med school exam season lasts so long and i'm so tired and winter is so cold and i just got my period and i wanna cry and imposter syndrome hit me so hard this year and all of my exams went really bad and i wanna cry and i really pray africa wins against israel cuz if they lose my heart won't be able to take it anymore

You need to let the fear the hell out of here. The fear of being wrong, the fear of sounding stupid, the fear of rejection, fear of socialising, fear of speaking that new language. We are stupid every day in something new. We cannot learn something without being stupid in that subject first.Let yourself be stupid, drop the ego. I SAID DROP THE EGO. We will never be the best in everything, we must be able to stay true to ourselves and make mistakes every day. Mistake after mistake, we humble ourselves while getting better every day. If you are not able to do that, you'll not get anywhere. You will be stuck because you won't speak the language until you speak perfectly, you won't speak your mind until you believe everyone will agree, you will bury treasures within yourself. I can assure you that you will sound stupid, that idea, yeah, people might laugh about it, that language, yes you will make basic grammar mistakes and you'll hate yourself, after you've finished your studies you'll feel like you know nothing, there is no perfection, just getting better. The hell with everything else. So what if I sound crazy? So what if I people think I'm crazy or stupid? I'll just do it and get it over with. Just keep doing what you're doing. Don't overthink it. Ok? Ok. Love you, bye bye 🖤💌

I just want to remind you that sometimes your life really doesn't begin until you are 26+... Romanticizing and obsessing over our youth is harmful. Growing up is beautiful. Discovering who you are and how you interact with the world is a gift. Maturing and learning what you truly want out of life and living in that purpose brings fulfillment and peace. Your life is not over in your early 20's because you haven't figured it out yet, it's just beginning.
