Last post of mine, okay this is the last week of this half semester. It was week 11 and as you can see by the unnecessary definition of a noun EXAM, it is finally the mid test season. If you read my previous post of mine, you can see that i’m not particularly excited nor panic... so enjoy!
Week 11
The time, it’s time to finally met my long run nemesis... all of these kind of tests. Anyway as I said before i’m not afraid or panic i’m just like yeah it’s a test and i should be studying my ass off. In reality it feels like I know these and that’s enough for me, which is does not. In this mid semester test i’m really slacking and not study everything that i need to study. I thought that if at least i know some of these things, i will passed the test smoothly. But nope... It was a really rocky hard road for me to go trough. In english test though it was good, I write pretty decent good english, but still too slow so i couldn’t fill in the bonus question
In a whole it was a pretty rough week, I’m disappointed with myself.

Okay hello again, this was wrote just after my previous post so as you can see I’m in a rush haha. I need to finish this overdue project tomorrow and next post is the last one. Finally... again this will not be an interesting post not that I’m saying I made an interesting one so far just because this is a project. enjoy!
Week 10
As you can see by the title, the time has come where our head was on the edge trying to understand what just happened in this half semester. That’s where Reviews comes in to attach our bits of information into one pile of knowledge that i hope is enough to get me trough this Mid test smoothly. Even though mid test was right at the edge of the corner, weirdly enough I couldn’t seem to get the panic or stressed feeling out... I should be, because I can barely understand anything. In class our english teacher gives us a slideshow that sums up everything in this big giant pile of english-ery.
I hope that gif makes things a bit interesting. anyway we have a pretty solid review day and still am nervous about mid test but not in a panic or stress way. Again i should be...

Ok, so here we are reaching near the end of this long overdue english project. I think for now on I might not be able to remember any stuff that i did, so just enjoy whatever things that i might put in this that maybe a little interesting.
Week 9
Week 9 already and we were reaching the mid semester test season, I was so nervous because I have not fully understand what we learned this whole nine weeks. I’m not saying that I can’t do anything school related, I can but it feels like this whole first half of semester still not perfectly in my head yet. OK enough with that let’s start about what we did in english class that week. In english class there is a new topic and it was about Advertisements, the learning process is quite good since we are not told to just sit and listen, we are told to make an actual Ads. My group consisting of 5 students including me made an ads that related to how people these days seems to suck in a reality of smartphone that is social media, thus make them really not paying attention to their surroundings.
So yeah, we learned ads for short. It was quite fun because i get to draw and design how our poster will look like and it turns out great!

Big Talk

Alright I’m back because i need to finish this posts as soon as possible so this might be just me talking more about the topic that we learned because I can barely remember what we did that week. If I remember some stuff I will put bits of it. Enjoy!
Week 8
This week we learned about speech and rhetorical devices. We made a speech about our previous persuasive writing so I made a speech about how people should start ditching their cable tv for online on-demand tv services. Because it is cheaper and you can watch it anywhere not just in your home. My teacher looks pretty convinced with how i present the speech so i’m really glad with it, because here in Indonesia people still doesn’t know what is online on-demand tv services. After we did our speech we study about types of Rhetorical Devices, and we divided into groups and each groups should make a display about Rhetorical Devices. I can fully understand what we were studying because all this is just a reminder because actually we have learned all this in previous grade. It’s good for me because sometimes I don’t get the grammar element of english because some of them are really complicated.
Overall it was like a usual normal week in class and outside the class, sorry this is a boring post. I really don’t remember what i did that week. See you soon!

Tested 2.0

Hello again and welcome back to another weekly well it supposed to be a weekly post.... if not oops. Anyway you might wondering why the title is the same with my previous post of mine but 2.0. That is because this week, week 7 we had our first formative test in this semester. So yeah enjoy!
Week 7
In week 7 it was like every usual week for me. Except this week will be the formative season of this first half of this semester. It was not a great formative season for me because all of this topics is just seems really hard for me, tho i have learned bits of it in previous grade. Maybe its just because grade 11 is like a bridge from grade 10 the starter and grade 12 where all of the crazy serious stuff happen. So in grade 11 all of this topics seems so complicated for me. It was the day of english formative, though english is not the hardest subject but it isn't the easiest either because we cant just speak in english and passed, we actually need to remember the rules or the grammar. But turns out i passed the test with a score that close with the minimum mark, mine is 79 and the minimum is 76 to passed.
Anyway it was a great starting week in grade 11, I could see what comes next in grade 11! I hope all my tests keeps getting better! That’s it for today see you next time!

Welcome back! This is I believe my 4th blog post and today I will covering up more of my not-so-exciting week and some of those English subject content. This is week 6 of my school, like other week I cant remember any little things that happened that day because I'm currently in my week I believe 13 and I should've done this project a long time ago... Ah well at least I'm doing it right now so enjoy!
Week 6
The President and the Vice President of the high school Student council has been chosen, and it is Raihan and Rafsya or the R’s. Anyway for being a student I want to make this moment of high school worth it and can make some distribution towards other students, so I decided to make a CV to enter the Student council organization. I'm not significantly active in my previous school history but I can consider myself good at handling group or organization stuff. So I did chosen to be part of the interviewed students that also want to be part of the student council organization. Unfortunately I did not passed the interview part so yeah... that's a bummer but oh well.
At English class we learned about Persuasive Writing that week. It is a writing that encourage them to the topic we are telling. We are told to make a Persuasive writing so I made one related to how people can ditch their cable tv to online on demand tv service, it was quite easy because there’s a lot of articles about it. The presentation went well so yeah that's good!

Chosen Two

Welcome to another little story of mine called the unnecessary blog posts. Like usual today I will tell you about Week 5 at grade 11 and what happened at school in general, English class, and my bits of personal experience.
So lets start the story of WEEK 5. I don't really remember how it all started for me, I just remember it was time to choose the new student council president and vice. It was really not that exciting for me personally because whoever selected I believed in them because others can help them. But because well the majority of us chose number 1 which is Raihan and Rafsya. In my opinion they're great because they have those previous student council president looks which is also good. So yeah I'm happy for student council and congrats to them for being the Chosen Two!
Speaking of my own opinion, this week we learned about opinion in English class, and like most of our activity in class we are told to make our own opinion about something, So that's not so bad. Class was alright, English class may not be the best but I enjoy the time I spent learning with my silly friends. I learned a lot about how we give opinions to other people.
So that was week 5 of my school days, not the most fun weeks but I find it enjoyable in variety of ways, so that's not so bad. That's it for now! See you next time! c:

Maybe This Happened

Hello again to another blog post of mine. This time I will tell about my 3rd and 4th week of my school which I can barely remember... so that's that. Anyway like usual this blog will cover my daily activity, what I have learned those weeks in my English class. So LETS GET STARTED!
Week 3 & 4
Like I was saying I can barely remember what I did that week. So I'm just gonna guess that we grade 11 have this event called INSPIRASEAN. What is INSPIRASEAN? Basically its an event that held by the university of Asia Pacific in japan to teach about culture in Asia especially in South east Asia or ASEAN Countries. There were many students of APU (Asia Pacific University) that join this event and they teach us about many things trough fun games. Because each group randomized within each games we get to bond with student that we may not know very well at first and know we get to know each other better. It was fun because APU Students were so friendly, nice, and fun to talk to. Even though some of them cant speak English or Indonesian.
By that week we are also learning about wish and hope, which related to our future goals so we have a task to make a little display about what I want to achieve or my wish/hope. FYI I really want to be a professional architect and I hope I can achieve that someday. So I made a little display about just that.

I should’ve done this by now

This is my English assignment, well it used to be when we thought the teacher already have forgotten it by now, but naah she just waiting for us at the edge of the room facing the window while grooming a cat like that cliché villain scene. Well here we are making a weekly blog about our day in school or just our day in general. Be warned there will be English education related topics that I NEED to fill in just because we have to. So exciting isn't my first ever blog... this will not go well for me.
Someday in the past
I will start with my first day at the edge of my chair waiting the school bell to ring almost in every session, because I haven't found any interest on those topics YET. Well yeah I learned stuff, just enough for me to not get totally lost in the situation, but not enough for me to understand fully what's being questioned.
WARNING: SCHOOL CONTENT
It was the second week of grade 11, and we were learning SUGGESTION AND OFFER. I know English is easy for us that have been on the internet for a long time especially when you watched YouTube videos or reading a Blog, etc.. But what I learned today is suggestion can come in a various of ways, like how we suggests to how we answer those suggestions. Same with offers for me those two is similar, like before this I may not know the differences, but there are.. and a lot
Well that's enough for my English teaching, oh yeah and class was eh fun because I like how the situation is just THAT... nothing more and nothing less. The rest of the day was just EH... again nothing more and nothing less, I guess that's my life in a nutshell (Nothing more and Nothing less). I hope it can changed, well we all hope for the better. Rest of the week has been kinda the same old stuff and on weekends maybe I watched a movie or something.
