I don't know if this has been noted before but I'll share my experience last weekend.

I had the UNFORTUNATE circumstance of having to work alongside quite a few cops during the DEA's Drug Takeback Day. And it's to be noted that out of everyone there, ONLY the cop was using foul language in front of patients that drove up, as if they were just another piece of trash in the wind and it was nothing to say such profanity around in such a professional setting.

See though, it's not even the profanity that bothered me. It was a LOT of it and it was truly truly done with a hateful tone. Every swear was said with some kind of lack of respect for the people around him by using such disrespectful speech and conduct at a public event used to help encourage safe drug use.

Side conversations with the cops were always (disrespectfully) about the elderly that came to drop off a lot of expired meds. Or especially toward the younger ones that just wanted questions on abuse prevention.

It was so negative to have the cops in the vicinity and acting like any of them have done good deeds for anything when they have only awful things to say TO and ABOUT people. It's disgraceful to continue to keep these people as supposed role models.

sometimes i see a post like "i'm so normal about this character, i need to fill them up with a gallon of milk and slap them against the wall" and think about the furry crushes and non-human crushes i have on characters (like Ifrit from Final Fantasy XVI (NOT CLIVE, BUT IFRIT SPECIFICALLY)) and then i open the tags with 500+ more notes to see people being normal. about human characters. and i get so disappointed like
