Jung Yoo-jung, an avid true crime fan, was recently sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a female tutor.
She allegedly killed and dismembered the victim ‘out of curiosity.’ Jung posed as a parent seeking a tutor before stabbing and dismembering the victim.
She was caught after a taxi driver became suspicious and called the police.

Breaking News in New York
On November 18, 2023, a dismembered human body without a head or arms was discovered on Breezy Point Beach in Queens, New York City.
The torso was found with “attached legs” on the sand, and it did not appear that a head or arms were attached to the discovered torso.
The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification, and the Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
This discovery comes a week after a man in Los Angeles was arrested when a dismembered female body was found in a dumpster.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed that human body parts were found in a parking lot near Ventura Boulevard and Rubio Avenue.
LAPD Detective Efren Gutierrez said that if a murder suspect is dismembering a body, it’s to delay identification.
After reviewing surveillance footage, detectives began investigating suspect Samuel Haskell. This is a developing story and investigations are ongoing.

A restaurant manager in Laguna Beach, Calif., was brutally killed with a fire extinguisher in an alley near her workplace.
Police have arrested a suspect, Dino Rojas-Moreno, 26, who was a bartender at a nearby establishment.
The victim, Tatum Goodwin, 27, was described by her co-workers as a “hard-working” and “kind” person who loved her job.
The motive for the murder is still unknown. This is an ongoing investigation.

Breaking news in Louisville, Nebraska
A 16-year-old girl has been charged with child abuse resulting in the death of her newborn baby.
The girl, who has not been named, gave birth in the basement of her home on May 28, 2023.

She wrapped the baby in a towel and put it in a trash bag, which she hid under her bed.
The next day, she went to a hospital for bleeding and confessed to a nurse what she had done.
The police found the baby’s body and the knife at her home.
The girl told investigators that she did not know she was pregnant and that she acted alone.
She is being held at a juvenile detention center and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Breaking News In Las Vegas
Las Vegas teen Mauricio Quinteros allegedly shot and killed Maykool Regino-Perez at a house party because he flirted with his girlfriend. Quinteros fled the scene in a blue Dodge Challenger but was later arrested by the police. He faces a charge of open murder.
According to a witness, Quinteros confronted Regino-Perez about “hitting on” his girlfriend and punched him in the face before shooting him. He then shot him multiple times while he was on the ground. The witness said Quinteros fired five to seven rounds.
The police recovered six .40 caliber cartridge cases at the scene and a black .40 caliber firearm in Quinteros’ possession.

Breaking news in California
A North Californian man allegedly decapitated one of his relatives and took the head with him.
A 24-year-old man was charged after decapitating a female relative and ran away with the victim's head in Santa, Rosa.
The Santas Rosa Police responded to a call at Pomo Trail after a headless female body was discovered inside one of the homes.
Fortunately, the suspect Aroyo-Lopez was apprehended in San Francisco on 4 November. Investigations are still going on at this time. (Link in comment).

Breaking News in Wisconsin
A 75-year-old woman was sentenced to a decade in prison after she was found guilty of 25 assault charges in July of this year.
The Monroe County DA police just announced that Anne Nelson-Koch is sentenced to 10 years in prison and 15 years of supervised release after assaulting a 14-year-old student at the school in which she was working. The name of the school will not be disclosed to protect the identity of the victim.
Nelson-Koch used her position of power to meet her own needs.
