I was going to say that you can literally block whoever you want for any reason (and you can!) But I went to read the correction you were talking about, and their tone seems to be joking and friendly (unless they're serious with the "erm, actually" <- i joke like this with friends though sometimes so imigjt be biased idk) I'd maybe give them a second chance and their behavior keeps bothering you, then for sure, block them
