also note even tho I'm ending the BF res diet I have developed a res cycle I will be following routinely to see if it works. it scales from 1000 down to a water fast, back up to 1000.
heres what April looks like ;
my prediction is that following this I'll loose about 13lbs, hopefully puting me from 135lbs (cw) to 122lbs (my cgw is 130, then 125, then ugw of 120, so right on track)
After this ends, I will be building up to BMR, seeing as I follow it and it works as I predict it to, and that'll be it for my weight loss journey. We'll see how I actually look and feel at 120.
If you want feel free to use this, my math is accurate but it's also based on me. You're BMR will be different, and so will ur cals burnt per day outside of ur BMR.

aye I never posted yesterday cause I was high asf here's the stats tho
day 6 of the boyfriend res diet a diet I made from my bf picking randomly the numbers 0-9
as you can read the total is 0, here's the intake log everything here is 0-1 cals nothing that would pull me out of fasting 🤘
16oz water
8oz chai tea (black, steeped)
1 serving Gatorade 0
16oz water
16oz Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea (black, steeped)
multivitamin
4oz lemon water
1oz monster
2oz black coffee

Diet pepsi
(I don't know how much diet Pepsi I had tbh I crushed that shit, not enough for it to matter too much though)
I have never talked about my outake but I'm gonna for the 0 cal day
The last 5 days I've had an outake of 500-600 cals meaning my net has been -200 to 200 cals
my net for this day was -626 cals
that's it
I'll post day 7 when today ends and then I'll make a recap +results for day 8, as well as post my monthly measurement check 💪💪

Day 4 of the boyfriend diet!!!
I'm going to say right now I went over SLIGHTLY and there are not many pictures because I cannot photograph food at my boyfriends house as I am eating with his family!!!
I started the morning with an egg and a strawb because I needed to take 3 tests and do a presentation 💀 (64 cals)
Then I fasted from that meal till dinner at boyfriends house basically. I had a very small chunk of apple he offered me that I think was literally 1 cal, a very small handful of lettuce, and a "mini chippers" (18 cals)
Then dinner !
here's the log;
Total is 252! however, it could have been much much worse and I'm glad that it's only 50 over if any. I'm proud of myself for making it NEAR the goal considering I had very little control over what I actually ate ✨
tomorrow is easy money, not worried at all 😋

dayyy 3 of the BF res diet!
If ur new I made a res diet based on a random string of numbers my boyfriend gave me
Day 3 log; 500cal limit
B: Rice cake with cream cheese, strawberry, and honey. (81 cals)
Lunch; very large honey crisp apple :>
I had an afternoon snack, to help me focus on homework.
Egg + 1 strawb :> (85cal)
Dinner ; Same as last night! had a serving left over! (103cals)
And to end the night, 1/4 of a rolly nolly bar (38 cal)
total: 425ish cals!
scared for tomorrow fr hahahah
I have a math test so I'm immediately dumping 70 cals into an egg- that's 130 for the rest of the day 😵💫
