the fact that Stardew Valley is a $15 indie game that came out almost a decade ago with zero microtransactions and is still receiving free DLC updates to this day is absolutely bonkers. There are $50-60 AAA games with paid DLC that have come out more recently and aren’t nearly as actively supported or updated.

Samurai Jack as a concept was insane. This samurai (named Jack for some reason) from medieval Japan is fighting a demon for his home, and instead of killing Jack, the demon throws him forward into a future age where evil has won and all his loved ones are dead so that Jack won't have to be his problem for a few thousand years. And now the samurai is completely miserable in a world that has become unrecognizable because of how darkness has defaced it and he must find a way home so he can reverse it all but his options are slowly dying out but he still finds time to save villages like he used to. This is somehow a kids cartoon instead of a Sci fi movie from the 60s
