Today I-

Woke up at 5 am, organised the bookshelf and desk and made myself coffee.

Practiced for my Bengali and English Speaking Skill

Started revising physics and made notes

Aced my chemistry test (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ

Watered the plants

Went on a walk and took some took pretty pictures of the sky

Also I had 3 meals today which is a huge progress on my part (o´∀`o)

My BPD has been more stable and enduring these days compared to that of past few weeks.

Reminder : It's okay if the only thing you did today was breathe. You are allowed to take a break. Don't beat yourself up over it.

“The story behind writing Coney Island is that Aaron Dessner had sent me this track he'd created with his brother Bryce. I wrote the lyrics and the melody with William Bowery, and I think I might have been coming from a place of someone who's been in a relationship for decades and who wakes up one day and realizes they've taken their partner completely for granted. So if you want to look at it from the perspective of someone in a new relationship, or a very longstanding relationship, I think it really speaks to if two people are trying to communicate, but they're two ships passing in the night. They're trying to love each other, but the signals are somehow missing each other, and I found it interesting, We're really proud of this one. And there are elements of it that immediately reminded me of Matt Berninger's vocal stylings and writing, and I targeted some of the lyrics of his second verse to sound sort of like what he might write because I hoped he might want to sing on it, since we already had two members of The National, with Aaron and Bryce. And we got our wish: Matt sang on this song and he did an amazing job. I'm a huge fan of the band and really honored this was able to come together.”

I think my favorite thing about 11x02 is how much it’s setting them up to a big confrontation (looks like it’s the fight at the Alibi) that will finally allow the tension to boil over and they can move on and make a plan. I mean, that’s kind of their MO. They don’t effectively communicate, they let it build, they punch/fuck the shit out of each other, they get the anger out of their systems and then they talk and get all soft. Like, hello, we’re on season 11, they’re not gonna change the recipe on us now.

Odds are, mama Vee is gonna give them a talking to an they’ll work it out and see where each party is coming from. Maybe not in so many words, because that’s not their style, but there will be some sort of recognition or understanding. They’ll start their weed security thing, shenanigans will ensue, and we’ll have our big dumb dummies back in no time.

you know when people say that when you're in a bad mental place you feel unable to do the simpliest tasks that are going to help you feel better? well, i've been postponing organising and cleaning my desk for an whole week. a week where i felt uncomfortable and apathetic most of the time.

yesterday i got some bad news and that made me break, and i cried for the first time in a long time - while listening to my taylor, hozier and bon iver playlist. somehow i felt more able to do something and change the way im seeing my life and my self-worth.

today haven't been the greatest day ever, and i didn't do much, but i started my art project, finished a book and a movie, and watched a very interesting roundtable. and i cleaned my desk - which made me realise that i could make some changes when i'm ready, but i have no idea where to put everything. i'm going to figure out anyways.

i hope this week Is better and i can finish my math lessons. and also fix my sleep schedule. and be a little more happy. :)
