We would like to welcome another member of our family.
Wyatt Krewson is now a Kendrick, and we welcome him with open arms. He saw the errs in the ways the Esmonds work, and has decided that we are much better, which is very true. He has joined our family and is one of us now. However, Wyatt, if you are to continue relations with Esmonds, you will be testing our strengths and we will have to ask you to leave. Emmie Tremblay, your punishment is revoked. You are no longer shunned.

Carnival; Everyone is invited!
Time: Saturday, 6:00-? p.m., EST.
Where: Boardwalk.
Bring: Money for tickets and food, swimsuit if necessary.
IC summary: The annual carnival held at the Gibson board walk is on Saturday. Get read for fun filled with delicious funnel cakes, dizziness-inducing rides, and our acclaimed house of mirrors. That’s not all, though! There will be dunk tanks, our fabulous ferris wheel, and the extraordinary band that will be returning for their 3rd summer! Check in with them if you would like to request a special song for that special someone; they’ll play virtually anything. We hope to see you there!
OOC preparation: I’m hoping there is going to be a lot of para-ing. S is going to make a BIG appearance tonight, and it will be the first event where they are interacting through para form. So I expect everyone who attends to at least write a starter so S can jump in. There will also be Originals there, watching your characters, so make sure they’re sneaky if it comes to friendly legacy interactions! This event will be on neatchat, so shorter paras are standard.
note: this is a neutral event, aka, every member is allowed ic and ooc to attend.

The Originals: Miss Tremblay, please, sit down. Now, explain to us what happened.
Emmie Tremblay: Isn't it pretty obvious?
The Originals: Cut the attitude and explain unless you would like a harsher punishment.
Emmie Tremblay: Well, I'm pregnant with an Esmond's baby. Better?
The Originals: Is that all you'd like to say on the matter?
Emmie Tremblay: Uh, just that I honestly didn't know he was an Esmond, believe it or not. We met one night, hooked up and well things just carried on that way. But this wasn't ever meant to happen, seriously.
The Originals: So it wasn't an act of rebellion?
Emmie Tremblay: No, not at all.
The Originals: How far along are you and what are your plans for the baby?
Emmie Tremblay: Like six to eight weeks I guess we were gonna raise it, yeah. I'm not getting rid of it or giving it up if that's what you're asking.
The Originals: We wouldn't ask you of that, believe it or not. We're your family, and love you. Especially your grandparents. We will ask you for one thing, though. Raise the baby as a Kendrick. It is not to have relations to the Esmond side at all.
Emmie Tremblay: What do you mean by no relations to the Esmond side?
The Originals: We don't want the father helping you.
Emmie Tremblay: It's his child too, you honestly can't expect me to agree to that.
The Originals: Either he joins the Kendricks, or we'll have to remove you from contacts with the Kendrick legacy. Including your grandparents and parents.
Emmie Tremblay: Do I have to decide like right now?
The Originals: No. But soon. For the meantime, you're still shunned. But if you agree to our conditions, you will receive no punishment. We'll be there for you every step of the way for the raising of your child.
Emmie Tremblay: Okay. So when do I need to let you know by?
The Originals: Tomorrow.
Emmie Tremblay: Ok. Anything else?
The Originals: No. Good luck.

If that's so, we will hopefully be hearing a side to your story in the near future, tomorrow at 1 o'clock sharp. If you would prefer not to, you'll be removed from the Kendrick Legacy, and since you're 18, I'm certain your parents would be thrilled to find you another place to live. We've heard some rumors.
About us Kendricks being friendly to Esmonds. We would prefer to think our grandchildren would be more loyal to their grandparents, but I guess the newer generations aren’t as… appreciative of what their family has done for them.
