When it comes to this heartache, I did not read into the issue itself, maybe it will come more to light when we do further readings for him. What was disvovered / revealed from the cards was he had faced a major heartbreak that has formed his emotional availability as he grew older. Sometimes heartache doesn’t neccassarily has to do with a lover. It can be a close family member, a broken friendship, anything. ❤️
