Update:
Guys just thought i would update you on how my fast is going so far so i am about 14 hours in and so far i haven't broken it i am so happy.
A good tip is if you start to feel hungry eat ice because it tricks your brain into thinking that you are eating and it tricks you into making you full. Plus you can eat as much as you want because there is 0 calories and it isn't against the rules of the fast !!
