tips for minor regressors / closet regressors

try to wear clothes that are cute but also comfortable to you. a good way to make you feel more tiny, is to put on a lot of blush and bright makeup! with sitckers on your cheek or nose. this will give you a "kidcore" feel.
a good way to make yourself feel tiny while being incognito is to drink out of regular water bottles that have a straw or spout. that way it gives you a similar feeling to bottles/sippy cups.
eat smaller portions, with foods that are preshaped or you cut out! like star carrots, heart cucumbers, and shaped sandwiches. (you do not have to eat less, you can just eat more until you are full!!!!! this is just to give you the tiny illusion. reminder to feed yourself like an adult. not a child. )
you can still have baby puffs and keep them incognito, just put them in Ziplock baggies or other types of containers!! you can also use apple sauce as "baby food" if you regress younger.
if you can, create a space in a place you feel safe to sit and play or watch cartoons, color, and other fun activities. this can be in your closet, beside your bed, or even just on your bed. make it comfortable with blankets and pillows!!
give yourself a routine, like brushing your teeth, making your bed and maybe even journaling!!
you can use adult coloring books over regular ones if you think people would suspect something is off or tell you that you're weird. you don't have to follow the instructions in adult coloring books. you can also find ones that are super cute like animals, faeries, and so many more.
watch Disney movies over cartoons if you are around family/friends. it's still something kid related but older adults and teens also love classic Disney movies!
stuffed animals are the best toys to have if you have no place to hide small toys. you can always dress them and play with them!
the dollar store is your BEST friend for toys, cups, and cutlery.
make a little space journal!!! this isn't essential, but they're so fun to make and it really helps with healing your innerchild!!

imagine you're having a rough day, and you just can't stop crying. you don't really know why you're crying, but your carer is not home. eventually, when they come home you're just so drained you can't even say anything. you fall into your carers lap, they shoosh you while playing with your hair and you start to loose all the anxiety you just had. eventually falling asleep, they leave you alone knowing their baby is struggling and they just want you to feel safe.

hello anon! I actually found my cg on Twitter, but I definitely don't recommend just going on there and SEARCHING for it. I recommend just "dating" like normal and talking about it with them. if you're not interested in dating, there are matching making things on Instagram idk about here, I don't know how safe they are but you can try them. and good ways to keep yourself safe are 1. do not actually be regressed until you have explained everything about your regression from why you do to what you need in a caregiver. 2. do some sort of agedreaming with them so you're totally mentally checked in, and can see if they are safe to be like that mentally. 3. do not have someone more than 2 years older than you as a cg if you are a minor. I do not care what laws are. adults should not be taking care of minors. if you have anymore questions feel free to send them or dm me.
