Guys I know the kiss scene in the book is beloved BUT what if Penelope has had her first kiss already (with someone discreet that like Madame Delacroix knows or something) and Colin HASN’T.

And Penelope will say, “Relax Col, it was just a kiss. He won’t tell anyone.

And Colin (still mad and not understanding why) will say, “You can never know that!! But…but….what did it feel like?

AND COLIN WILL SAY NOTHING

And she’ll REALIZE and say, “wait…have you? Have you never kissed anyone?”

And Colin will look away all shy and shit.

And then a few moments later he’ll say, “…would you….I mean can you….maybe….kiss me? I want to know what it feels like. And you…well there is no one I would ever want my first kiss to be with besides you…”
