love your blog and your simmosa content. so i was wondering, do you have any head canons for them?

aww thank you!! and yeah i have a couple!! in terms of them as a couple i definitely imagine them being the most boring couple alive. their friends constantly tease them for being such homebodies (basically the only adventurous thing they've ever done was their honeymoon in greece) and they roll their eyes over it, but it just means they're happy to hang out together at home!! they're both usually so tired after work that they just want to make dinner (jonah is the one who cooks, he genuinely likes doing it and is good at it) or order out and unwind with some tv and a glass of wine and its exhilarating for them!! they just love each other's company!! they can spend hours talking and laughing and arguing and watching stuff, and it never ever gets old for them. they'll of course play with parker and carter and are always involved in their kids' schooling and extracurriculars, but when they have time to themselves, they just crash on the couch and love every second of it.

i also imagine that they're really good for each other in ways beyond just what we saw on the show. like obviously jonah really helps amy put herself first and see the beauty in everyday, but on a deeper level, this helps amy with her depression and really encourages her to practice more self-love and self-care, which continues to improve her life. and similarly, amy supports jonah and truly believes in him as he is, not some perfect acceptable version of himself that he's always felt like he can't live up to, and i really think its this love that amy has for jonah as He Is that gives him the confidence and mind discipline to run for office. its not something thats always readily apparent to them, but they bring out the best in each other and are an incredible team, especially as parents and life partners.
