m.obius has been continuously corrected.

when abducted by he who remains from his timeline and his memories wiped, m.obius became a blank slate. he needed a role to fill. a part to play in the t.va. at first, he was slotted into the minutemen, not exceptional and a poor combatant, needing to be reassigned. they designated him as an analyst soon after and, excelling, eventually promoted him to Agent. he was gifted a new name, then. m.obius m. m.obius.

but the version of m.obius we see isn't the version he's always been. throughout his tenure with the t.va, he's always been stubborn, not just in how he conducts his business, but in the form of residual memories. slivers of his past life, unlike most employees of the tv.a, tend to resurface, though never quite fully realized and always fragmented. they don't necessarily warrant a need to be re-wiped and reset—his love of jet skis is innocuous enough—but when too many fragmented memories resurface or if any one becomes too fully-formed, the memories are wiped. likewise, due to his penchant for investigation and his inability to keep his own curiosity in check, now and again, he runs into uncovering things he shouldn't, whether small or drastic. this is why he has no memory of leaving behind rings on r.avonna's table or why he has no trophies, effectively reminders, for his solved cases—the times he met with her in her office to debrief or talk could have followed some sort of revelation, personal or t.va-related, and immediately prior to a wipe. he becomes uncooperative or deemed a "threat". this is also partly why he stays in middle management. having access to higher-tier, restricted information would only invite and encourage future resistance.

there is also the case where, in his long pursuit of sy.lvie, he himself has gotten into contact with her and exposed to enchantment. his memories return. he's reset. the marks remain.

nobody quite catches on to m.obius' memory wipes, or soft reset, due to several reasons: 1) m.obius' behavior and personality never drastically shift. nobody has enough reasonable suspicion or evidence to think something has gone amiss. 2) once cases are closed in the t.va, they stay closed. there is no reason for further discussion or revisits. 3) m.obius does not disclose any aberrant thoughts or share unknowingly rediscovered memories or revelations to the greater t.va at large. they aren't the ones he comes to regarding anything at all.

it's r.avonna he confronts or who finds out. it's r.avonna who knows him best. and it's r.avonna who has him corrected.

courier six in comic/mass effect verses gets the moniker the courier when she dabbles in space travel with house or works as an informant for the illusive man. the six comes from other random esoteric reasons. usually that the space ship she’s been designated is #6, other times it’s the number of her file when she undergoes cyborg enhancements. six tends to just be a number i tease bc i can lmfao

in a verse where she doesn’t work for robco/cerberus and just works as a freelance delivery ship, she goes by courier six for the sake of anonymity because she carries uhhh some questionable items. 

i realize sometimes it’s weird and vague and the simple answer is because at this point she’s just as much an unaffiliated oc than she is a fnv player character lmao, but! she is still the chaotic little gun baby doing good recklessly

Hello this is a side blog for me to scream and post about my Overwatch OTP, Tracer x D.Va, aka Lena Oxton x Hana Song.

Personally I do ship Tracer with almost any other girls but this is the shit and I love them both so much; they’re so cute. My friend and I had decided that this pairing needs a ship name and I’m gonna coin them as T.Va, since T.Racer is a thing and well, it’s so darn fitting.

Fantasia - Does your muse believe in magic? What is their view on it? Well, considering she lives in a world where magic pretty much does exist, and she herself uses it,,, yeah she believes in it fhdskjhfskj She’s pretty neutral on it. It can be good or bad, just depends on who’s using it

Aladdin - If your muse had 3 wishes, what would they wish for? Ooh… honestly, I’m not entirely sure! It also depends on at what time this question is being asked - Katrina at 16 has different wishes than Katrina at 27. When she’s young she would probably wish for things that would help her own safety - better parents, to erase certain things, to not run into HYDRA. As she gets older, it takes a while but she does start to heal and get to a place where she’s more content. I think at this point she would make wishes for those she cares about. Maybe something like a good education for her niece would be one of them, so that she can have a good future.

Moana - Does your muse believe in fate or destiny? What is theirs? Honestly, she doesn’t want to. She wants her decisions and actions to be her own, not some other force’s. Also, she absolutely hates the idea that certain things just “had to happen” or the “everything happens for a reason” stuff. Just because her traumas have changed her does not mean that they had to happen or were ultimately good. And, she hates the idea that the other kids in her HYDRA group had to die (and that she was the one who was “supposed to” survive). (This also gets a little into why I’ve said she would be absolutely fucking livid at k.ang and the t.va - they enforce those ideas.) As for her destiny… the specifics differ depending on the time, but I’d say one of the biggest themes is survival.

The Emperor’s New Groove - What animal would you associate your muse with? Why? Hmmm… I like the motif of the wolf, wildness, survival, power, and “biting the hand that beats” so to speak - but in terms of her personality, I’d have to go more with a cat. Very reserved, slow to trust but very trusting when they do, will fight you if you cross their boundaries, and tend to try and put up a more nonchalant demeanor even if that isn’t true. (Though, Katrina would be a bit chatty for a cat fhdskjfhskj)

Lilo & Stitch - Does your muse have any pets? Do they want any? She does not! Though, Ariane and Reina have a cat and Julien and his family have a dog and she likes spending time with them both when she goes to visit! She might like a pet at some point, but it’s not a huge desire. Especially with her field of work, she doesn’t want to worry about a little animal when she’s flying back and forth fighting someone or other. Plus, she does have her plants fhdskjhsdfj

I dreamt of living in my own place and playing video games with my friends, like usual. The game we were playing was an MMO of some sort, similar to WoW, but a lot simpler with a sense of realism. Ren went to get me Subway since the servers were down, so I was trying to learn new things about the game’s classes. My friend T.Va was already very knowledgeable about the game, so he helped explain what the perks of all the different classes were. He used a lot of words I didn’t know, but put explanations in parentheses since I apparently don’t know a lot of words. We were sharing artwork when Ren came back, and I told him that he would probably like playing a rogue because they were going to get buffed soon.
