Y’know what Gen Z culture is?

Gen Z culture is not blaming employees for something that isn’t their fault and making everyone around you feel awkward.

I just started a job at a pizza place recently and someone came in asking what pizzas we had ready. We had three pepperoni at the time and were waiting for a few to come out of the oven.

Now I was new at this job and had done cash once prior to this and it was just me and another manager there, to give some context.

Then this man starts raising his voice at me because we didn’t have a cheese pizza ready and complains about the business being “hot and ready” but not having his cheese pizza ready. I have two problems with this.

1. The sign clearly says hot and ready after 4pm and it was 2:30.

2. What am I supposed to do about it. The pizza isn’t ready, why are you complaining to me.

And I constantly hear about our generation being the disrespectful one. I hate being around the other generations sometimes, they act so entitled and have the nerve to call us entitled.

Anyways I’m sorry for that rant and understand it’s not everyone in each generation, just select few ruin it for the whole thing.

So guys I tried to get straight A’s this school year and this is my current situation:

I have an A- in most of my classes

I HAVE AN IMPORTANT MATH EXAM TOMMOROW:

I haven’t slept for more than 3 hours per night for almost 2 weeks

I drank about 1,5 litres of espresso today

I have cramps so bad that I seriously doubt that they’re only bc of my (very irregular) period

Like seriously my periods are a mess lately

My heart is beating so damn fast that I’m scared to have a heart attack

My whole body is trembling

I had 3 breakdowns in the last two days bc I was scared that I didnt study enough

I lost almost all of my friends

I put on a lot of weight bc of stress eating

My study breaks involve staring at a wall while playing extremely loud music

I started drinking. A lot. When I finish studying at 3am I will drink until I’m drunk enough to sleep

^btw I developed insomnia

In school I wont talk to anyone besides answering questions of the teacher bc I’m not capable of doing anything else anymore

I’m smoking in every break bc I’m afraid of breaking down in class if I dont

I. Cant. Concentrate. At. All.

I laugh when I’m desperate/suffering/anxious

I started stuttering

Please dont put yourself through this. It’s okay not to have perfect grades. Take care of yourself and dont end up like me

the main blog they found was @/bintrottel1, and after reporting quite a few posts i found that someone they frequently reblog from, usually the most graphic photos with explicit commentary is coming from another blog, @/dogsoldier69. these were two of many..

Friendly Reminder

He/Him lesbians are a thing of the past.

Lesbians used he/him/his pronouns in order to protect themselves from being raped/abused/killed, and to legally marry before gay marriage was legalized officially. They used a false male identity to escape vicious oppression.

Any modern he/him lesbian is essentially doing it for the aesthetic at this point.

The exception is if they live in a country where gay marriage is illegal AND being openly gay will cause them to be raped/abused/killed. Countries like those in the Middle East and Africa.

Sorry, but Tumblr he/him lesbians are not, nor will ever be valid. Most Tumblr he/him lesbians come from first and second world countries (namely America) who want to fit some androgynous aesthetic and downplay the trauma and history of this label.

Pronouns are gendered.

Identifying as a he/him lesbian when you do not face serious oppression/prosecution and saying pronouns are not inherently gendered is both lesbophobic and transphobic.
