Somehow missed seeing this news a few days ago. Quantum Leap is one of the new shows I am enjoying immensely and was anxiously watching the ratings.

SEASON TWO RENEWAL!!!!

As a fan of the original series, I’ve been loving this sequel. They’ve tied the new characters and story to Sam and Al’s story, while the new characters have arcs in their own right. But the two series are heavily connected. I’ve fallen for the new characters, and also am having lots of feelings being brought back up about Sam and Al.

Do you ever think about the fact that Will uses his glasses as his protection, a way to keep people at an arm's length but he never wears it in private with Hannibal. In fact during his first therapy session, he uses physical distance as a way to indicate he isn't comfortable or open to the idea of therapy, but not necessarily closed to the idea of talking to Hannibal because he's not wearing his glasses. During their second session, seemingly within a few minutes that physical distance is slowly closed, and they're both laughing and smiling despite the morose topic. In conclusion, they make me insane.

I love this because I think that after the first time they sleep together Will borrows clean clothes from Hannibal and he realizes he doesn’t have many shirts or looser pants that aren’t pjs, so he buys “himself” more clothes conveniently in Will’s style and size, somehow his washing machine is always malfunctioning so Will has to wear his clothes to work where Beverly absolutely teases him about why he owns $5,000 flannel shirts from Bottega Veneta.
