It felt like you never knew what true family love was but they taught you they healed your scars in any way possible that you could have imagined. it took you a while to adjust to having siblings and a father and mother who payed atenttion the way that Jake and Neytrir did. it also took a while to adjust the languge the family would laugh at your sometimes broken navi. sometimes the kids wondered if thats what there dad sounded like when he got the the planet that he now calls home. you also became the real brain of the family and the person anyone can come to to talk to even jake as he felt you understood coming for where he came from.

while it took Neytiri a while to warm up to you, it still wasn’t as bad as spiders treatment. The reason you and Neytiri bonded so much is because both of your love of cooking making spicey dishes that only you and her could handle. you both also loved making fun of jake and while Tuk is the youngest girl you made her softer or fold with your heart of gold. she could never understand how a demon could be so sweet, but then again she did marry one and he turned out to be what kind of mate she always hoped for. How did norm get to this point?

getting caught between the legs of a supposedly mighty warrior. Now Jake, his life time friend yells from the inside of the naturous home. with you standing by your new lover's side.

“get your shit and get out !” Jake yelled pacing back and forwards

‘Jake now let's calm down-‘ norm tries to say calmly hands in front of him.

‘Calm down, calm down! your fucking my soldier, my daughter of all people. There are a hundred women here and lucky me you chose her. What did I do to deserve this? you know she’s less than half your age right-‘ Jake rambles angrily he never thought his best friend would betray him like that. the man that stood besides him during the war many years ago.

‘Ma sempul, I didn't mean to make you upset, I only wanted to be happy.’ you say looking at the floor, you never felt so much shame . seeing the man you see as your father.

But you did bring shame to your village. you disappoint me daughter, mating with THAT man of all people. I thought you were my daughter.’ Jake says, shaking his head looking at you with disappointment.

“ I am sempul. I am. I'm sorry!” you say pleading with him trying to touch his arm crying out as he hisses away from you.

‘get her out of here along with you.’ Jake says pointing at you while looking at Norm, 'I don't want to look at either of you. you couldn’t even take care of her if you were out alone.’

Norm looks down and Jake wasn’t wrong. He had no natural skills besides research. ‘Then I will, for her.’ he says, glancing at your shaking body. eywa, all he wanted to do was make you smile.

‘get out. I won't say it again, get your shit and get out.’. jake says with hate .

‘ no no no. please’ you say pleading tears stream down your face as jake turns his back on you.

norm practically has to drag you out to your old home that you haven’t been in since you moved in with the sullys.

He cuddles you while you weep that night. The night turned into two , then five, then two weeks, now almost a month.

right now you were braiding his hair to get him more into the na’vi culture. Norm had been thinking about that night a lot. especially Jake saying he could not protect you if needed.

‘yawne, what is on your mind.’ you say thumping his head with your fingers playfully.

‘I was thinking maybe you could teach me your ways.’ he says, staring up at you with hopeful eyes.

you saw that he wanted to protect you and couldn’t den him.

‘of course, Yawne’ you say smiling, kissing his forehead.

training was rough to say the least.but he is a very fast learner at that.

He surprisingly fought really well. actually his fighting skills were immaculate which surprised you. his muscles have grown over the past few weeks you could tell but he was still skinny.

Now you both were riding your ikrans , Norm named him captain because of a movie he saw. while you taught him navi ways he taught you earth ways like movies. which you actually loved. Your favorite show was The 100.

While things were going good in you and your new mates relationship the feeling of despair did wash over you a few times. Seeing the sully sibling’s venture and soldier without you. It hurt to say the least you had known then for years and they just leave you like that all alone? But now you know you're not alone, you have a dorky man that you love very much with you.

“ kitten you okay?” Your lover asked , concerned that your head was in space somewhere while flying.

“Yes,yes I'm fine.” You say shaking your head to get those thoughts out.

Walking into your home you lay down patting a spot behind you for him.

“ I think maybe we should leave here.” You say whispering to him, more to yourself actually. you want a fresh start even if it's for 1 week you need to get away because home is no longer feeling like home.

Norm sat up a bit looking down at you, ‘ babe are you sure this is your home it has been since you were born.’

‘You are my home now’ you say looking up at him, all he could see was stars in your eyes. He promised if he had a telescope he could find the big dipper in them.he had never felt this way, not even about trudy.

The love you had for him was unmatched to say the least you had never felt this way before. never experienced something so pure and real till now. you didn't want to cause any commotion , you would not tell jake that you were leaving for a few days but instead just leave. while Norm being one of the head scientists could not just leave so he told Max to make sure he had what he needed.

In the morning you rise with your bag packed and tied to your ikran, petal. Norm does the same with the captain and positions himself on his back. this is for what’s best you think this will clear my head. you yell out telling petal to begin flying away from all you knew, all your friends and family. but this was the start of something new, something good.
