Hello babes I’m back after I don’t know how long butttt I am back!!! I honestly got off here to eat “normally” to ease out of my binge cycle and thankfully it worked. Which it WORKS. When it comes to binging you need to go slow to get faster results. I started by letting myself eat “normal” after my last binge, then everyday lower the food I was eating but not by drastically and made sure it was good I was craving not caring about calories. And now I can eat omad without binging for more. Obviously this is what worked for me but might not work for you. Binging is more of a mind game than it is actually about eating. So letting yourself during the time to fix it, you need to constantly remind yourself that you are aloud to eat whatever and whenever but just slowly reduce the portion day by day.

Your food choices are more important than you think, because every choice you make in the moment creates new evidence about you and what you’re capable of. Negative choices create negative self evidence. If you’re in a situation where you feel like you’re going to b1nge or you’re offered food, negative self evidence will cause more stress and giving in, rather than having positive self evidence created by overcoming and discipline. If you feel like you’re going to b1nge, but you stay strong and don’t, you create new evidence that gives you more confidence in your ability of making choices, so when you’re in that situation again you’re more likely to make the right choice again. If you feel like b1ng1ng and feel like it’s not that deep if you do, just remember that giving in will create negative self evidence and make you more likely to give in to future b1nges. To create constant discipline you need to create new self evidence, and to do that you need to change your choices and actions.
Example:
I love cookies and everytime I ate one I used to just eat the whole box, I created negative self evidence because I had proof that everytime I saw cookies I’d eat the whole box. I now stay away from cookies because I know I’ll make the wrong choice, but if I were to stop at one cookie I’d be able always eat a cookie without b1ng1ng on them because I have new, positive self evidence that gives me more confidence in knowing that I’ll stop at one cookie.

Re: Supplements to support nutrients loss, AFAB focused
Below, you'll see a picture of my daily supplements + explanations. I am not a nutritionist nor a medical professional. This information is formed through years of informal research through my 3Ds.
Tumblr media
Multivitamin + Biotin: self-explanatory
Calcium, Zinc, & Magnesium: Can't get enough of these during weight loss
Vitamin D: Helps prevent my migraines
B-Complex: Energy + metabolism
Fish oil: Omega-3s for critical brain function, heart health (two organs that frequently suffer under 3ds!)
Probiotics: Digestive health, too many other benefits to mention
Gas-X: Alleviates gas since I OMAD usually
Turmeric, Black Pepper, & Moringa: Anti-inflammatory, trace vitamins including iron, antioxidants
St. John's Wort: Emotional health support (please note: do NOT take if using hormonal birth control)
Cranberry extract: UTI prevention
Cinnamon: Alleviates PMS and menstrual symptoms (only taken while PMSing + through 🩸)
Happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability

I stopped viewing food as enjoyment, and now even if I saw salad, I just go "yeah, that's a plant, and that's it". All food is just that. A product. A thing. Nothing worth to obsess over.

REPORTING PEOPLE DOES NOT HELP ANYONE.
One of my friends recently got termed.
All of our messages are gone.
I had a horrible day and when I tried to find her acc, it was gone.
I don't even know her name, and now she's gone.
I have no irl support system and now I've lost the one person who made me feel somewhat normal.
reporting does not save lives. I struggled with ed's since I turned 5. reporting one random girl who hates her body on edblr is NOT going to make me recover.
If u stalk these tags to report ppl because u have some messed up saviour complex, get a life.

I always see ppl telling others not to drink calories wich is reasonable but does anyone here like drinking their calories?
I personally do bcs the very feeling of eating makes me feel so guilty
Drinking my calories is better than eating them or I'll go overboard and eat to much lol

wannarixa doesn’t exist the fact you want to st@ve or keep having overconsumption of food(b!nge eating) or underconsumption of food(@n4rex!a). even the simple fact that you constantly hate the body you have and find harmful ways to change it is validation. 3ating d1s0rd3r means having 3@ting habits that are harmful to yourself as well as having a d1sord3r mindset. YOU ARE VALID. the fact you think you have this d1sord3r but feel invalid of it is proof it self, someone who has “normal” habits would never even question having this d!sord3r.

A4a tips & tricks ive learned
Always check/calculate the cals before.
If you wanna skip eating try saying that you feel sick/nauseous if that wont work say you have a pounding headache and you need to lay down/nap. Or you can say youre allergic/lactose intolerant/have celiac diesease(cant have gluten)
Sleep! Sleeping burns calories.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DRINK DIET SODAS. They have a type of drug in them that causes weight gain.
If you cant give up soda go to sparkling water.
Try keep yourself moving or busy. You can always burn calories as long as you're moving. And if you keep yourself busy you have a lesser chance of binging.
Teas(no additives), peppermint and green can suppress your hunger. Depending on the brand theyre pretty low in cals and you can detox.
Try to eat more proteins to keep yourself fuller for longer.
Dont dry fast unless you want to retain water weight(you can keep water weight in case of doctor appointments and you dont want ppl to know).
When you listen to music it gives you the same feeling as eating so you can psych your brain out as if youre eating(doesnt last too long sadly).
Being cold burns calories. Cold showers, cold rooms, cold baths, cold weather etc etc. What makes this better is its winter.
What i do personally when i want to binge is i run my hands under freezing water until i cant feel them and repeat "im not hungry im just bored" until it goes away.
I will add more when i learn more♡♡

Ana tips:
I’ve been ana since I was 12 ( now 18 ) and I’ve recently gone from 72kg to 54kg so here is my best advice:
Don’t cut anything out of ur diet ! Trust me it doesn’t help at all, the times in these last 6 years when I’ve been most successful is when I wasn’t cutting anything out of my diet
Drink at least 2L of water a day ! It’s magic how drinking water can help you lose weight and be way less bloated
Get enough sleep ! I cannot stress this enough. If you want to lose weight and you’re not sleeping you might aswell not bother ! Most weight loss occurs during sleep when the body is resting !
It sounds simple, but adding veg and fruit to your meals can help you stay fuller ( especially if you’re just getting back on track and you’re trying to restrict again, or if you’ve found yourself binging )
Eating breakfast statistically means you’ll make better food choices throughout the day, I used to think it was bs but through trial and error I’ve realised that if I eat breakfast I’ll be way less likely to binge or make a silly food choice because you’re not as ravenous so you can think more reasonably
Personally I find that meal planning can help ( even if I only plan what dinners I’ll be eating ) to not over eat and stick within my calorie deficit
I highly recommend eating different calorie amounts on different days, whether you do a diet which tells you how many calories to eat on different days or maybe you save some of your calories ( think weekly calories = daily calories x7 ) so you can have planned ‘binge’ days/metabolism days where you eat a bit more than you normally would so your metabolism doesn’t get used to very low caloric intake and therefore makes you hit a weight loss plateau which can be very hard to get out of
These are just some tips off the top of my head that felt important, if you have any questions or want some more tips let me know!
