He's pretty good at taking care of people and i think he might be the best candidate for the best dad of all of them (if he gets better mentally and finally goes to the fucking psychologist) Tatsuya: ...not good. Another long health ramble ahead. 2024 is shaping up to be extremely rough.

I got a problem tooth pulled this past Friday, but there were complications. I had a lot of pain after the extraction, which had to be done because the molar was infected. Horribly so.

Fast forward to today. I had a very long day going to the dentist again to tell them about my pain, having multiple discussions with them (following another set of X-Rays) and going to the pharmacy to get more antibiotics and pain medicine.

From what I understand, I have the beginning of a dry socket. I also might have a lingering infection. And the reason my other teeth (same side, same row as the molar that got pulled) - are hurting is because of the (physical) trauma that comes from an extraction.

At least I have a diagnosis and meds but I'm still going to have to live with a lot of pain until it all heals.

I will manage somehow...

I got a lot of medical advice already that I'm doing my best to follow, but any well-wishes would be nice too.

I really miss having little treats (chocolate, takeout food) and the energy I had before my pain got so severe, but maybe all those things I long for will come in time.

Fingers crossed.
