she was alive since before the limeblood genocide (and in my lore thats a really damn long time ago). she should be dead by now but she's a drinker/shifter hybrid so that extended her lifespan stupidly. not that she knows thats the reason though

She used to be part of the Fleet, but ran away after defending herself from her captain's advances and laid low for a while. Then she got employed as a Pacifier, which was the Limeblood-specific job of the time where Limes got employed to emotionally regulate Highbloods.

However, around this time the Government deemed them as 'too dangerous' to the status quo and stated issuing executions and arrests. This started a civil war, those who were for Limebloods and those against. It was because of the war that Hemoanon identity surged in number and became a cultural stay. It's also where a lot of misconceptions about moirailgence, pacifiers, and therapists come from, because during the war the Government reeeaally tried pushing the pale quad as a replacement for Limes to delegitimize their 'worth' so their Highblood employers would be more inclined to cull them.

Tikani fortunately had a very wonderful employer named Montague (@clown-fuckers-r-us ), who had become her matesprit for a time. But when the war came to his hive, they had to escape and became separated via he stayed behind to give Tikani and the others time to escape. Both presume the other to be dead. For now.

Tikani nowadays is a vagabond, roaming the world, rescuing any Lime she sees (which is not a lot). She's pretty aloof, kinda stoic, but can and will extend a hand if she can. She's a tough-love kind of tender. Pretty much a misplaced woman in a world that doesn't want her, trying to find purpose through the fragmented memories of trauma. She doesn't know why she keeps living, keeps trying, but she refuses to be erased. Maybe it's desperation to leave a mark, or a desire to find her ole spark again. Either way, she's an old soul who has seen too much.

So we know homestuck 2 is outside the canon and characters aren't acting themselves because it is outside canon

It's highly likely it's a doomed timeline with the constant mention of "it felt inevitable " from both rose and dave. what's a lot of the things in common between doomed timelines? it's the fact that they're not all alive.

new alternian custom fonts... 2!

as promised i've finally gotten around to making more fonts for hiveswap new alternian! some more standard choices this time, along with the requested homestuck land font.

i've ALSO gone back and REDONE the first four fonts so that now they're more streamlined, and include punctuation and accurate sizing! i stuck with english punctuation so that all of the quirks would translate accurately.

all of the fonts should now be compatible with every canon troll's typing quirk except for damara, daraya, and potentially meulin.

these are free to use for whatever you like. i made all of them by hand, so sorry for any mistakes! i hope you enjoy!
