Just a reminder, if you truly think there is no one in your life that would care if you were gone; you鈥檙e probably wrong.
You could be the reason someone gets out of bed each morning because you acknowledge them in a sea of students.
You could be the reason your parents work so hard everyday, to give you a great life.
You could be the reason your best friend is happy.
You鈥檙e siblings may act like they hate you but in reality they couldn鈥檛 imagine life without out your annoying self in it.
Someone could be completely and utterly in love with you, and too scared to tell you but seeing your smile (fake or not) causes butterflies to erupt in their stomach.
You could be your teachers favorite student, you could remind them each day why they decided to become a teacher.
You could have changed the lives of so many without even knowing it, so it may feel like you are all alone but you could be the reason someone else doesn鈥檛 feel so alone anymore.
And not to guilt trip you or anything but imagine your dog being sad because they can鈥檛 find you around the house and your bedroom is always empty. And they won鈥檛 know where you went.

鈥 Serve water during meals.
鈥 Add a wedge of lime or lemon to your water. This can help improve the taste and help you drink more water than you usually do.
