all it should take if you’re disciplined enough is three to four months. you’ll be at you goal weight in four months.
the food will still be there in four months. mcdonald’s will still exist in four months. that donut place will still be there after four months. food won’t leave, it’ll still be there when you’re skinny. why eat it now? why not eat it when you’ve reached your goal?
[ what i tell myself every time. ]

Walk away. Because here’s what’ll happen, you’d take one bite and you’d start making excuses to keep going “o I’ll just start tomorrow because ____” , “I messed up anyways this week so I can start on ___ on a new slate” , “well I can just purge.” Just stop...Cant you see the pattern , you always make these same excuses and what does it result in? Pleasure for a few moments but regret for hours and days... it just shatters your discipline and causes more temptations and cravings. Stop the addiction, and just walk away DON’T think about it , you’ll built discipline, get closer to your goals and eventually those cravings won’t exist. Your stomach will shrink and your body will naturally reject the need to consume that junk. You can listen to me, your logical self or you can listen to that animal in your head, that one who lacks self control and that one that will make you feel huge, swollen, and gross. You can listen to those barbaric thoughts and scarf greasy slop one after the other without a thought and with zero respect towards the food, and then you can make yourself up to those familiar steps and lock that door and run the tap while you hurl over the toilet miserably. It’s your choice, you can chose to break this cycle and get one step closer to never having these urges, or you can continue to make those urges stronger and more present by listening to those impulsive urges.

don’t eat.
don’t snack.
you want to be skinny right?
look up mukbangs on youtube of foods you’re craving and watch those. you wish it could be you eating it right? well it can be. as soon as you hit your goal weight.
the food isn’t going to disappear. it’s not going anywhere. you can eat it. just not now. you can have whatever you’re craving soon, when you’re skinny, because you’ll already have gotten used to portion control and restricting.
you can do it. just don’t eat.

Okay, but, there is literally no reason you won’t lose weight. If you keep restricting and fasting and exercising, there’s literally NO way you won’t lose weight. You will reach your goal weight, no doubt, unless you give up. Keep yourself controlled, and there’s no way you won’t reach it. Even if it takes ages, but just think. All you need to do today is exercise and restrict, and tomorrow you’ll wake up closer to your goal. Repeat, repeat, repeat, and you will get there.

your body cannot force you to binge. it is a conscious decision to go and put food in your mouth. The urges are not controllable but the RESPONSE is, we control our skeletal muscles. Yesterday I had a binge but I knew I was choosing to eat, like I knew that it was my choice to give into the urge... and the binge wasn’t enjoyable, the food not enjoyable. Urges pass, it’s so fucking uncomfortable to ignore them but if you keep ignoring them, you won’t get them anymore.
Brain over binge (book) is life changing.

“Starvation Mode”
So let me tell you a secret about “starvation mode” - It’s almost entirely a myth. People will tell you that in the first couple days of undereating or usually fasting, your body will desperately cling on to your fat and burn extra calories slower to retain it. That’s not true. What they’re referring to is the first 10-14 hours of a fast (although undereating can get this done too, it’s quite rare) when your body is totally empty and prefers to get its energy from a gas produced in your liver rather than fat. After that, you burn fat. Simple. Please note however that fasting is probably the most dangerous way to go about an ed. I know it’s effective, but please prioritise safety over weight loss x

A month from now:
You can either be a month closer to your goal
OR
You can continue trying to hide from the mirror, so you don’t have to see how repulsive you are.

I’ll be so skinny. So skinny. Just so ridiculously tiny, delicate, light. People will be shocked when they first meet me, everything will be too big on me, my friends will worry everytime they see me. People will be scared to hurt me, I’ll always have to sit on people laps when the car is full because “I’m so light”, but then the person will complain about my bones. I’ll be so, so small. So delicate. But so strong: I’ll be the strongest ever, I’ll fight. And everything will be good

i am completely in control of my body and my actions. i do not need, nor should i want, any more than the bare minimum of food, to provide me with just enough energy for my day. any more than that is unnecessary, and i am above putting unnecessary things in my body. i am in control, and when i keep that control strong and consistent, i lose weight. it’s that simple.

Think you eat too much to have a problem?
Many active people (women included) eat 3000+ calories a day and stay plenty lean.
The recommended daily calorie intake is 2000 for women and 2500 for men.
The recommended daily calorie intake for weight loss is 1500 for women and 2000 for men.
A 5-year-old needs about 1400 calories or more every day.
The minimum daily calorie intake for a long-term diet without medical supervision is 1200 for women and 1800 for men. Eating less than that eventually leads to starvation mode (a real–yes, real–state of biological stress characterized by decreased metabolism, increased cortisol production, and heart, brain, organ, bone, and muscle damage).
A 2-year-old needs about 1000 calories or more every day.
Most people can’t even imagine eating 1000 calories in a day. You’ll get 1,357 Google results if you search for the exact phrase “1000 calories is way too low” or “1000 calories is way too little”…but you’ll get even more results if you Google the same phrases for 1200 calories, because few people consider dipping below 1200.
A 3-digit daily calorie intake puts you at high risk for binge-eating, slowed metabolism, bone and muscle loss, nutritional deficiencies, gastrointestinal issues, infertility, hair loss, mood swings, and depression. Oh–and sudden death.
900 calories is less than what a completely sedentary, 5'0", 80 lb, 70-year-old woman burns daily (keeping in mind that your metabolism slows with age).
A very low calorie diet, also known as a starvation diet, is 800 calories a day or less. It is prescribed by doctors to obesity patients who need to lose weight quickly, is specially formulated to be nutritionally complete, and is monitored by medical professionals to prevent sudden cardiac arrest and death. It is considered an extreme diet.
600 calories a day or less is literal starvation.
500 calories is less than the daily calorie needs of the average 1-month-old.
400 calories is less than the daily calorie needs of the average newborn.
300 calories is less than what the adult brain alone burns every day.
