just found out if I stick to eating 400cals a day i could reach my gw in 2 months
my new rules are eat under that and burn as much off as i can, getting my steps in is very important and on weekends im gonna fast- ill also fast whenever i can easily getaway with it
i’m more of a snacker than a meal person so i’m gonna stop snacking for a while and see how that goes
food rules:
-no more fast foods/takeaway
-no more chocolate/sweets
-no full sugar drinks
-whatever i eat i cant have the whole portion- only half or a quarter of it since
-cut down carbs
-no more bread
-no more cheese
-fatty foods
-food that makes me feel bloated
