@thatoneguy56fanfic that's our nonbending badass chick for ya.
Any few nsfw from both?🫠😉🤭😏☺️ What's Sami like behind closed doors?
You have any headcanons for Asami?
Ones for either Kuvirasami or Irosami?
I do have headcanons for Asami, for both ships. It’s hard to pick just one so I’ll just share some for both:
Kuvirasami: Asami wasn’t the greatest at dancing and didn’t really care for it in general. Before she met Kuvira, she barely ever went out and preferred to just stay in her workshop and tinker during her spare time. But Kuvira eventually convinced her to go dancing with her. Asami had two left feet at first, and kept apologizing profusely for stepping on Kuvira’s toes constantly. Yet she eventually got a little better over time, and even started to enjoy it.
Kuvira is not a fan of bugs, so Asami is the certified bug-killer in their house. More than once she’s bravely rescued Kuvira from a spider-ant or a scorpion-fly. Although her weakness is spider-rats. They have to call Mako for assistance with those.
Irosami: Iroh may have grown up with maids and other household staff, but he learned how to clean up after himself in the United Forces. Asami did not. She tries, but it’s fairly common for Iroh to find a mess that she left behind somewhere in their house. Shoes haphazardly kicked off by the door, purse dumped in the hallway, dirty laundry right next to the hamper instead of in it. Dirty dishes she forgot were in her workshop. Iroh doesn’t really mind the mess though, he finds it kind of comforting to see. Because it means that Asami feels comfortable in their home/relationship. Although he does get kinda embarrassed when she leaves her bra draped over the couch.
@thatoneguy56fanfic good point. Let's reverse that, KUVIRA being the one performing the hypnotizing dance moves to no avail lol.
Hiya! Thought I'd share a silly but sexy fic idea for either Irosami or Kuvirasami, inspired by this outrageously blatant seduction scene from the old Cartoon Network show "Sym Bionic Titan": https://youtu.be/6LUNSDaU_0c?si=AHNLG0-EIhVlGtrY
Imagine a modern-day scenario where Asami is dating either Iroh II or Kuvira, both are studying and Asami feels like she and her partner could use a "long relaxing break"😉😏☺️ but Iroh II/Kuvira say they should keep focused. Asami falsely accepts and goes to crank up some music to lighten the mood...
Next thing Iroh II/Kuvira know, Asami is sensually dancing and twerking to the music, attempting to get her partner to reconsider taking a break. Iroh II/Kuvira bemused or aroused by Asami's bodacious figure and hopeless scheme.
That is a pretty good idea. Although I’ve always headcanoned Asami as being more of a workaholic, so it’s possible that she’d be the one who’d need convincing to take a break lol.
Coming back real quick after months of hiatus cuz guess who met THEE David Faustino at Dortmund ComicCon this weekend and got the cutest autograph ever‼️
I have so much to say about my meeting with him, he was so happy to see us coming for his work in "The Legend Of Korra" with Mako, but the most important thing was that I said the Makorra Nation was still alive and thriving and he was SO happy about it since he's still a big shipper of these two himself <3 (i mean.. that's the makorra nation founding father RIGHT HERE ‼️)
and with @cirifiona (I also met for the first time this weekend and that's my big sis of heart right here 🩷) we gifted him a makorra art we did in collaboration (i did my 4ever girl korra obviously) and he was once again so SO happy about it he told us he will hang it on a wall in his house 🥹🩷🩷
Anyway I'm leaving y'all with some other pics here! but if there's any more questions about my meeting with him y'all can always ask me in my asks 🫶🏽
Second headcanon time, inspired by my previous one. For Korvira, my loves:
Kuvira is fiercely independent. She’s always had to be, in her opinion. Sure, she had the Beifongs, but she never really felt like she was part of the family. Mostly thanks to the trauma of her biological parents abandoning her. So she grew up believing that she had to take care of herself, and she gets kinda irritated when people try and help her. This includes remembering to eat, sleep, and otherwise care for herself. She even kinda hates letting others help treat her physical injuries.
I also should mention that I’ve personally always headcanoned Kuvira as being autistic as well. Which is part of the reason why she gets annoyed by help. She has a set routine and doesn’t like it to be disrupted. She’s gotten a bit better at it, though. Her and Korra have found a dynamic that works for them. Kuvira tries her best to not get upset when she has to ask Korra for help, or when Korra unknowingly disrupts her routine.
Korra has a habit of trying to help everyone. This is due to the White Lotus constantly hammering into her head how important her role as the Avatar was. She never actually got to learn how to just be a normal person. Now that she’s older, she recognizes that the way the White Lotus treated her wasn’t okay and very firmly out her foot down to ensure that the next Avatar wouldn’t be raised like she was. She’s also gotten better at not overworking herself as she’s gotten older, as well as learning to ask for help when she needs it.
Because of this habit, she used to overwork herself. But she wasn’t as bad at it as Asami. She always remembered to eat, mostly because she gets hangry, and she took her sleep schedule seriously. Which was thanks to the fact that she’s a huge physical fitness fanatic, and knows all too well how badly her body reacts to lack of sleep or not eating enough. At least until after Zaheer, when her PTSD started to affect her sleep patterns. She doesn’t have the nightmares as often anymore, mostly because sharing a bed with Kuvira makes her feel safe, but they still pop up occasionally.
@kuvira-protege a little Kuvira and Siara sisterly scenario I thought of😊
At such a young age, Kuvira was always full of spunk, energy, and curiosity, yet she still suffered from innate anger and stubbornness. A telltale sign of this would be her earth-shattering temper tantrums that resulted in things getting broken or damaged due to her earthbending. Her parents chastised her for aggressive behavior.
Yet, in Kuvira's misunderstood life she had a little glimmer of sunshine, in the form of a loving older step-sister, Siara.
Considered bright, bold, steadfast, and compassionate, Siara was an individual of great potential. She, however, despised those who dared belittle, neglect, ostracize, or inflict harm upon the vulnerable and weak. That's why she was extra protective towards her younger step-sister.
Kuvira looked up to Siara. She was her everything. Siara, likewise, would do anything for Kuvira. Offer practices in metalbending. Play with her when the occasion occurred. Braid each other's hair. And of course, comfort Kuvira when others bothered her and make her smile, knowing she has a person to have at her side.
**sniffling** "Siara!"
**Kuvira crying after her father angrily slapped her in the face for breaking a piece of furniture with her earthbending after a heated argument**
"Hey there, Badgermole, what's wrong?"
**Siara enters Kuvira's bedroom and sits down next to her, pulling her into a hug**
"Dad hit me! Why can't anybody understand me? Do mom and dad hate me?" **sniffing**
**Siara brushes the tears from her little sister's eyes, then bends a small copper coin in her palm into a fluttering metal butterfly to lift Kuvira's spirits**
"Of course not. You just need to control your emotions. You know I'll always help you and support you, my cute little badgermole"
**Kuvira grasped the metal insect as she then nestled in Siara's arms. Siara rubbed Kuvira head, consoling her**
"I love you, sis. Promise you'll never leave me."
"Never in ten thousand years, Kuvy"
Just an AU inspired scenario from the webtoon: "Second Chances". Non-canon and not from webtoon but can't resist these metal sisters😊😊💚🤎🩶
Gonna use this post to keep track of the various ideas I'd like to draw when I have time:
REPUBLIC CITY SPECIFIC IDEAS:
Politician Bolin
- The original AU had Bolin as someone who became jaded, cynical and corrupt. I wanna rework him into a good man, but a bad leader (Think King Viserys Targaryen from House of the Dragon), who was installed by Triad Boss Mako because he thinks this is the safest place for Bolin to be. Bolin would start as a clerk and work his way up into power, and while he tries to do genuine good for the people, he finds himself in the schemes and plotting of others.
Triple Threat Triad Mako
Fire Ferrets and TTT joint ventures
Republic City Hustle happens the same as it does in canon for the most part
- Zolt is embarrassed by Shady Shin's lack of 'diginity' during the events of Republic City Hustle
- Zolt is impressed with Toza and Mako's "honor", proposes to work with them proper thru one of TTT's shell companies. Toza becomes a trainer for Fire Ferrets which will be sponsored by TTT, and the TTT uses this join venture to launder money, sell overpriced merch of the Fire Ferrets, as well as find potential recruits for TTT's illicit activity through Toza's training.
Other misc. TTT ideas
- Might wanna do a gag bit where Viper, Two Toed Ping and Mushi open a restaurant as a front, but the food actually becomes really popular cos of the whole cultural mix and they start to consider actually running the business legitimately(I'm basically stealing the idea from Extreme Job).
- Mako as he rises to the top will try his best to use some of that illegally gained money for good, e.g. opening a clinic to served the poor, which inevitably gets caught up in corruption cos Tarrlok would probably get involved for his political purposes, and TTT can use clinics as a way to gain favor from the general public and to launder money. Mako has to balance being a good man in charge of an evil organization.
Republic City Kuvira
- Largely the same as what I'd done previously. In canon, Kuvira nearly kills her mom with her recklessness and earthbending. She probably kills her mom in this AU and regrets it massively.
- Kuvira does aerial silk dancing as a hobby, helps her with her metalbending cable movement AoT shenanigans.
- Makuvira: Mako attends one of her aerial silk dancing performances, Kuvira attends Probending matches etc. Setting them up for conflicts of interests due to their allegiances
Triple-Thread Triad and Republic City Police in cahoots
(Korra and the Red Lotus would not be in RC during the Equalist arc)
- Amon removes the bending of TTT bosses
- Zolt remembers Yakone in his youth and suspects that bloodbending was involved and tells the rest
- Mako tells Kuvira, who tells Lin, who tells her to not get involved if what she said is true
- Kuvira goes behind Lin's back to seek help from Suyin, has her first meeting with Baatar Jr, who agrees to help her in creating a weapon that cannot be influenced by bloodbending to subdue Amon (Basically a metalbending railgun totally not reworking the spirit cannon idea from canon)
Republic City Civil War/Cold war
- Kuvira's weapon works, and it either kills or greviously injures Amon
- The public perception of RCPD worsens a lot more in the eyes of the nonbenders, and frighten the triads and increase tensions all around.
Hunger hurts, but starving works
When it costs too much to love.
“I wanted — I hoped — I’d get another chance,” he admits.
“I know.”
“I still love her, Bo.”
“I know.”
“It’s stupid.”
“No, it’s not.” Bolin releases him, but keeps a hand on his shoulder. “That’s the thing about you, bro — when you love someone, you devote everything to them. That doesn’t just go away when the other person moves on. It’s not stupid to still have feelings. Although…you do need to be better about expressing them.”
He winces, inadvertently reminded that he lost his chance to do so.
“I was going to tell Korra.”
Bolin blinks in surprise. “When?”
“At the wedding. We talked, she thanked me for taking down the Colossus, and I almost said it.” Dammit, I should’ve just said it.
He groans in frustration. “I don’t know. I guess I thought it was too soon, and I didn’t want to rock the boat after everything we’d just been through. I thought there’d be a better time.”
“I’m not sure there ever is a right time for something like this.”
He laughs without humour. “Well, now is definitely not the right time. She’s happy with Asami. I’m not gonna ruin that by saying anything.

An absolutely FLOORING commission I am beyond honored to share, from the art MASTER, @alduade-art. Thank you so much for your devotion and deliverance of such a masterpiece!
This scene and dialogue is from Chapter 3 of another one of my favorite Makorra fics: Moments in Lightning by Peonywinx. I cannot recommend this fic enough if you are a Mako stan and long for a story where he gets an arc worth his caliber. The whump is so, so overpowering in all the right ways. And this scene in particular…UGHHH my boy why must you be so noble to your own detriment!?! Thank you so much again, Alduade, for capturing and conveying all the heartache and pain in your one-of-a-kind style 🙇🙇🙇
Azula in the Spirit Temple release date and description
“Azula continues her destabilization campaign against the Fire Nation and her brother, Fire Lord Zuko. But after a failed attack on her latest target, Azula finds herself in a mysterious forest temple inhabited by a solitary monk. What first seems like a place to safely pass the night is quickly revealed to be something horrifyingly different. Azula is forced to confront her past and will finally face her chance at redemption…but will she take it?”
Whether a boy or girl, I'm sure a biological Kuvirasami child would give these two much happiness, joy, and pride.
Also, glad you're a NEURODIVERENT ADVOCATE😊🌈much appreciative (I have autism that's why🧠 lol)
ALSO also, I think a Kuvirasami child wouldn't be complete without the beautiful signature KUVY BROWS AND BEAUTY MARK. Child gotta look sexy as Kuvira with sass like Asami.
If Asami and Kuvira were to have a biological child, what characteristics would this child have carried over from both mothers?
Okay, so let's say that between a combination of scientific advances in the field of in vitro fertilization along with some good old-fashioned spiritual intervention, Asami and Kuvira conceived a child of their own. What characteristics would the baby inherit? Physical appearance-wise, I believe it would be a no-brainer to imagine the child might share the dark hair and green eye look of their moms. If the kid is lucky enough, he might even inherit the unexplainable tendency of Asami's hair to remain immaculate at all times and under any circumstances, but even if he takes after Kuvira and her messy hair look, there are still some good genes in the hair department between those two.
Would the child be a bender? There is always the possibility and since Asami's national heritage is from the Fire Nation, it would be quite interesting if their kiddo ended up being a firebender instead of an earthbender like mom Kuvira. To make things even more interesting, this child can be like his bender mom and be a prodigy from an early age, which might become a challenge for the mommies who would have to fireproof their home to ensure they still have a home despite their child's precocious nature. 🤣 Kuvira would be immensely proud to find out her son (which I think it would be a neurodivergent boy just to keep them on their toes) can bend blue flames and the occasional electric spark. Meanwhile, Asami, ever the practical and supportive parent, would have Mako and Korra on speed dial for advice on how to properly train him without reducing their garden to ashes. 😆
Needless to say, their little boy would be a bundle of joy and love and also a challenge to keep their hands full at all times. 😉
