Finally... unflagged
Sooooo I said I was gonna leave this blog alone, and I am going to. But I have been trying to get this blog unflagged ever since my last update. I’ve sent about a billion messages, no responses. I sent off my final plea for a response a couple days ago and I finally got my answer today! The blog is now OFFICIALLY archived, I’ll mess about a bit with the tags and blog itself to make it accessible.
If you hadn’t heard about this blog before it was archived, and would like to explore some sidlink fics, please do go ahead, it’s now easier to browse hopefully! Remember to read the fic tags in the post before venturing (I had to do some fic tag replacement due to a certain.... UPDATE that caused the flagging issue in the first place, so please be cautious! Check for “Caution adult material” in the post tags)
EDIT: For whatever reason deactivating the bot has deactivated the in post links??? which is weird. but they still work via copy and paste! you may need to be signed into AO3 for some fics beforehand so just be wary.)
I won’t post anymore now, but I will be accessible by messaging if for whatever reason you wanna send a message. I don’t often look this way, but I’ll be here just doing some housekeeping.
There’s still about 1k people here which is insanely cool, to any checking the sidlink tag or who forgot they were still following or just check back every now and then, I sincerely hope you’re keeping safe. Love and light to you all.

The future of this blog 29/01/2019 update
Hi y'all, totally forgot to check the blog yesterday as work killed me lmao but the results are in! Looks like the majority vote was to archive the blog, so that's what I'll do. I'll do my best to keep appealing the adult filter, and tidy up some of my more recent posts. Thanks to those who voted, to those who modded and tagged, to those who liked, reblogged, and shared, to those who created, to those who gave advice, to those who followed, and to those who lurked. Every one of you is super appreciated, and I hope you found some good fics. The future of this feed
To anyone that’s still lurking about (I actually don’t know if this will even be viewable, is that how the new flagging thing works?? I’m a veteran tumblr user, I don’t get this stuff!) first of all... Hi! This is Peach. It’s been a long time from my end, long story short due to life changing and generally happening. I’ve not really had a chance to think about this blog until like, now.
Since Tumblr’s come along and smacked this blog upside the head with a flag (honestly I’m not surprised), and considering how, sadly, I really don’t have any plans to return to this blog or maintain it at least, I’m faced with a couple choices. I always liked turning to you guys for advice, so I’m gonna do the same here!
Option 1: I straight up delete this blog.
Option 2: I shut down the RSS feed for this blog. Essentially - all the old posts will stay up as an archive, but no new fics will be reposted here. (Side note, I can’t even view this blog anymore, so I don’t know how much of an option this is. Is it even worth keeping an archive, will it be viewable by literally anyone?? Who knows.)
There’s technically an option 3, in which I just let the feed run rogue, as I have been for a while I think. But I’m less keen on this as A. I would still feel responsibility and probably be stressed and tempted to clean up and B. All the people who are on the list who don’t want their fics reposted here will have their fics reposted here without any follow up. But if there’s demand enough, and you fancy taking over the reigns, please do!! If you wanna set up an ao3-sidlink blog, please be my guest. I’m even gonna change the URL here slightly so you can have this one if you’d like.
So uh... yeah! That’s the rambling done! Here’s a strawpoll link so if you feel like it, you can vote on the future of this blog. [EDIT 2019 - strawpoll has closed, link has been removed]
Oh, and super big thanks to everyone and anyone who supported/enjoyed this blog! It was super fun whilst it lasted, and sidlink is still a wonderful ship that has blossomed into some... very concerning fic tags. But for serious, it’s been lovely seeing it grow, and there’s been some amazing lovely people out there offering services and advice when it’s been needed. Truly, thankyou all. I’ll check back and update here in a months time (28/01/19).

When Zelda is married to Mipha of the Zora, Link is to follow her to Zora's Domain as he is her appointed knight. Champion of Hyrule, he holds the burden of a long ago prophecy and the burden of being Zelda's knight. All of which he is perfectly fine to hold, heavy as it may be.
But when his eyes lay upon Prince Sidon, Lady Mipha's younger brother, his heart wavers slowly. The path of silence he chose to take uncoils to the bright smile of Sidon. And when he finally believes there is a chance to take a different path, the prophecy rings true, bringing him back to his silent path of duty and loyalty.
War looms ahead, threatening a future he longs to see beside Prince Sidon. As Champion, he must traverse on and leave behind any notion of possibility for a life beyond as a knight.

Last I saw him, he was gliding down the river away from here, your Highness. But there's more sir. I smelled-he smelled of Omega, Sir."
