hi alright not to be fake deep but like, marvel just means so fucking much to me. it helps me feel a little less hopeless when my depression feels like it’s too much for me to bear. it helps me feel happiness even if it’s just for a few hours. it allows me to escape my own mind, to focus all my energy into something other than myself. marvel has had a hold on me for years, and I know some people view it as just a franchise, or just movies, but to me? to me they’re so much more than just movies. the characters I’ve become so familiar with that some of them feel like friends, or even like family. I’ve grown up with marvel for the last 11 years and it’s incredible how much of a lasting impact these movies have had on me and how I view the world. I just really fucking love marvel.

Ah, yes. Athena kids. I’ve been excited to do them for a while! But they’ve honestly been a lot harder to do than I thought. Traits: -Intelligent, obviously! Very smart brain children. They’re great strategists. -Hardworking. -Creative. In many, many ways. -Observant -Proud -Independant -Leaders - Athena kids need structure, they need a plan, a foundation. They’re the type of people who prefer to plan out their day beforehand rather than dive headfirst and go with the flow.
-Unfinished projects are the death of them. It can drive an Athena kid mad, knowing they have so much left unfinished.
-They over analyze, which can always cause them anxiety. There’s so many things that could go wrong, and they know that.
-Also, if they do something that they KNOW they could’ve avoided doing? They wont let them live it down.
-They have a thirst for knowledge. Not about EVERYTHING, But for what they want to know more about. They definitely hyperfocus when it comes to their favorite things and learning about them.
-They love the “100 facts about _____” videos.
- Crime mysteries are the prefered genre around the Athena cabin, but they figure out the murderer before most do.
-Also it’s a sport to try and decode zodiac letters.
-Athena kids who aren’t straight A students are artsy. Creative. Doodle in class, have a passion for anything that creates.
-Athena cabin has sleep issues. Not that they can’t sleep, they choose not to. They have more important things to do.
-PERFECTIONISTS! They KNOW they can do better and so help them they WILL do better.
-Brains over beauty.
Flaws: Curiousity to a point where they get involved in stuff they shouldn’t. Pride, they occasionally think they’re above others. And lastly, complex. They’re hard to undersrand.
YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE ANY OF THESE OR ALL OF THEM TO BE AN ATHENA KID! IT’S JUST MY TAKE ON THEM! @agent-peggyycarter

Alright! Looks like we have a bunch of Hades requests, so let’s do Hades. Hades traits differ from Pluto traits. Hades kids traits: -Stubborn (obviously) -Accepting -Grudge holders -Independent, sometimes withdrawn -Sincere -Either very organized or not organized at all, there is No Inbetween -Supportive -Trust issues
Hades always gets the ‘bad guy’ label, but he’s really not. Honestly, out of all of the Big Three, Hades is probably one of the most. So, Hades kids aren’t the ‘bad kids’, but they’re treated like it.
Hades kids would be one of the most accepting cabins in camp. They know what it’s like to be the odd ones out, so they’re less likely to judge someone based on how “weird” they are.
Hades kids’ trust is a very fragile thing. It’s hard to gain, and if you break it, you’re most likely not going to get it back. That’s where their grudges come in.
Hades kids, used to kind of being on their own, are independent. Now that doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t want friends, but they don’t need them. They can function on their own if they need to. If they need to, though. They prefer friends.
Hades kids tend to have very tight circles.
When a Hades kid loves something, goodness they love it. They are very passionate about what they do. A lot of Hades kids really like art.
Sincere! If they say something, they mean it. If they say they love you then they do.
Very straight to the point, don’t really beat around the bush. If they have opinions about you, you will hear it from them.
A lot of Hades kids tend to be in an endless cycle of their emo phase
Hades kids are very polite to people they respect. Although, like Zeus kids, any respect has to be earned and mutual. On a more serious note, a lot of Hades kids, due to either insisting on being alone or being treated badly, are more prone to depression. Or social anxiety. These lil’ pals have a hard time talking to people or making new friends, and their ADHD doesn’t help with that. Please give these pals hugs (but ask first, some might get anxiety when touched.)
Like any Big Three kids, they’re so scary when they’re mad!! Like damn, don’t anger them.Best people to be with is Athena kids or Hermes kids. Hermes kids help loosen them up, Athena kids they’ll just talk hours on end with.
HALLOWEEN. It’s true, they fucking LOVE Halloween. They will dress up in super super scary costumes, and Aphrodite campers will do the makeup. (Side note, everyone thinks about Aphrodite as girly-girl makeup. What if they were killer badass horror movie makeup artists? just let that sink in.)
Yes, Hades kids can smile. Wow, amazing thought, right? They have the ability to be happy. It’s not just sadness and darkness 24/7.
Okay, I could go on and on about Hades forever. These are the main ones I think of when I think of Hades. AS I’VE STATED BEFORE, you do not have to have all of these to be a kid of that god. Everyone is unique, everyone is different. If you liked it lemme know!

i think i would be zeus' kid but? im super doubtful because im,, not even close to being a leader?
Like I said, not all Zeus kids gotta be leaders. I just think it'd feel natural for them to step up. Like for example Jason, was the (ex) Praetor of CJ. But he doesn't really like being a leader, because in TLH he's like "I'm not leading the quest????" And Leo and Piper are like "sure, Jan." Also Thalia, on the quest to rescue Nico and Bianca kind of takes lead. Even though Percy's like 'lolno' and does whatever anyways. Later, she becomes the lieutenant of Artemis, pretty much the leading role in the Hunters. So it seems like sometimes if they don't want to, they still do.

Whose kids do you think would be the most honest/value truth and honesty the most?
Apollo, Athena and Jupiter kids. Apollo mostly because, well, he's the god of truth. Athena kids and Jupiter kids because they value mutal repsect, and you can't respect someone if you're lying to their face.

Okay, so I think I'm a child of Zeus, but I'm not totally sure. Could you give me some Zeus kids traits headcanons? Thank you so much!
Zeus kids are fucking lit, let's be real. Traits:-Courageous-Natural Leaders-Powerful-Stubborn-Short fuse-Brave-Argumentitive-Honest-ProtectiveA power duo is Athena kids and Zeus kids. They're unstoppable. The amount of times a Zeus kid says 'shocking' is honestly ridiculous. Zeus kids always have a picture in their head of what they want done, and how they want it done. Without realizing it, they can be a bit bossy when they want it done a certain way.Zeus kids get along better with Hades kids than Poseidon kids, but if they befriend a Poseidon kid they will be Best Friends for Life. Zeus kids hair puff out when they get angry, and it doesn't help the situation when people laugh. If they have a nightmare, they will shock you in their sleep. It's a pain in the asss.Even though they can be best friends, Poseidon and Zeus kids fight. A lot. And if they're not friends, their fights can be dangerous as hell. Zeus kids unwillingly avoid Hades kids at first. They always want to be the best, be the leader, be respected. And if you respect them, they respect you. When something that's theirs is messed with (including people ) They will go protective dad/mom on them. That being said, they are the parent of the group. VERY GOOD HUGS, ZEUS KID HUGS ARE PURE,,Theyre always a shoulder to cry on. And because they try to seem mature, they bottle up their emotions and try not to bug people. They think they're supposed to be there for other people, not the other way around.Train their asses off.and its exhausting being the leader all the time, being the center of attention, having to live up to their dad. leave my precious children alone.despite some hating being the center of attention, even if a Zeus kid pushes their friends away, they always need friends. being alone alone is bad for them, no bueno.i have a lot more but these are the essentials give your local zeus kid a hug today

What would hermes kid traits be? Honestly I'm really confused on who my godly parent is as a whole, and myself in fact, better question, which god/goddess would you say has the most inconsistent children!
Hermes kids are fun to think of, because theyre amazing. Here are the traits I think of:-Energetic-Sneaky-Clever-Very adventurous-Friendly and welcoming Hermes kids would totally be clingy as shit. Not all, but some. Hermes kids are the friends who drive you everywhere. Really good drivers. They laugh a lot. Theyre the type of friends who when you go over their house, you find your shirt. And phone charger. And your blanket. No, you didn’t leave that there. Hermes kids love to explore. A lot of them dream to travel the world. Hermes is the god travelers for fucks sake, are you telling me these little shits aren’t the ones that say, “Let’s go explore that abandoned building?” Hermes kids never really pick a side if their friends are fighting, they’re probably the ones to try to get them back together. Also, they love racing. Not all of them do, but they are very fast. I also feel like they’d value their family. If they have a shitty home life, they have each other. They are a PACK. And half the cabin knows the sonic theme song by heart. Gotta go fast. As for inconsistent children??? Apollo, probably. He’s just the god of so many different things, and is attracted to so many different types of people. His kids have so many different likes and talents and personalities.
*remember if you call yourself a Hermes kid it’s okay if you dont follow these traits/headcanons, everyone is unique. Including demigods.*

What are the difference in values between Poseidon and Apollo? I'm very iffy on which one. I love the sun but dislike heat, and I love water and the beach but I'm scared of the ocean. Like help me Bruh who even Am I
So I think Poseidon and Apollo have some similarities. I think their kids would both be kind of ‘go with the flow’ type of people. Here’s the key things I think of when I think of eachPoseidon:-Unpredictable-More impulsive than usual ADHD kids, kinda wreckless.-Passionate.-Determined.-Stubborn.I also think that if there is no other person willing to lead, they’ll eventually step up to take that role but not always ASAP.Poseidon kids would probably steer clear of seafood, not because that’s cannibalism or anything but because the way they get the fish is killing the environment and inhumane.Poseidon kids are the ones who stay in the water for unnecessary amounts of time, or complain when they gotta get out.Poseidon kids are the ones who probably get upset when they don’t get their way. But lowkey upset. Also, when they’re mad, they’re mad. Poseidon kids won’t lash out violently (unless you know. Provoked. Or if they have to.) but they have attitude up the ass.Apollo:-When it comes to injuries, putting others first. Selfless, in a way.-Creative-Helpful-Competitive-Also passionate/determimedAlso, I feel like some kids of Apollo may have fake egos, trying to act cool when they’re Dying Inside ™For skills, I’d say really good at aiming, and with catching things. For example, I feel like all Apollo kids would be really good at ring toss games, soccer, sports in general that have to deal with getting the ball to a certain spot. Apollo kids are probably the kids ALWAYS looking for new music, not really sticking to one genre. They’d be the kids tapping to a song without realizing it.Also I feel like Apollo kids really get into the holiday spirit. This isn’t a checklist, you dont have to have ALL of these or JUST these to be a kid of either god. Every individual is unique. I just took what I know from the myths and the books. These are practically just headcanons, but if you want to use this to help you decide who your godly parent would be? Go ahead. If you want my help? Just ask.

How do you know like whose child you are? Like I did 6 little quiz things online and I got Hades, Hermes, and Athena twice so like????
You just gotta feel it, y'know? What god draws you in? Take in your skills, your personality, your favorite things. 1) What are you good at? I’m good at kayaking, swimming, and drawing. 2) What do other people percieve you as? I think that your own opinion of yourself would be a bit biased, so ask the people who know you most. I asked my friends, they say I’m sassy, funny, and friendly until someone insults a friend. So, loyal. 3) What interests you? Do you have any weird interests that pull you in for no reason? I have a lot of interests, but marine biology and oceanography interest me the most. Ask @will-i-am-solace, I talk her ear off for hours about ocean acidification and how bad aquaculture really is. And sharks. Dude I fuckin love sharks. And starfish. Fun fact, starfish are omnivores. They eat meat, too.4) Fears. Although fears might not always give you an answer, because fears can be caused by a certain moment in your life, if yoy have any phobias (unexplained, intense fears) that might be a hint. Mine aren’t, I’m terrified of needles and bees. Seriously, I almost jumped out of a car once because of a bee. On the highway.5) Your parents. Now, a lot of people don’t mention this one but I think this would also help you figure out which godly parent you have. Whichever you believe to be your mortal parent (if you’ve met them), what are they like? What qualities do they have that’d draw a god towards them? What god would they attract? After you answer these, string them together. It might not be as black and white as it was for me, but it’ll help you narrow it down, and decide who you are and who your godly parent is. There isn’t a certain checklist that you have to fill out to be a kid of a specific god. It’s not, “You like horses, boats and walking to the beach? Congrats! You’re a Poseidon kid!” It’s based on who you are as a person. What your strengths and weaknesses are, what you value and how you handle certain situations. It’s unique to every person. Its not based on your favorite bird, or favorite color.
