The Milgram employees who's watching the experiment have a note on the camera control panel saying, "DON'T LOOK INTO THE WARDEN’S ROOM AT NIGHT UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE NIGHTMARES!!!".

And the curious newbies still looks. And then suffer from nightmares.

And why is that? At first glance, the room looks normal in the dark and under the infrared camera. Just a room, with a bunch of papers on the table, with a very tired warden sleeping only on the couch for some reason. Everything seems fine. But if the watcher spends a few minutes looking at the room and not switching to other cameras, he will see Es sitting on the couch and turning to the camera, looking directly into the whatcher's eyes. This already gives the creeps, and if the warden also sleeps with their head to camera, they looks like an owl. Maybe Es is just sleepwalking. Maybe that the reason. But it doesn’t get any less scary, because if they gets up, they won’t go to bed, and every time watcher goes to the warden’s room camera, they will see a creepy kid staring straight at the camera with their unblinking stare. Sometimes even approaching the camera, as in some horrors. Not the most pleasant thing to see. So a most of employees just don’t look into this camera at night.
