“chriiiiis,” you whine, eyes squeezed shut as he continues to pepper kisses over your entire face.

“shh,” he says, “i’m giving you extra love right now.”

you don’t mind that in the slightest. what you do mind is being crushed underneath him. he plants more kisses against your face until he leans back. he squishes your cheeks so that your lips pucker up and plants an overdramatic kiss against them with a loud ‘mwah!’ before giggling at the way you finally start to laugh.

“there’s my cute baby,” he says, nose crinkling as he smiles hard. you draw him in for another quick kiss on the lips, still giggling back at him, so entirely in love with this dork. he’s so thoroughly pleased with himself when he sees you smiling again, looking as though you feel a little lighter than before. mission accomplished.

… but only after a few more kisses, though.
