calling you out based on your comfort/favorite one piece character: part 2 !!

since y’all loved part 1 sm, i decided to make a part 2! (this one isn’t necessarily “simp” because i included chopper)

usopp: you just want someone to make you laugh. humor is your coping mechanism (please, get a healthier one) and you just want to make people laugh. but then, it became like an obligation and sometimes you just can’t bring yourself to make people laugh and then they think you’re in a bad mood or something. you want usopp to fill in for you and be the friend to make you laugh. you might also be insecure about your strength or bravery, so you find comfort in the similarities with usopp.

chopper: you have CRIPPLING abandonment issues (probably family issues as well), to the point where you don’t even try to get close to people anymore because you “know they’re gonna leave”. you want someone, anyone to stay with you forever. you definitely have a soft spot for kids too. maybe you went through some trauma as a kid that caused you to want to protect them, hence why you like chopper. chopper’s unwavering loyalty brings you comfort and security. i promise, one day you’ll be appreciated for what a great person you are! you also just think he’s cute and you wanna give him a squish (gently) because he deserves the best. you definitely cried at his backstory too. oh, and you probably are/have been an INFP or ISFJ at some point in your life.

franky: you’ve got daddy issues, but not the kind most people think of when they think of the term. you probably don’t see franky in a romantic/sexual way, you seen him more as a father figure. bonus if you ship frobin, you just have parental issues! but seriously, your dad might’ve been kinda toxic masculine so you appreciate that franky isn’t afraid to cry or show emotion. you also really like the underrated characters. you need to stop overthinking about shit that happened literally a decade ago though.

robin: you’ve got mommy issues, and just like with franky stans, if you ship frobin then you most likely just have parental issues. you want her to step on you, don’t you? you also want to be comforted and cared for but at the same time, you want to comfort and nurture her. she grew up being told she was a monster and that she should just die, so you want to tell her how much she matters and how much you love her.
