We think depression is impossible to overcome but it’s not it’s a journey of strength and knowledge, we learn from our battles just like we learn from our mistakes.
Depression doesn’t make you weak even tho you feel it.
Depression makes us stronger and more powerful because even tho we’ve been through the worst times we still picked ourselves back up and knowing how bad things can get in our lives and in our heads we have the power to help others going through similar rough/ impossible times.
But remember nothing is impossible, nothing. One day everything will work out the way you wanted it to in time. Time will tell.

You’ve suffered for days. For months. For years you’ve suffered from pain.
You’ve spent most of your childhood and teen years wanting to end it all completely.
You never thought you could last this long in life, but look at you now! You’ve made it longer than you thought you ever could.
So why stop now?
Why stop trying now? You’ve suffered enough. Now it’s time to help yourself, to try to Atleast. It’s time to try and reach for help. To talk to a therapist/counselor this time. Trust me the right one will point you in the right direction, the right one will get you past this and help you figure out how to make things work better for you.
It’s ok to speak your story. You’ve kept it a secret from everyone foe way too long now.
The only thing that will help you get through the pain/ your past/ your traumas or even your heart breaks is to talk about it. Let it out.
The longer you continue to keep these things in the longer it will continue to replay in your head and hurt you over and over again.
Your thoughts are trapped/ you’re trapped inside your head and maybe you feel like your trapped forever and when things are trapped they want to come out, they need to come out.
Set those thoughts and yourself free before they disrupt out and disrupt you even more.
