This is not a confession but I just wanted to say, thank you for making this blog and not taking it down. I don't mean to trauma dump but when my mental health has been really bad in the past or I just need a pick me up, I come to this blog and laugh my ass off to the point of tears. Your work is still being enjoyed almost a decade after closing!

ive never stopped loving dmmd and i still enjoy seeing stuff going around about it, whether its jokes or memes or fanart or really anything! obv the times and internet culture and everything has changed a LOT since 2013 but thats why ill always keep this blog up cuz that era was very special and unique and smth i will always have nostalgia for, and i know others feel the same way. so ofc things are different today but im in this dmmd shit for lyfe <3 i mean just look at the material its iconique.... always happy to see & know that ppl are still getting into it!

Hi, I’m sorry to bother you but I don’t know where else to go. You know how the main song for dmmd is Ai Catch and has the fun English lyrics. There is a version of the song with the entire lyrics in Japanese and that has a slightly different arrangement, with a different title. It’s on YouTube and I’ve been looking for it but google is literal garbage at this point and doesn’t understand what I’m looking for. Do you maybe know the name of the song? Or does anyone that follows you know?? Please 😭

hi everyone, as you can tell it's been a long time since dirtydmmdconfessions has been active. i have had a lot of incredibly fun and great times running this blog, but i've made the decision to close it down (officially) and no longer accept confessions. i will not be disabling the ask box just yet, therefore if you wish to contact me for whatever reason in the next however long you may, but all confessions received from here on out will be deleted, so please do not send any. please do not ask me if you would like to take over or help admin this blog, i appreciate it but if you want to start your own blog similar to this one (i think there may already be a few out there?) go ahead and do so!!

anyway, i just want you all to know how much i appreciate all of you for sticking through all this time!! i really can't express it enough. i never expected this blog to get over 11,000 followers seeing as it started out as a shitty inside joke between myself and some friends, and tbh i feel kinda bad because there are tons (over 2000) messages and confessions in the inbox that i never got to, so i'm not entirely sure what to do with those but... regardless, thank you all so much. i will be leaving the blog itself up so it won't be going anywhere, but just know that it's officially Out Of Business. thanks again for reading this and have a nice day!!
