Ronnie: I would think you were hilarious! Or maybe that you had both of your hands eaten off by poodles and you had no other choice.

Ronnie: Ugh, we don't do it at home either, but since I got here I've at least gotten to do Friendsgiving. Although everyone complains about all the leftovers they have for like a week and how they get sick of the food - clearly they're not trained eaters who could swallow a whole ham on their own if they needed to.

Clara: But probably just you! Everyone else would think I was weird! People barely have an opinion of me, I don’t want it to change to a negative one!

Clara: That’s fun! I tried making my own stuffing from a recipe I found online and failed terribly. I could eat leftovers for way longer than a week if the food was GOOD.

🎃 Our muses go pumpkin picking!

Clara wandered through the maze of pumpkins seemingly aimlessly, taking note of which ones seemed the most decorative as she went. “I want one with a lot of character,” She called out to Ronnie who was one row over from her. “This is my first time carving one, so I want it to be perfect,” She added, mostly to give herself spirit as she inspected each pumpkin as she went. “What do you think?” She asked, holding one up for approval from her new friend. “Could this be a scary Jack-o-lantern?”

It is kinda funny, huh? I guess as soon as it turns September people are just ready for summer to be over. I know I am. Heat is not really my friend and neither are summer clothes. I think Halloween ones would sell just as well if you put them out early. It’s like Christmas decorations in November, it’s early but it works. 

It’s so odd that today is the first actual beginning of Autumn when it feels as though everyone’s been buying Pumpkin Spice and pre-celebrating Halloween for weeks now. I wonder if it’s Friday the 13th’s fault why I can’t decide between keeping the traditional fall themed treats on display or skipping to the one’s for Halloween a week early.

Lux had been hiding out after he and Delia J got caught on the Kiss Cam. He didn’t know what to do – he hadn’t even figured out what happened until Ember texted him about seeing his makeout session displayed on the big screen. Of course he and DJ were now in a trend of accidentally getting their intimate moments exposed on camera. He glanced around as Clara spoke to him and stammered through a response. “Uh – I’m actually trying to kind of lay low today. But if you’re into like, card games or something I could chill with you here.” Before the Pixie Hollow national guard comes to behead me or something, he thought. 

“Oh?” Clara asked, not wanting to pry but definitely wanting to know more. “Well, luckily for you laying low is my specialty.” She sat down behind one of the larger rocks on the beach, “You can sit behind here. No one will know you’re here unless they physically walk behind it and they rarely do.” She patted the sand next to her, and reached into her bag to pull out a deck of cards. “Aren’t you like, kinda popular? Why would you need to hide out?”
