I love my dogs! I’m going to try and update my blog tomorrow. I had my home infusion it’s time for bed. I’m exhausted and was also running a low grade fever 99.9 and that was after ibuprofen 🙃 feeling better right now. I’ve been learning lots of new information from @wegohealth and how to improve on being a #patientleader I would love to hear what some of you would like to learn from my experience or any tips? #coram has been great on helping get this setup same with @rmsmedpro I’m super excited on my new pump. Flow rate was way better than it has been in the past. I really enjoyed my home healthcare nurse. It’s just been a great experience so thankful & grateful. After being diagnosed with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis at a young age, she endured numerous surgeries, medical PTSD, and life-threatening medical experiences that gave her the purpose to become a patient advocate. Jenny says: “I realized that I didn’t want others with chronic illness to have the same experiences I have had and instead, would do what I could to help educate and empower others with their own illnesses.” To educate and support others, Jenny started her blog, and has since expanded her advocacy through collaboration with various organizations such as NORD. Today, she’s working on her first children’s book which will be published on Rare Disease Day in 2022. This is one of my favorite childhood pictures. Here’s to holding a light to all of you that are struggling with a #primaryimmunodeficiency #autoimmunedisease i know all the tests, the bad days can sometimes just be overwhelming. I took a day to sleep yesterday. I feel better today but right now im off to my MRI to see if surgery is needed then hunt for a doctor I trust here without having to fly to California or Colorado. My guess is surgery will be set as my birthday present.
