Imma be honest with y'all, I got bored of playing my legacy fam and then i remembered I hadn't gone back to the Grimes in ages
and id reinstalled Extreme Violence after ages...hehe
what follows is a series of images depicting Barry Grimes' 36 hour spree of violence all begining with a simple Will Smith Smack xD
From running a car into the Strangerville Bar and spraying an Uzi, to stabbing randoms in the street, Barry is finally apprehended by none other than his wife Jessalyn...ending his serial killer spree once and for all.

VILLAGIO APARTMENTS - DOWNLOAD
I'm back with another floor plan build! Really enjoyed this one though it took about 3 days to fully complete!
This build has 8 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Taking a more modern approach, your sims will love the minimalistic wooden floors and cream and orange tones!
Only one apartment is fully furnished, the others have fitted kitchens and bathrooms but otherwise are free for you to renovate! This is set as a RESIDENTIAL so you will need to turn it into a Residential Rental if that is what you want. EDIT: To have more than 6 apartments on the lot as well you will need to use the cheat bb.increaserentalunitcap on

EDIT: If you do not want the plumbros gameplay feel free to delete that mod, its insignificant to the build.

A tragic day. Marcus passed away and in the Ito-Evans house no less! A distraught Natasha has to take Anette with her as she mourns him at the cemetary and struggles to hold it together on the walk home.
Jessalyn is also in the Sao Paten Garden Park, walking Huckley and who is she giving this stink eye to?!

Some time has passed! Natasha as aged up into adulthood. They wanted to wait after Natasha had finished University, but she keeps getting Ds and F's so now she's suspended. So the Ito-Evans fam have decided to finally have kids!

BEATRICE PLACE - 4 story townhouses - DOWNLOAD
I did not expect to be back with a build so soon but I have been feeling really inspired by these house plans! Today we have a set of South London townhouses, each with 4 floors (5 if you include the basement) I struggled with appropriate stair placement so they are different from the plans
As before, this is unfurnished, apart from lighting, fixtures and outside stuff as I really wanted it to feel like a London new build. It is 40x30 and I have built it on the Acacia Avenue lot in San Sequoia!
