I could be talking about anti-capitalism and revolutionary trans philosophy, and instead I am swamped by people who want me to spend all of my time saying the same four things about the same cis pop stars over and over again.
So here, here’s the summary and all of you just get a goddamn link from now on:
Rita Ora is queer.
Cardi B is queer.
Rita Ora is mixed and Cardi is Black.
Rita Ora was the lead writer on this song.
Rita campaigned for two years for the song’s production, and was later supported and boosted by Cardi.
Women are allowed to have fun with their sexuality.
Bi women are allowed to have fun with their sexuality.
All of this is very easy to confirm, and while I understand there’s a certain amount of condescension in this phrase, since I’ve sourced and cited all of this shit multiple times:
Just google it.

Hey I get that compulsive heterosexuality is a thing and all but can we maybe stop trying to convince bi girls that they aren’t actually attracted to guys….I mean can we get rid of the idea that a bi girl who lusts after men is somehow doing a great disservice to the wlw community or being disloyal to who she “really” is…compulsive heterosexuality is real but guess what bisexuality is too and it’s a very valid identity

Rule says women must wear heels. No flats.
Kristen Stewart takes off her heels in front of all the cameras and walks barefoot.
The only way to kill sexist rules is to openly disobey them.

In Sweden, it’s possible for Swedish L1 and L2 speakers to get their entire education through the medium of English. Saami children, however, are still denied the legal right to an education through the medium of their own language if that education goes on for more than 50% of the time during their first six years of school.
In other words, while it’s possible for students to attend an English speaking school in Sweden in order to spice up their future CVs, indigenous children whose parents’ and grandparents’ generations were denied their languages by the State can still not study through the medium of their own language.
English is not on the brink of extinction, and students in Swedish schools have to study English in order to get in to university anyway, and yet there are English schools all over the country, so it would be interesting to hear what excuse politicians will come up with in the year of our Lord 2016, in order to continue to deny indigenous children their human rights to an education through the medium of their own languages.

@morpheuse (it won’t let me tag you for some reason?) - I’d say that we were originally, in eden, given animals to watch over and protect as how God watches over us. In Eden we were vegans; we didn’t eat meat at all. That’s the ideal we should strive for. We were allowed after we Sinned to eat animals because during those times the land outside eden was not hospitable for humans, and we would have starved without it. Now though, we don’t need to eat animals to live, and should strive to eliminate their use just like we should strive to eliminate sin. Very few vegans would argue that in a life or death situation we shouldn’t eat meat; if you’ll die literally then you do what you need to do to survive. That’s how it was after we were cast out from Eden. But now, we have enough food to go around. We no longer have to eat, kill and exploit the animals we were asked to watch over. I believe animals were put here for us; but to teach us lessons in compassion and survival, not to exploit and profit off of. Sin introduced exploitation to our diet, and we should seek to expel it now that it’s possible.

I’m highly religious, something with my own personal faith influenced by my own experiences. The more I think about it the more I know it strengthens my choice to be vegan. God gave us animals to love, to take care of. God made us in mirror; we’re supposed to be creators and caretakers, like God. We’ve as a people decided to reject that, to become destroyers and killers. It’s not right. It goes against our natural function, our true nature. The connotative dissonance required to eat meat, to kill animals that we were given guardianship over by our Creator, is toxic both spiritually and mentally. It’s a poison.
In Eden no one ate meat; even my non vegan parents told me that when I was tiny and asked what they ate there. In the perfect image of creation, there was peace. We were guardians, caretakers. We named each animal. Sin is what opened the door for a corrupted carnivorous nature. Before, it was survival, you could argue that. But now, there’s not the excuse. At least, not for the majority.
I just had an Episode so I may not be making sense. But from a religious point of view, veganism is the correct path, the faithful path. Compassion and care is what we were created for.
