I love how music's trending shorter and shorter and my man's out here at 6:29. Really said he's not making music for the moment but music he wants to be able to last. Love that for him.
namjoon imagining all the lives he could have had if he wasn't a member of BTS...wandering through the different realities only for them to all be revealed as sets...Come Back to Me being a song about rediscovering yourself...a theme that has consistently run through both BTS's and Namjoon's music for years...and this being the conclusion where he's finally coming back to his roots and understanding who he is beyond the persona...and him being credited as Kim Namjoon instead of RM... I'm in pain
Anyone else getting big "please don't look back. You did your best. You'll be the only one who can protect yourself. There could be trials, hardships, risks, dangers, but still don't look back." - Kim Namjoon vibes from the ending of this music video?
ok I promise I'm gonna shut up about this song soon BUT I also absolutely love how it's a middle finger to the tiktokification of music. He clearly saw the trend of songs being under 3 min and decided to do the exact opposite
Come Back To Me music video is so interesting.. I kind of interpreted it as him having many versions of himself as seen through others and many roles that he could take in others lives but those things weren't necessarily easy to reconcile or do, it didn't make him happy and that's why after finding his mirror in that woman he decided to leave the constructed reality
Or that is how I'm interpreting it RN anyway... Once I get some sleep and watch it like twenty more times then I'll be able to analyze it properly Im also thinking about how the album name ties in but ig we'll understand better once the full album comes out
i actually can't do this anymore i'm going insane. namjoon i'm free on thursday night are you free on thursday night so i can take you out on thursday night i'd like to hang out on thursday night please message me if you're free on thursday night when i'm free.
