The silence after a chaotic morning was much needed. Any visit back home and seeing even a fraction of his family could easily turn into an overwhelming time even for someone as social and talkative as Gaming, the surprise addition of Hu meeting some of his closer relatives as his friend just added a layer to the visit and leaving later in the morning so they could get back to Liyue Harbor in enough time took more effort from him than usual.
So by the time they were finally a safe enough distance away from Qiaoying Village and came upon a food shop Gaming frequented a lot, he bought them both a snack so they could stop and take a moment to enjoy the peace and quiet. What Gaming didn't expect as they both opened their snack packets was Hu Tao's head to come rest on his shoulder and stay there; that was an easy way to get his face to warm up a little despite enjoying the close proximity with her.
"Sorry about the craziness this morning. I should've known some of my family would come over for breakfast knowing I was home for two days, but I didn't think they'd come so early in the morning and realize you'd stayed the night. That wasn't exactly how I'd have wanted them to meet you for the first time."

At some point during the night Childe had rolled off of Zhongli's chest to lay on his other side, then rolled onto his back at some point after that. He always slept more soundly when laying next to the consultant, and whenever he woke up later he'd be rectifying the fact that he was not properly curled up with his lover. But it seemed that Zhongli would not be waiting that long for reinstating physical contact.
The simple lacing of their fingers wasn't enough to pull the Harbinger from sleep, but somewhere in the recesses of his mind he recognized the familiar touch and gently squeezed Zhongli's fingers. He could give his lover much more attention once he was pulled from unconsciousness in a few hours.

The question of what nearly happened to Yingxing's hand could wait for another time, not while his mouth was occupied with much better things in the meantime. Blue eyes were quick to fall shut when Yingxing let his lips and teeth roam all around the high elders neck, savoring every bite and trail of the soft lips that followed; this was the reaction he'd been hoping for, if not somewhere in public then in the privacy of Yingxing's home. Let anyone see tomorrow that his lover wanted to be thorough in claiming Dan Feng yet again.
And try and he might telling Dan Feng what to do, Yingxing shouldn't be surprised at all when his dragons hands almost immediately returned to their previous perch on his chest and even was so bold to squeeze the muscles beneath his fingers. A subtle 'do better than that making me do as I'm told'. But the latest bite to his throat and growling out 'you are mine' had a quiet gasp escaping the high elders lips. Yingxing knew Dan Feng liked it when he was like this, in this particular mood.
"I know I'm yours, my love. So what are you going to do about it?" All of it, Dan Feng sending that teasing letter, wearing his clothes in public, not doing as he's told. There was still cheekiness in the Vidyadhara's voice.

Dan Feng is getting dragged into the darkness by a very irate furnace master. No words said, simply pinned and he leans down to bite at his neck. "You are going to be the death of me." He growls after a moment. "What are you /doing/ out in /that/. I'm the only one allowed to see you like that. Only me."
He'd simply been out in the evening enjoying a cup of jasmine tea and watching the setting sun when a strong hand came from behind and yanked the High Elder to his feet and wordlessly dragged him a short distance until they were concealed from the main streeet down an alleyway between two businesses. There was only a single person on the Luofu that would dare handle Dan Feng in such a manner, so there was no protesting from him as all of this happned. Yingxing knew that this outcome had not only been expected, but encouraged. Why else send such a teasing letter to his lover at work where only Yingxing's eyes would see it.
A smile that could only be described as pleased with himself pulled at Dan Feng's lips as Yingxing pinned him against the hard wall and immediately went to marking him up. Gloved hands helped themselves to running along the familiar chest that he so adored, and his voice was teasing and quiet enough that only Yingxing could possibly hear.
"Now Yingxing, as far as everyone around here knows I'm in the normal amount of clothes that I wear every single day. Nothing wrong with wanting to wear something of my beloved's for a change. You're the only person who could possibly find out that anything is different about what I'm wearing right now." Let Yingxing do what he will with what his lover just said and see if he catches either of the hints that something was in fact hidden and amiss.
