y’all know how i said i was gonna consider recovery.. i tried eating normal yesterday and it was the hardest thing ever and i woke up this morning and gained 2 lbs. idk if i can try this whole recovery thing.

the way ive been working through this is taking fasting periods — day one will be a 12 hour fast then a low cal snack food (lots of cold water), day two a 24 hour fast then low cal snack food etc etc.
today will be the end of my 48 hour fast and the start of a 72 hour fast — my breakfast today be half of a 190 cal sandwich with fruit juice — i dont pass 200 cals.
this week will be harder to see much results like yesterday’s (losing 3.5 in 24hrs) because of shark week bloating.
