Ask The Cavalier!

The manor echoes with the pained shrieks of a ghastly steed, one mounted by a hellish knight. For the innocent and faithful, he may be a hero in shining armor. To the rest, he may be little more than a demon. Regardless of the feelings of others, The Cavalier will do what must be done.

Info:

The Cavalier is the hunter identity of Amadeus LeClair, The Inquisitor, who has appeared on @ask-idv-shepherd. He is a 28 year old man who was trained since childhood to serve his church's will no matter what. To this end, he has struck a deal with a demon and rides the revived carcass of his horse, Fae. Typically, he is cold and rigid, but for a select few, his soft spots may show through.

External Traits:

Baphomet's Mark - Marked by his deal, The Cavalier spreads the curse to his own benefit. Whenever he strikes a survivor, the gain Baphomet's Mark if they do not have it already. If The Cavalier is stummed by any means, the stun time is split among himself and those who are marked. Marked Survivors lose the curse when this effect takes place.

Shapeshift:

0> Trusty Steed - Revived to serve her master, Fae remains loyal even now. The Cavalier may summon his steed to grant himself a 20% buff to movement speed, vaulting speed and pallet breaking speed. Swinging at survivors will end the ride regardless of whether or not it lands.

1000> Lookout - The Cavalier can designate a patrol route for Fae to follow. If Fae spots a survivor within 30 meters, she will call for her master and reveal the survivors aura for 3 seconds. Fae will continue to patrol until the patrol time has ended or The Cavalier uses Trusty Steed.

2500> Loyalty - The buffs granted by Trusty Steed are increased to 30%

There was some unfortunate events but my siblings and I were close as can be. Each day with them was nice...you could almost forget how the trees were watching us. They were what kept me sane.

....too long because of lack of motivation- but I really wanted to finish it so I managed a bit within a week. Given enough time and energy usually comics can be done in a good week or so

Deciding to take a much needed break from the ball and after letting her partner know where he could find her, Archer slowly made her way off to the little area that Flynn had told her about. It was a small walk for the Archer as she did her best not to trip over her own two feet on the way to the small clearing.

The sight was just as lovely as Flynn had mentioned.

A small pond with water lilies and the glow of fireflies moving around and dancing on the pond was beautiful even if Archer couldn't see it fully. A gentle smile made its way onto her face as she removed her heels to get into the pond - a burst of energy building in her chest that she couldn't ignore telling her to step inside.

It was refreshing to say the least. The feeling of the cool water on her legs as he held the skirt of her dress up to not get drenched was rejuvenating to her as she looked up at the sky. The distance sound of the ball still echoing and mixing with the sound of the crickets and wildlife.

It was nice. A calm in the ever-changing chaos of the manor as the two extremes collided yet mixed together.

"I should go back," Archer hummed softly to herself as she slowly started making her way back to the shore. She still felt the warm of nostalgia in her chest, possibly something similar had happened in her long forgotten memories that now lingered as just feelings. "Such a nice feeling. I should thank Flynn once more for letting me experience such a nice memory. It might be nicer with Pearce and them...maybe in a bit I can see about coming back."

Crashdroids isn't necessarily a COA but inspired by COA4 so i thought it would be nice to at least mention it. But the only ones I can see them being put in Canon COA would be 1 and 5 but as B tiers.

Bartie tweets a present into the woods for Wendy! It’s a small and very durable plushie of Wendy themselves, along with several moonpies!!! A note says, “Happy Holidays Wendy! I’m happy to be your friend! Hope to see you soon!-Tatya”

A soft growl before the 'Wendigo' takes the plushie and starts to shake it violently. It is very durable!

Bartholomew brings a small baggie! Inside is a little ornament in the shape of an arrow with flowers woven around it, as well as some moonpies of all flavors. A note attached says “Happy Holidays! I love you, bestie! -Tatya.”

"How nice, I really should make Tatya something once more," Archer smiles at the gift.

Her face softened for a moment at his words before sighing quietly and pinching his cheek. "Have they told you that or is that something you've been thinking of in that pretty little head of yours?" Archer raised an eyebrow. "You tend to over think a lot when I'm sure that they might think differently. It's something you might have to talk with them about instead of coming up with your own conclusions, ok?" Archer said softly, not wanting him to make a misunderstanding with the others he loves like he had done in the past with her.

Watching him kiss her knuckles had her turning away a bit with a flush as it caught her off guard. He seemed to be doing that a lot. She wasn't used to being spoiled as such nor handled with care so it made her flustered when it happened.

"Yes.. it was 'As time ticks, if you're here or not, you always remain in my heart, my thoughts, in the Sun and Moon, Your laugh amongst the wind, my love for you as endless as the Stars, time moves on but my love for you, it does not'.... awkward and simple," she rubbed the back of her neck in embarrassment at the poem. Eyes turned to Pearce in surprise at the mention of him writing the poem about her. She didn't think he would write one nonetheless one about her. There was no helping the embarrassed groan as she moved close and hid her face in his chest - the thought that he wrote about her in such a way made her feel shy and wanting to hide. "God....I really hope they don't....but they might," Archer mumbled into her new hiding space. "If that happens I'm going to run to that spot Flynn told me about...."

"You better not laugh at how I look...," Archer mumbles as she quietly scoots over to Pearce. "Amanda helped me out." A mumble as her face is red in shyness.

Perking up at the other's voice, Pearce chuckled a little to himself. "Don't be ridiculous, how bad could--"

Looking towards the other, the Shepherd stopped talking, simply staring her over, even looking her up and down with how... stunning she looked.

Oh... Oh God...

'Holy shit, you're looking hot--" . . . "W-Wait-- A-Ahhh!!!"

Quickly looking away, the fox fumed at his words, hell, it wasn't even his own! It was that damn demons! Could he really be blamed though? She was gorgeous in her dress, and her make-up was... well pretty?

He's too panicked right now to really say more about it.

Hesitantly looking the other over, Pearce felt a bit bad, coughing nervously before taking hold of his beloved's hands. He seemed... well, less composed than he was earlier much to his dismay. Thanks Alu.

"A-Anyways! A-Archer... you look wonderful, absolutely radiant! Amanda's your friend right? The escort? She sure did a number on you, huh..."

Releasing one hand, he moved it to cup Archer's cheek, giving her a reassuring caress as he smiled warmly. "J-Just... if you need to cover up, I'll let you take my coat, alright? Don't worry about it draping on the floor."

There's no helping the small narrow of her eyes at the shit eating grin that she can feel radiating from her friend. An urge to pull on the dancer's cheeks in defiance flicked in her head for a moment before she squashed it down as to not make the girl redo her make-up.

"I don't think being in a ball is the ideal way to relax but I know he's trying which is all I ask," Archer sighed as she slumped a little. "I'm sure that he might have asked someone else if that incident didn't happen with the knife. I can't help but think he might still feel guilty about it," Archer quietly confessed with a soft sigh. "He might have been better off with someone who's better at these things than me."

Archer stopped talking for a moment as Tatya said the friendly threat. "Wh- Tatya no," while it was nice to know Tatya had her back, she still didn't want her friend to do something crazy...again. "Your brother literally came to me to ask me to make sure you didn't do that. He specifically asked to stop you and Pearce into getting a fight," Archer rubbed her temple. "Thought is appreciated but please, no one wants to see any of you guys hurt," Archer seriously said as she cupped Tatya's face with a stern look.

Knock knock

"Tatya? You alright? I don't know if people are worried that you're having a psychotic break or psychic break-" it's archer-

Tatya pops out of her room, mostly prepared for the ball with a mascara bright right lipstick tube in her right hand.

“Archie! I haven’t seen you since I died! You look great!” She smiles and waves happily at her friend.

“Psychotic break?… No, I’m just seeing ghosts now. All good.” She smiles.

'I don't think I would have the heart to eat such a thing...or at least would feel guilty after eating it,' Archer quietly chuckled as they shook their head. 'Its a lot of work as well as probably looking very cute which would make me hesitant to eat it.'

'I'm sure they look absolutely wonderful though. Being able to create such things is such a lovely talent and skill that people can have,' Archer smiles.

Rosalyn approaches the marksman once catching the sight of the fellow survivor.

Despite how steady her hand motions seem while doing sign language- Her facial expression can be seen as shy and nervous, being quite anxious about rejections….

Seeing the sudden appearance - at least to Archer - of the other, Archer stopped what they had been doing before squinting at her hands to read what was being said. Once the words were pieced togethered, the bowman s eyes softened a little as they signed a light 'yes' with their hands.

'The day has been alright but that seems like most days. I hope you are well,' Archer signed as they gathered their things together and guestering her to lead the way with a small smile. 'What kind of tea was made today?' Archer signed a little excitedly at her side.
