Hdvsysvshsvs IT'S OKAI I KNOW THAT WAS SHIT XD So this narrative is purely Aemond's and what he thinks happened, he said that if he were to write their past love story, if he were to relive this again, here's what he would do: he wouldn't change a thing.

He would let his heart fall for lucerys all over again even if he knew this love would be short-lived from lucerys' end. He promises he will let him go quietly bc he can't force him to love him.

He is saying that as time passes he would still love him even when lucerys himself stops loving him and chooses to leave him (break up with him) again and again. Aemond would never be able to heal and move on. He is still longing for lucerys' love even after all the time that passed

BUT bc lucerys is his nephew and here in this au they r but 1 year apart, they r bound to see each other all the time. In the comic, aemond is in his final year of hs and lucerys is in the second. Aemond was going to the roof for a smoke but found lucerys already there. He smiled, like he did in all the other occasions they met in, bc he doesn't want to show what he actually feels, how lucerys broke his heart before.

He is saying that in this story, he is walking it all alone bc lucerys is not there in it with him anymore, and he is scared bc of that.

Pls note that aemond doesn't blame lucerys at all whatsoever for this, it was his unrequited love that is hurting him. It's why he said "and when the time comes, I would let you go quietly " he already gave up on the fact that luke will ever come back to him and he resigned to that fate. But that doesn't make it hurt any less.

AH, I APOLOGISE I JUST SAW THIS. I'm so glad you loved it ><🫀🫀 Thank you for asking darling. tbh, it was a Hansel and Gretel world-inspired lrrh. In the original German version, there was a famine that left people starving. Parents used to eat their children when they couldn't feed them anymore, and some left their children to die in the woods eaten by wolves rather than starved.

Here, from where the quote I wrote under the artwork comes to light: "Aemond's hunger stirred, yet little Lucerys dwelled in emptiness, in famine—for love, for a tender touch. He ached, his yearning resounding through the chambers of his soul, an echo haunting and chasmic."

Here, wolf!Aemond WAS planning to eat lrrh!lucerys was sent by his parents out in the middle of the night to "check on his grandma" who lives on another mountain miles away. Lucerys, who knew about his parents' plan, accepted his fate and took nothing else with him except his red hood (which explains why there is no basket in sight. He was ready to die. There was nothing else for him to live for. He didn't have a lover or a life partner, he was the only one unmarried and still living with his parents. He had nothing for his name and no reason to live.

But as he came across a wolf that emptiness inside him, both figuratively and physically speaking, echoed loudly, and he didn't comprehend anything else. I would like to think that maybe this is the moment that love-starved Lucerys realised it doesn't have to be. Death may be an end but he didn't want it alone. He pounced on Aemond hitting him hard on his neck, leaving him choking on the ground unable to breathe or hold himself straight, before he used the wolf's claws to cut open his chest and stomach while Aemond was still alive horrified.

Aemond was hungry, but Lucerys was famished. He ate and gnawed at his moving guts and didn't stop or pause. He was high on the taste of blood and meat, and he was feeding the actual starved monster of this story in him (hence why his pupils are dilated).

The art is from the hunter's point of view when he stumbles upon this scene. A few seconds before Aemond died from the disembowelment, he ran there bc he heard his screams. Even with his loud footsteps, Lucerys didn't twitch and continued eating, which prompted the hunter to try and get a closer look. He was terrified when he saw Lucy's blank face turn to him so quickly.

This is a love story. a one-sided love at first sight that transcended the boundaries of the simple pray-hunter relationship. I would imagine after Lucerys snaps out of this state he would either be too horrified at the sight and claw out his eyes or he would go back and kill his parents.

Winterfell's Heart Tree ❤️

So I was doing a portrait of Catelyn and I had this idea of putting the Heart Tree as the background because it's where she was introduced in the books (I also thought it would be "funny" since she's a bit scared cuz she feels like she's being watched)

Had no idea if it would look good because I've never done a background/scenario like this before but I tried and I liked it!

And obviously I drew Catelyn too, (in case you want to see her) I'll post her at the same time

She was a smuggler, a trader, an occasional pirate, and the captain of the "Widow Wind".

She was also one of the lovers (as he was hers) of King Aegon IV, "The Unworthy" and together they had 2 daughters and 1 son: Bellenora Otherys, Narha Otherys and Balerion Otherys (there are doubts about the boy's paternity).

This one was so much fun to make and I loved how it turned out.

Inspired by the "Harry Potter" series, featuring lucemond as tomarry.

The entire wizarding world held its breath in anticipation of the next realm's delight, the boy who was promised, wondering whether he would join the ranks of Hufflepuff considering his charming personality, or follow in his brother's Gryffindor footsteps.

When the moment finally arrived and he stepped into Hogwarts, the Sorting Hat's declaration was immediate and resounding: "SLYTHERIN," it cried as soon as it dropped on his head.

Lucerys found himself face-to-face with his uncle, who was his senior by four years.

The smirking and smug of face Aemond Targaryen, familiar yet different, gave Lucerys a pause in his carefully written life plans. Slowly, he returned the smirk.

In contrast to other families, the inbreeding in the Targaryens did not produce squibs; however, they couldn't evade the madness that coursed within their blood. Lucerys was always aware that his uncle fell under that predicament, thoughless and cruel, a certain belief confirmed further by the eye scar incident five years ago and the discovery of his dragon dreams.

Aemond's affinity for the dark arts was an open secret, yet his mother, hailing from one of the lightest families of the Sacred 28, took it upon herself to "guide him onto the path of light." This was despite the fact that all her offspring bore the blood of dragons.

Lucerys embraced the task of dismantling Aemond's tyrannical notions regarding purebloods and Muggle-borns. Moreover, it wasn't a secret that Aemond had developed an unsettling fixation on him. Still, Lucerys couldn't find fear within himself nor reject the attention he garnered.

It was alluring in a way, the freedom from not having to live up to being the world's saviour, to be wanted solely for who you truly were.

In time, their connection deepened into love. This became another scandal, coinciding with his mother and Daemon's marriage. History doesn't repeat itself, but it certainly carries an inherent rhyme that keeps on playing in the background.

But love alone couldn't shield Aem from his destiny. Despite Luke's plea that he forsake immortality & unreasonable power, it all came to nought. His ominous dreams held a promise for a miserable future for both of them; one lost in the shadows and the other buried under flames.

Aemond's darker inclinations ultimately consumed him. He betrayed Luke's trust and oaths, fully embracing his Voldemort identity during the four years of separation from Lucerys. Luke was left heartbroken, grieving the loss of the love he believed they shared.

Luke tried to confront Aemond about soul magic and its consequences. Regrettably, Aemond remained obstinate, his mind frayed, his magic nibbling at his rationality and logic. He realized too late that his lover was irretrievable.

His aemond was lost to a morbid dream.

"My affection for you was never as innocent as children's fables; it was much more insidious. It engulfed the world, expanding ceaselessly. My love's threads were void, consisting only of myself, and the days elapsed until they could no longer bear me. Nothing had ever carried me away from this world until I thought my soul was forfeit, that perhaps I had died." - Lucerys Velaryon

When the moment of reckoning arrived, a crucial decision compelled Luke to decide between saving Voldemort (or what remained of Aemond) and protecting the Wizarding World. The love he held for Aemond clashed with his duty as the "Chosen One," leaving Luke shattered by the heartbreaking decision he was forced to make. Yet, as difficult as it was, he persisted.

After destroying the 7 horcruxes (where a piece of him shatters along the vanquished soul pieces of aemond), Lucerys sacrificed himself to deliver the final blow that destroyed the last horcrux, which Luke discovered had dwelled within him since the eye incident.

Without looking back, and after believing his love was forever gone, Luke departed from the station on the train to the afterlife. He didn’t wait for Aemond to follow or spared a glance for those who were still alive, ready to serve him up like a pig for slaughter.

As the train carried Lucerys onward, he held Aemond's Slytherin cloth pin, passing through the tapestry of his memories. His soul pounded against his ribcage, pleading to be released, seeking his heart, yearning for its holder.

He understood the bittersweet truth—there was no "everafter" for Aemond. there was nothing real in his story except himself, alongside the companionship of his missing heart. For his love, his lover, their world, & all the creations their love spawned held nothing of reality.

Day 3 of #LcmdFatedAu event: fairytale.

Inspired by "The Adventures of Buratino" 1975. With aemond as buratino (pinocchio) and lucerys as pierrot

"I am sorry, aemond. I can never love you as you deserve."

Toy maker Viserys creates a puppet he named aemond. Hoping that one day this puppet would become a human, He sends him to go to school to be like the other kids but aemond strays away and finds himself in a local puppet theater show where he promises to free the puppets from the evil puppet-master otto (aka Karabas Barabas)

Amongst them was lucerys, an archetypal poet who was madly in love with rhaena, a puppet who succeeded in running away from the theatre and also his fiancé.

Aemond, the wooden puppet got enamoured with lucerys, and unbeknownst to him, his feelings were slowly turning him into a real human. But lucerys couldn't share his sentiments, as he literally exists to be in love with rhaena. He was created for that purpose.

After they succeed in breaking free from the evil otto. Lucerys rejects him to be officially with his fiancé and aemond goes back home, heartbroken. He later was found by viserys in a corner clutching his heart, dropped dead from anguish as the first real emotions he felt had killed him.

Aemond died learning that being human is not a fairytale but a tragedy.
