Sometimes I forget how much my body literally hates me. Like can I say that my body has Attempted Self Game Over due to being deficient in Many Things it requires?

This is the second time I have fainted due to said issues, generally I understand heart bad time when I get shaky but apparently I didn’t notice the warning signs or some shit so it just jumped to knocking me out so I fell to the floor, panicking a family member and giving me more scratches on my glasses and an injury to my face.

Maybe I should be more worried about the fact that I don’t keep up with the problems I have and it has just decided on occasion “Let’s force the issue by hitting the Go Sleep While Standing Due To a Severe Drop In Heart Rate”.

Can I use these occasions to say that I’ve almost died on multiple occasions? Because heart rate dropping due to Potassium being very very low among other required things in body is something that can definitely kill a person.
