Another The Adventure Zone platform fighter moveset! Today it's our ethically troublesome scientist, Lucas Miller!

Lucas certainly isn't the fastest or the strongest fighter in the roster, but he's got plenty of tricks up his sleeve that allow him to take control of the stage, moving opponents where he wants them to rack up damage over time.

For his neutral special, the Philosopher's Stone turns a circle of the stage into a gemstone that resonates with another plane of existence. Standing in front of the circle will rapidly deal small ticks of damage. The circle shatters after a time or if Lucas uses the move again.

Lucas' down special deploys a small device, which attaches itself to the stage or, if they're nearby, an opponent. Pressing the button again triggers a burst of electricity that does decent damage and stuns anyone close to it, before the device is destroyed.

Lucas summons Upsy for his up special. Upsy will fly in a straight line up, left, or right, depending on input, damaging anyone he runs into. Additionally, foes next to Lucas when he activates this move will get trapped inside Upsy and pulled along for the ride.

For his side special, Lucas pulls a lever that turns the floor in front of him into a conveyor belt for a bit, moving either left or right depending on the direction hit. This move doesn't do damage, but can be helpful moving foes into Lucas' traps, or traps into foes.

Lucas' finale again summons Upsy, Your Lifting Friend, this time in mecha form. While piloting Upsy, Lucas' moveset is more limited but much more powerful, and he takes reduced damage from opponents.

Shawn Mendes x Reader ~ Long Day Cuddles

Y/N's POV

I came home after a long day of schoolwork, coworkers being nasty, and just wanting to sleep. My boyfriend was at the studio and probably wouldn't be home until 8 or 9 o'clock tonight. It's already 2:30 now. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to take a small nap? I am too exhausted to climb into my own bed right now. I got inside our shared appointment and hung up my backpack before placing my shoes on the shoe rack. I pulled off my jacket and hung it up by the front door. I walked over to the couch and put a pillow on the armrest before turning on the tv to Y/F/S (A/N: Your favorite show) and laying down with my head on the pillow. I didn't even bother changing into my pajamas since I am too tired to walk to the bedroom. I pulled the throw blanket hanging on the couch over myself before watching the show. After a while, I felt myself getting sleepy....

Shawn's POV (A/N: Surprise?)

I looked at my phone to see it was 9:05 at night. I put my phone into my back pocket before saying goodbye to my manager, Andrew, my bandmates, and my friends. I went to the store, picked up a pizza for dinner for me & my girlfriend, picked up some other things before driving home. "Welcome back, Mr Mendes." The front desk person said. "Thank you." I said, smiling before walking to the elevator. I pulled out my key card and leaned against the elevator, looking at my phone. The elevator dinged and I walked out before heading down to my apartment. I opened the door and shut it behind me. "Y/N? Honey, I'm home!" I called out. I placed my bag and guitar case down before pulling off my shoes and jacket. I put the pizza inside the fridge and the other stuff I got away before deciding to find my girlfriend. "Y/N?" I said and looked over to the living room to see the most adorable sight ever. My beloved girlfriend was laying on the couch with her clothes still on, sleeping without a care in the world. I shook my head and went to the bedroom to change into my own pajamas. I walked over to where Y/N was and smiled. "Y/N? Time to wake up, love." I said, tapping her. "Come on, honey. You can't sleep on the couch." I said and she groaned.

"I know. Wrap your arms around me." I said and she sleepily wrapped her arms around my neck. I wrapped my arm around her back and underneath her legs before lifting her up bridal style. She snuggled into my chest and I kissed her forehead before walking to our bedroom. "Sweetheart, you can't sleep in these clothes. You gotta get up." I said and she whined tiredly as I placed her down so she was sitting on the end of the bed. "I know but these clothes gotta be uncomfortable." I said and she laid against the bedsheets. "Honey." I chuckled. "I'm too tired to move, Shawnie...." She said. I walked over to our shared closet, pulled out a pair of her pajama shorts & my big oversized t-shirt before walking over to her. "Hold onto me." I said and grabbed her forearms before sitting her up. She leaned against me and I lifted up her arms. "Upsy daisy." I said and pulled off her shirt & bra. I pulled my t-shirt over her head and pulled it down. I helped put on the pajama shorts before lifting her up again to put her on the bed. I laid her down on her side and pulled the blankets over her body. "Can you stay and cuddle?" She whispered and I smiled. I climbed onto my side and pulled her to my chest. I kissed her forehead.

"Sleep tight, Y/N."

Secrets: She doesn't have a great relationship with her mom, that is not a secret but the backstory to it is. Wendy has never really run with the pack so to speak. Backstory

Wendy Deakins is a smart girl, always has been. She enjoys learning about the world and its many objects and what makes them work. When she was younger she had a knack for tearing things apart to see how it functioned before putting it back together. This skill followed her into her academic life when she became fascinated with animals and ecosystems. She wanted to be a veterinarian when she grew up and dressed up like one for several Halloweens as a child. Her mother was not necessarily enthused by this. Didn't she want to dress up like a princess or something like that? Like what other little girls did? Her father however, could not have been more proud of his little girl. She's smart and has a passion for learning, not to mention she had goals in mind at such a young age. Something she wanted more than a white fence. He even let her into his shop at a young age, to see what he did for work. She thought what he did was amazing. Like a car doctor!

So, as soon as she was old enough, her dad got her some coveralls and offered her a job helping him around the shop. She did smaller stuff at the beginning. She was still learning what she needed to know for the job but she could fix smaller things and point people to the parts they needed while Martin was busy with bigger repairs. It made things more efficient and was excellent for getting things done. Not to mention, Wendy has always been a kind girl, so people were more than happy to take advice from the sweet girl who seemed to know what she was doing, rather than argue with her father. Not that Martin didn't know what he was doing, it's just sometimes people think they know better.

That doesn't mean that Wendy was immune to teasing though, her peers saw a girl their age that just didn't quite fit. She was a tomboy when that kind of thing wasn't necessarily the social norm in rural America. Her mother tried to steer her down the "right" path but Wendy always did her best to ignore it. She knew who she was, what she liked and what she wanted out of life. Her dad supported her and there was nothing that was going to make her change. She got along fine with other kids, she might not have been popular but that's okay. She didn't need to be, and besides, if some idiot wanted to waste their breath making fun of her for being herself, screw them. Some comments sting, but that's life, you file it away and you move on.

Wendy made contact with The Party while working in her Dad's shop. The boys had been riding around on their bikes and Dustin's chain broke, so they had to bring their bikes in. Smiling, Martin delegated the fix to Wendy and she did so faster than the boys thought was physically possible. They were amazed that a girl could do all that and Wendy thought the four of them were funny. She sent them on their way after teaching them a thing or two about bikes, already a little endeared by the kids.

That wasn't the last time she saw them however. She actually saw them rather regularly outside of the shop. She had a study hall around the time that the boys were in Mr. Clark's science class (not that she knew that at the time), she had been one of Mr. Clark's favorite students when she was in middle school and he her favorite teacher. She, frankly, wasn't really using the study hall anyway and decided she would ask if she could pop over to the middle school during the study hall and TA for Mr. Clark's science class, especially for harder lessons like labs. She even offered for him to call over to the High School to let them know that she had showed up for the class, just to make sure everything was above board.

So through these interactions, she made a semi-friendship with the kids, becoming a beloved NPC to their party if you will.

Then, of course, things got more than a little weird...

Finally, he just can’t take not talking about it. “Tell me that Sloane and Hurley aren’t like that forever!” He blurts it out, tears in his eyes and Eddie grins.

Steve’s just like me…

He LOVES Garfield the deals warlock and gets a fixation on upsy ‘your lifting friend’ I’m talking absolute huge fan, thinks he’s the best character and asks Eddie to draw him. Eddie obliges but is shaking his head the whole time.

Eddie and Dustin make sure they listen to the final arc as a trio and by the end they are all sniffling and wiping their eyes. None of them hold back.

ALSO!!! Steve OBVIOUSLY agrees with taako on his stance with Angus, playing it off like of course Angus is annoying taako has more important stuff to be doing! just like how Steve is always the babysitter (Eddie and Dustin both know that taako loves Angus and Steve loves his kids)
