies and play video games all day/night. To each other, Tina is the cool junior and Skye is the cool freshman

Despite being one of the peacemakers/death preventers (the other being Brutus), Tina and Max have gotten very good at convincing Maya to join them on their not-so-very-safe shenanigans

Brutus, Max, and Maya have specific days they go to the gym together after school.

Brutus is always the one to drive, mostly because he’s the safest and quietest option. Maya doesn’t drive, Tina would be 20mph above the speed limit, Max turns the ride into a karaoke session (where he sings off-key on purpose), and Midas simply likes being a rider.

WAIT i'm frothing at the mouth at goalie robo

!!! this idea is SO old but i'm still obsessed with the concept of any kind of goalie robo au (ahem). i was actually playing around with a soulbond twist for this one too but then transferred that over to my 2124 draft... but the idea was basically what if robo — noted goaliefkr666 who was a clunky and awkward skater as a child — tried being in goal at his father's behest and then went down the NCAA Goalie path instead... also he liked the devils growing up so he'd totally idolize brodeur. i'd mentioned to a friend before that robo's development arc as a star player is kind of almost goalie-like, i.e. not that it's super unconventional or anything but his slow marination and pathway to becoming a first-line player parallels a lot of jake's time in the ahl and i think it's partially (out of many unhinged reasons) why he's so sympathetic to the goalie experience!!!

anyway i had a specific 2129 iteration that was basically just using him as a stand-in for other goalies in jake's life ngl. aka he and otter are rival goaltenders in college (sorry woll) and then hometownboy jason gets drafted by detroit while otter goes to dallas, but there are all these moments along the course of their life where they get close to each other, maybe they also meet in the program, and they bring home gold for team usa during world juniors etc. and also not to get too much into the mechanics of it or anything but i think jason wouldn't be a very naturally "athletic" goalie so their styles would differ a lot. anyway long story short detroit mismanages him severely and he gets acquired by dallas and they become the a/b tandem to end all a/b tandems and then jake is like ok let's go win a cup 💚 the end

Idol Wing AU: Star 1: The Debut!

Group Dorm - MAX1M Entertainment

Today is YUM1E's debut day, all the members were looking forward to their debut with the single: Dream World, the MV has already been released and now they are officially a loop group, ready to handle a big hit.

- Finally! Our group debuted! - said Brighie - Long live YUM1E!

- Alive! - said the other members

Everyone cheered, now they were happy that their years as simple trainees were over and they were now a real group.

- Our trainee years were horrible - said Vicky - every humiliation we went through to debut

- Especially for you two, isn't it? - said Miah - Sophie and Lollo

The aforementioned were very sad because their teachers humiliated them a lot because the two were not of the Korean beauty standard, because the two they were foreigners, hence more and more prejudice.

Flashback - Sophie's Mind

A flashback in Sophie's mind, showing her and her youngest sister Lollo, both in the practice room, creating a super difficult choreography that the teacher had passed, but what saddened Sophie, was the fact that whatever mistakes they had, but charges for "perfection" they are.

- Did you get it wrong again? - said the teacher - she had to be a foreigner, if she were Korean she wouldn't make a mistake.

- I'm sorry ma'am - said Sophie - I'll try harder

- You will never be good enough, neither you nor your sister who is also a negation - said the teacher - I admire that the CEO still accepts foreigners in the auditions, I don't think there should be this global audition joke, K-pop is for Koreans, not for foreigners. Back in position!

Sophie returned to her position, and practiced that choreography for hours, it seemed that being a foreigner, no matter how hard she tried, it would be worthless.

Back to the dorm - MAX1M Entertainment

Sophie came out of the flashback relieved and now as a K-idol, she will prove to her sister and her group that they can be a success.

- Sophie, sister - said Lollo - are you ok?

- Don't worry sister - Sophie said - I'll be fine

- Hey girls! - said Vicky - stop being sad and let's start the party!

- Yes! - all members say

Sunny's Hangar - World Aircraft

Sunny was in her hangar with her headphones on listening to a K-pop playlist, ranging from 3th generation groups (Super Junior, Girls Generation, EXO, Big Bang, 2NE1, 4Minute and others) to current groups of the 4th generation (IVE, æspa, New Jeans, NMIXX and others), but then a song Sunny had never heard, Dream World by YUM1E.

Sunny started listening and immediately fell in love with the group, with the music that was contagious and pleasant to listen to, with the members who were very beautiful and by the fantasy concept, totally different from anything you've ever seen.

- What was this? This song is wonderful! - Sunny said replaying Dream World - I need to hear it again!

Sunny listened once, twice, three times and hundreds of times, she didn't stop anymore, the music became bubblegum in Sunny.

After Sunny's wonderful encounter with Dream World, she got to know the group and its members in depth, not to mention that she was now part of the group's famdom, and of course, Vicky became her Bias.

- I need to show this to the girls - Sunny said - I'm sure they love Dream World as much as I do!

Days later

Sunny called her Super Wings friends to listen to the song and give their opinion, they all loved it as the musical Super Wing already predicted, They started talking and getting to know more about the group and each one of them had their own bias.

- My Bias is Brighie - said Dizzy - she is confident and determined and always willing to motivate and support the group as a true leader

- I like Brighie, but Mine Bias is Flora - said Mira - she is so cute and sweet, She loves nature, She is well disciplined and cautious.

- Flora is really well educated and My Bias is Aria - said Astra - she has the same screw loose as my brother Astro, without being over the top, I like that

- Aria really loves danger and My Bias is Akira - said Crystal - She is a talent machine! Both in rap and dance

- I confess that I'm open with Akira in the MV, My Bias is Sophie - said Neo - She always knows when someone needs help, and she knows how to help.

- Sophie is thoughtful and kind, My Bias is Lollo - said Ellie - she is very cute and smart as hell, she knows a little bit of everything, she is very reminiscent of grandpa knows how to answer any question.

- It's true Lollo is really smart, My Bias is Cherie - said Lime - Ama loves sports and has a screw loose like Aria, I love it too

- She is full of adventures, My Bias is Miah - said Sky - Together with Brighie, she supports the group, it's good that she always helps when someone is not well.

- I like Miah a lot, but My Bias is Ivieh - said Kim - she is very crazy and dares to take super difficult steps and challenges, and she always succeeds.

- you already know who my Bias is - Sunny said - and now as we are DREAM1ES we need to support the group and ensure that they are popular on the music charts

- Yes - said Dizzy - let's do this anonymously, as we are also "famous" we need to be more careful

- You're right Dizzy - said Astra - I'm going to create the fanpage and spread it throughout the Airport.

- Yes - said Mira - let's get more DREAM1ES for the fandom!

- On the fanpage we can use names that are not ours - said Ellie
