Hear me out here;

The Fall Fair Suite, it includes a lot of the choir members expirences when the coster breaks and sends them flying. But there's this one segmant that haunts me

During the first little bit, when all the choir members are circling Ricky, we hear the haunting singing/scream of Jane Doe. But Ricky remains the only member who reacts to the scream.

It makes sense if you think of the circumstances. Jane/Penny was sitting next to Ricky on the roller coaster when it derails as the apex of the loop. Jane is thrown and screams but only Ricky notices as he's directly next to her. Everyone else is falling as well and trapped in their thoughts. Leaving only the person directly next to her to notice her falling onto the track below

Penny Lamb agere headcannons !!

-big variety of regression age, anywhere from 1-12 depending on her mood

-always chewing on stuff or sucking her thumb when she’s small, absolutely needs a paci or chewelry 4 this

-needs to have a good bedtime routine, absolutely will not go to sleep on her own, she’ll always insist that she’s not tired

-loves her stuffed animals !! She likes stuffed animals that look as much like the real thing as possible and she gives them all special names

-also dolls !! She has her one special doll she likes to carry around, but usually leaves behind because she doesn’t want to lose her

-very hyper, always kicking her feet

-likes to play with her hair, brushing, braiding, ponytails, chewing on it

-loves to go outside and look for animals ! Naming all the different birds, looking for tracks, picking up all the lil frogs and bugs and finding crawfish in creeks !!

So you know in the productions of rtc where in ‘Talia’, shes played by Jane? I like to think that the reason Jane is the one chosen is cos shes effectively a blank slate, and especially since her actual face has been replaced by a dolls head we don’t actually have any true idea as to what she looks like. So as a result of that, her playing Talia would make sense considering (other than the projected screen) we don’t actually know what Talia looks like, especially on top of the fact we don’t fully know whether shes real or not. By having Jane play her it links two characters with obvious mystery surrounding them, after all why not have the mysterious Talia be acted by the unknown Jane Doe, who effectively could be anyone
