Little cookout contest lot for my little cooking enthusiasts. I was inspired by cooking shows so I added fresh products section so they can in my imagination grab things from there too and not only the fridges. Old Factory teens hangout spot💯☢🎉

Community lot for teens and all a bit rebellious at heart. It's an old abandoned factory with a bizarre hottub... It must be radioactive but noone really knows👀🎈Sims can eat hotdogs, watch TV, and even have a nap. There are drinks too, and comfy spots to sit and socialize. Young artists made some graffiti.

When building this place the movie "Lost Boys" was somehow on my mind. That's why several unusual objects and lots of candles😁

Small Public Wedding Venue....

because I just hate setting up house weddings😅 and like this there's just a place to visit and throw a party ( with a mod which lets us to throw any party anywhere easily ) Very small lot but I managed to fit the much needed toilets, buffet, cake, champagne, and presents table. There's a place to dance and a fancy old time stereo 🤗

Lalandia is growing and soon the first settlers are going to appear. So far it looks like this:

This map is on a small side but it's still a bit big soooooo..... I have a perfect excuse to grab some nice low poly hood deco 😍😍😍😍😍 If anyone has any cc suggestions, I'm all ears. I love ruins, sci-fi decor, unusual plants etc.

Next on my building list is a Public Hangout spot for teens and young at heart adults😃

Lighthouse museum - public beach lot 🐬🐠🦞🦀🦑

For sims who are interested in the history of sea, sea food, and food in general😊 There's a lot to see but also outdoors and in the lighthouse restaurants. There's a little something for kids as well. It's a no npc needed place. I really like beaches in my main hood 😎 Happy simming 😘😘😘😘 Peace

Lalandia in progress 💚

Slowly getting there:) My little city grows and is getting ready for first settlers to move in and open their businesses. Some fully furnished houses and apartments already there. I have one snowy forever hotel so far and several free to visit and chill public places.

Public no npcs/no business ownership lots: library, university, market, dog park, fun town, several restaurants, gentelmen club, women club, gym, cinema, rollerskate park, bowling alley, cemetery, camping, nightclub

Private lots: pet shop, flower shop, gas station with food corner, supermarket, hospital, tattoo parlour, cat caffee, clothing store, spa

Planned public lots: beach with several small shops, disco, teenagers hangout den, internet caffee, wedding venue, meadow (with plumbobkeep plants), laundromat (with functional washing machines and dryers for sims to obsess over:)) and I'll most likely come up with some more😄

Any ideas how to make somehow functional public lot grooming/vet/pet center? I just like my lots to have some functional aspects in them.

PC sims cigarette dispenser in simlish 🧡

Soooo....I really like this cigarettes machine by PC sims but...I wanted it in simlish:) Here is the download (with all the other machines and my recolour of the very one in the picture).

Private SPA on community lot...

How to turn SPA into business? I put regular pay machine but also I lock some features like sunbed room or upper floor hot tub / bubbles behind pay to enter door. It's like purchasing an extra package😎 and my business owners can perform massages, makeovers and not too worry too much about an income.

This way it's fun to run the SPA business and also to visit it because there's plenty of activities and sims can socialise:)

Tattoo parlour

She's a happy go lucky girl living her death to the fullest and you can get her here: SFS 💜💜💜 She has various cc on her including these awesome deer ears by @jacky93sims . Nails are in my game for so long, I don't really remember who made them but I love recolouring them. Shorts and shoes are bottom only with shorts added by me . Top is just simple and made by me. The rotty face I found thanks to @simmer-until-tender 💜🧡💛 Little tattoo mask is by me. Red ribbon is from The Keep long necklace and piercings from MTS. Bracelets are by Dr. Pixel and skin by Enayla (my memory is terrible 💗 buuuut you can use clean installer and get the whole Rotilda or just strip her🙆🏼‍♀️) Thank you to all the talented creators who brought Rotilda to ehm...life😍💚💙💜💗 You are awesome and I really wish I could remember who made what. ...coming to life💚💙💗💗While I build, I think of characters I want to put in the hood: Townies and regular sims to own businesses to avoid npcs. We will need teachers, grocery store and caffee owners, SPA owner and employees, tattoo artist, restaurant crew etc. I have an apartment complex and several themed households🙂

I love TS2 community because...

there are so many kind people. There is no judging (I call it childish hate wave😆). We are one of the most united game community I know. Being a part of the community makes me want to share even the small things I made, and also to help fellow gamers (usually on fb group I'm a member of and GOS and Tumblr). It is a special place to me cuz it's full of passion and selfless acts. We share for sharing sake and not for profit. Thanks to very talented creators we basically have a whole new game and these creators if anything ask for tips. Long live this beautiful community 💗 Thank you💚💚💚💚

Tattoo parlour 😘

Here's my take on tattoo parlour (I have recoloured buncha of @deedee-sims functional tattoo paintings). It's a private bussiness studio as I try to avoid random npcs etc. You know control freak me😋 We have waiting room where sims can pick up their tattoo, stylist chair, and a little spot for customers recovery:) and workers to chill.

Should you want tattoos skin overlays @deedee-sims is a place to go 😘

PS. I do create some playable sims and townies just to own and be employed in businesses and I sometimes neglect them badly but with the mods I have they're having quite happy lives😁 No sims go unhappy and I'm happy🥰😘

TIP: When I build community lot I want to be owned by a sim, I add PRIVATE in the lot name. It makes it easier🙂
